Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of herbicides, and particularly relates to a weeding composition containing sulfentrazone and fluoroglycofen-ethyl and application thereof.
Background
Sugarcane is a main sugar crop in China, and the sugar yield accounts for more than 90% of the total sugar yield. Besides sugar production, the byproducts of sugarcane, such as bagasse, sugarcane leaves, filter mud and waste liquid, can also be used as raw materials for preparing feed, paper, fuel, organic fertilizer, alcohol or fiber board and the like. The weeds in the sugarcane field can affect the yield and the quality of the sugarcane, and the yield of the sugarcane is reduced by 30% -70% when the sugarcane is seriously damaged. In recent years, the difficulty in preventing and removing the cyperaceae and part of gramineae weeds in the sugarcane field is high, and the trifloxysulfuron and halosulfuron-methyl stem and leaf treatment of the cyperaceae weeds has good prevention effect but single weeding effect. The stem and leaf treating agent has good weeding effect on gramineous weeds, but has great difference on the safety of different sugarcane varieties. The method for preventing and killing weeds in the sugarcane field by adopting the soil treatment agent before the seedlings after sowing has become an important chemical grass control method for the sugarcane field due to the characteristics of high efficiency, safety, economy and the like. In addition, with the long-term use of a single herbicide, the weed community in the sugarcane field is also continuously evolved, so that the grass phase in the sugarcane field is correspondingly changed, a large number of drug-resistant weeds which are difficult to prevent and control are generated, great economic loss is brought to local sugarcane farmers, the healthy development of the sucrose industry is seriously influenced, and the research and development and commercialization of novel herbicides become very important.
Sulfentrazone is a triazolinone herbicide, and can destroy cell membranes by inhibiting protoporphyrin oxidase in the synthesis process of chlorophyll, so that leaves can be rapidly dried and dead. The product is suitable for preventing and killing annual weeds in a newly planted sugarcane field, such as annual weeds of crab grass, Amaranthus retroflexus, Echinochloa stolonifera, goosegrass herb, Gynura procumbens, alternanthera philoxeroides, Cyperus rotundus, Chenopodium quinoa, ageratum and the like.
Fluoroglycofen-ethyl is a diphenyl ether herbicide. After being absorbed by plants, protoporphyrin oxidase is inhibited to generate tetrapyrrole with toxicity to plant cells, and the tetrapyrrole is accumulated to act, so that weeds are killed, and annual broadleaf weeds can be effectively prevented and removed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention relates to a weeding composition containing sulfentrazone and fluoroglycofen-ethyl. The specific technical scheme is as follows:
a weeding composition containing sulfentrazone and fluoroglycofen-ethyl comprises the active ingredients of the sulfentrazone and the fluoroglycofen-ethyl in a mass ratio of 30: 1-1: 15. The mass ratio of the sulfentrazone to the fluoroglycofen-ethyl in the weeding composition is 20: 1-1: 1. The mass ratio of the sulfentrazone to the fluoroglycofen-ethyl in the weeding composition is 15: 1-10: 1.
The weeding composition also comprises an agriculturally acceptable auxiliary material component; the weight percentage of the active ingredients is 5-75%.
The preparation of the composition is suspending agent, wettable powder, water dispersible granule, oil suspending agent, granule and microemulsion.
The weeding composition is used for preventing and controlling weeds in a sugarcane field. Preferably, the weeds are crabgrass, redroot pigweed, barnyard grass, goosegrass herb and nutgrass flatsedge.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the sulfentrazone and fluoroglycofen-ethyl compound show different combined effects on the amaranthus retroflexus. Wherein the ratio of the sulfentrazone to the fluoroglycofen-ethyl is 20: 1-1: 1 shows a synergistic effect; after the sulfentrazone and the fluoroglycofen-ethyl are used in combination, the using dosage of active ingredients can be reduced, and the generation of drug resistance can be slowed down. The sulfentrazone and fluoroglycofen-ethyl compound has excellent control effect on weeds including crabgrass, redroot amaranth, barnyard grass, goosegrass herb and nutgrass flatsedge in a sugarcane field; the sugarcane is safe for field observation.
Detailed Description
The invention will be better understood from the following examples. However, those skilled in the art will readily appreciate that the description of the embodiments is only for illustrating the present invention and should not be taken as limiting the invention as detailed in the claims.
Example 1: indoor toxicity determination method for herbicide amaranthus retroflexus
The tested weeds: amaranthus retroflexus seeds collected from the test field of the company and stored for later use
Reagent to be tested: sulfentrazone and fluoroglycofen-ethyl, which are purchased in the market.
The test method comprises the following steps: accurately weighing a certain amount of original medicine, dissolving with a small amount of acetone, preparing mother liquor with 0.1% Tween 80 aqueous solution, and diluting to the concentration required by the test. A blank was made of 0.1% tween 80 in water without drug.
A greenhouse potting method is adopted. The test weed seeds are subjected to germination accelerating treatment, and seeds with full seeds and similar sizes are selected for sowing after embryo of the seeds is exposed to white. Quantitatively loading the fine soil which is aired, sieved and uniformly mixed into a pot 4/5, and then maintaining the soil humidity in a manner of permeating from the bottom of the pot to ensure that the soil is fully wet and reaches a saturated state. Quantitatively sowing the treated weed seeds, uniformly sowing 30 seeds in each pot on the soil surface, covering with fine soil of 0.5-1.0cm, and repeating for 4 times. Soil was sprayed with a Potter spray tower on the 2 nd day after sowing (pressure of the Potter spray tower was adjusted and spraying was carried out from low concentration to high concentration according to a concentration gradient designed in advance in the test). After treatment, the culture medium is placed in a greenhouse for culture, and the temperature is 22-33 ℃ and the relative humidity is 68-85% during the test period. The overground part of the weeds is cut off at 21 days after the application of the herbicide, the fresh weight is weighed, and the fresh weight inhibition rate is calculated.
