Application example 1
The application example provides blueberry anthocyanin sunscreen mud cream which comprises the following preparation raw materials in percentage by mass: blueberry anthocyanin sunscreen composition prepared in example 1, aloe gel juice 5%, allantoin 0.1%, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate 0.2%, sodium alginate 0.2%, starch 0.2%, kaolin 2%, talc 2%, pearl powder 2%, olive oil 2%, caprylic/capric triglyceride 3%, polydimethylsiloxane 5%, shea butter 1%, glycerin 3%, butylene glycol 2%, sodium hyaluronate 0.01%, ceteareth-205%, and the balance of water. The preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing water, glycerol, butanediol, sodium hyaluronate, allantoin, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, sodium alginate and starch, heating to 80 deg.C, and stirring for 15min to obtain water phase mixture; mixing ceteareth-20, olive oil, caprylic/capric triglyceride, polydimethylsiloxane, and shea butter, heating to 80 deg.C, and stirring for 20min to obtain oil phase mixture;
(2) mixing the water phase mixture and the oil phase mixture, emulsifying and homogenizing at 80 deg.C for 20min, mixing with kaolin, pulvis Talci, and Margarita powder, and homogenizing at 80 deg.C for 15min to obtain homogenized product;
(3) and (3) mixing the homogenized product with the blueberry anthocyanin sunscreen composition and the aloe gel juice, uniformly stirring at 40 ℃, and finally filtering by using a 60-mesh filter to obtain the blueberry anthocyanin sunscreen mud cream.
Application examples 2 to 6
The application example provides five blueberry anthocyanin sunscreen mud pastes, and the components of the blueberry anthocyanin sunscreen mud paste are different from those of the application example 1 only in that the blueberry anthocyanin sunscreen composition prepared in the example 1 is respectively replaced by the blueberry anthocyanin sunscreen compositions prepared in the examples 2-6. The preparation method is consistent with the application example 1.
Comparative application examples 1 to 6
The application example provides six sunscreen mud creams, and the components of the sunscreen mud creams are different from those of the application example 1 only in that the blueberry anthocyanin sunscreen composition prepared in the example 1 is replaced by the products of the comparative examples 1-6 respectively. The preparation method thereof is referred to the method in application example 1.
Test example 1
And (3) safety evaluation:
single open application tests were performed on the sunscreen creams prepared in application examples 1-6 and comparative application examples 1-6: 120 female volunteers with healthy skin and the age of 20-40 years are selected as subjects, 10 persons in each group are selected, an area of 1cm multiplied by 1cm is taken from the inner side of the left forearm of the volunteer to be used as a tested part, the same part is taken from the inner side of the right forearm to be coated with a placebo paste, the change of the skin appearance of the subjects is observed, and the judgment standard of the skin reaction grade is shown in the following table:

From the results of table 1, it can be seen that: the sunscreen mud cream has good safety, is mild and has no stimulation.
Test example 2
Evaluation of sunscreen effect:
the SPF values of the sunscreen creams prepared in application examples 1-6 and comparative application examples 1-6 were determined spectrophotometrically, and the specific test method was as follows:
(1) principle of experiment
The sun-screening agent has obvious absorption in an ultraviolet region, and the larger the light absorption value is, the stronger the sun-screening capability is. By comparing the light absorption values, the SPF values can be inferred.
(2) Sample processing
Accurately weighing 2 parts of 0.0100g of each group of samples in a 100mL beaker, adding a small amount of distilled water and absolute ethyl alcohol respectively, stirring and dispersing, transferring into a 100mL volumetric flask, and fixing the volume to the scale by using the distilled water and the absolute ethyl alcohol respectively. And (4) placing the volumetric flask in an ultrasonic cleaner for ultrasonic dispersion for 30min, and standing for 10 min.
(3) Sample assay
Pouring the sample into a 1cm quartz cuvette, adjusting to zero with distilled water or absolute ethyl alcohol, and respectively measuring the light absorption values of the aqueous dispersion and the ethyl alcohol dispersion of the sample at 280nm, 290nm, 300nm, 310nm and 320 nm.
(4) Data processing
Summing the absorbance values of the distilled water dispersion and the ethanol dispersion measured under the conditions of 280nm, 290nm, 300nm, 310nm and 320nm respectively, and then taking the average value of the summed values to bring the average value into the following formula: and Y is 49.878X-16.227, wherein X is the light absorption value, and Y is the SPF value.
The results are shown in table 2:

From the results of table 2, it can be seen that: compared with a comparative application example, the blueberry anthocyanin sunscreen mud cream disclosed by the invention has more remarkable sunscreen effect through the synergistic cooperation of the blueberry anthocyanin freeze-dried powder, the grape seed extract and the lithospermum extract. And the preparation process of the blueberry anthocyanin freeze-dried powder can also influence the sunscreen effect of the final product.
Test example 3
Evaluation of sensory effect of consumers:
consumer sensory evaluation was performed on the sunscreen products prepared in application examples 1-6 and comparative application examples 1-6: selecting 120 female volunteers with age of 20-40 years and healthy facial skin as subjects, uniformly coating the same amount of products on the face of each subject for 10 persons in each group, 1 time per day for 45 days continuously, evaluating the sun-screening, whitening and skin elasticity promoting effects of the products by the subjects after 45 days, and dividing the evaluation results into 3 grades, namely, the results are better, general and no effects, and the results are shown in tables 3-5:

As can be seen from the data in tables 3-5: compared with a comparative application example, the blueberry anthocyanin sunscreen mud cream disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the blueberry anthocyanin freeze-dried powder, the grape seed extract and the lithospermum extract are cooperatively matched, so that the sunscreen effect is more remarkable, the elasticity recovery and the white skin of the skin are promoted to a certain extent, and the use feeling of consumers is very good.
The applicant states that the invention is illustrated by the above examples to provide a blueberry anthocyanin sunscreen composition, sunscreen mud cream and a preparation method thereof, but the invention is not limited by the above examples, that is, the invention is not limited by the above examples. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that any modification of the present invention, equivalent substitutions of the raw materials of the product of the present invention, addition of auxiliary components, selection of specific modes, etc., are within the scope and disclosure of the present invention.

The blueberry anthocyanin sunscreen cosmetic is characterized by comprising a blueberry anthocyanin sunscreen composition, wherein the blueberry anthocyanin sunscreen composition is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5-7 parts of blueberry anthocyanin freeze-dried powder, 0.5-2 parts of grape seed extract and 2-4 parts of lithospermum extract;
the blueberry anthocyanin freeze-dried powder is prepared by a preparation method comprising the following steps:
(S1) homogenizing blueberries and sieving to obtain blueberry pulp;
(S2) freeze-drying the blueberry pulp into blueberry powder;
(S3) performing microwave extraction by taking an ethanol water solution as an extraction solvent to obtain a blueberry anthocyanin extracting solution;
(S4) carrying out condensation rotary evaporation on the blueberry anthocyanin extracting solution to remove the solvent, and then carrying out freeze drying to obtain the blueberry anthocyanin freeze-dried powder;
step (S3), the concentration of the ethanol water solution is 40-60%; in the step (S3), the power of the microwave extraction is 400-600W, and the time is 10-20 min.
2. The blueberry anthocyanin sunscreen cosmetic as claimed in claim 1, wherein the screening mesh number in the step (S1) is 100-140 meshes.
3. The blueberry anthocyanin sunscreen cosmetic as claimed in claim 1, wherein the concentration of the ethanol aqueous solution in the step (S3) is 55-60%.
4. The blueberry anthocyanin sunscreen cosmetic as claimed in claim 1, wherein the liquid-solid ratio of the ethanol water solution to the blueberry powder in the step (S3) is 10-20 mL/g.

The blueberry anthocyanin sunscreen mud cream is characterized in that the blueberry anthocyanin sunscreen mud cream is prepared from the following raw materials: the blueberry anthocyanin sunscreen composition of any one of claims 1-4, aloe vera gel juice, skin conditioner, thickener, filler, emollient, humectant, emulsifier, and water.
6. The blueberry anthocyanin sunscreen mud cream of claim 5, wherein the humectant comprises any one or a combination of at least two of glycerin, butylene glycol or sodium hyaluronate.
7. The blueberry anthocyanin sunscreen mud cream of claim 5, wherein the emollient comprises any one or a combination of at least two of olive oil, caprylic/capric triglyceride, dimethicone, or shea butter.
8. The blueberry anthocyanin sunscreen cream of claim 5, wherein the emulsifier comprises ceteareth-20.
9. The blueberry anthocyanin sunscreen mud cream of claim 5, wherein the thickening agent comprises sodium alginate and/or starch.
10. The blueberry anthocyanin sunscreen mud cream of claim 5, wherein the skin conditioning agent comprises allantoin and/or dipotassium glycyrrhizinate.
11. The blueberry anthocyanin sunscreen mud cream of claim 5, wherein the filler comprises any one of kaolin, bentonite, talc or pearl powder or a combination of at least two of the foregoing.
12. The preparation method of the blueberry anthocyanin sunscreen mud cream as claimed in any one of claims 5 to 11, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing water, humectant, skin conditioner, and thickener, heating to 75-85 deg.C, and stirring for 10-20min to obtain water phase mixture; mixing emulsifier and emollient, heating, and stirring to obtain oil phase mixture;
(2) mixing the water phase mixture and the oil phase mixture, emulsifying and homogenizing, and then mixing and homogenizing with a filler to obtain a homogenized product; homogenizing at 75-85 deg.C for 10-20 min;
(3) and mixing and stirring the homogenized product, the blueberry anthocyanin sunscreen composition and the aloe gel juice at 40-50 ℃, and finally filtering to obtain the blueberry anthocyanin sunscreen mud cream.
