An angiographic apparatus characterized by: the bed comprises a bed body, wherein a headrest is detachably mounted on the bed body, a positioning groove matched with the headrest is formed in the bed body, and a locking mechanism is arranged between the bed body and the headrest; the headrest is provided with two groups of fixing mechanisms which are oppositely arranged up and down, each fixing mechanism comprises a fixing belt, the left end of each fixing belt is fixedly connected to the left end of the headrest, an installation cavity is arranged in the right end of the headrest, an installation shaft which extends forwards and backwards is rotatably installed in the installation cavity, a winding wheel is coaxially and fixedly installed on the installation shaft, the right end of each fixing belt is wound on the winding wheel, the headrest is provided with an opening for the fixing belts to enter the installation cavity, and a torsion spring for enabling the winding wheel to wind the fixing belts is connected between the installation shaft and the side wall of the installation cavity; a ratchet wheel is coaxially and fixedly installed on the installation shaft, a pawl matched with the ratchet wheel is rotatably installed in the installation cavity, and the pawl is lapped on the ratchet wheel to limit the winding wheel to release the fixing belt; the pawl is located the below of ratchet, be equipped with supplementary chamber in the headrest, one side in supplementary chamber is equipped with upwards extends and communicates the through-hole of installation cavity, movable mounting has the activity post in the through-hole, the upper end of activity post with be connected with first spring between the pawl, the lower extreme fixed mounting of activity post has the baffle, the baffle with be connected with the second spring between the roof in supplementary chamber, the bottom fixed mounting of baffle has the pressing column, be equipped with the confession on the headrest the via hole that the pressing column wore out, be equipped with in the constant head tank and be used for driving the interlock mechanism that the pressing column reciprocated.

An angiographic device according to claim 1, wherein: the linkage mechanism comprises a sliding cavity positioned in the bed body, and the bottom of the positioning groove is provided with an avoidance hole for the pressing column to enter the sliding cavity; the sliding cavity extends leftwards and rightwards, a sliding block is arranged in the sliding cavity in a sliding mode, a third spring is connected between the right end of the sliding block and the side wall of the sliding cavity, and when the sliding block moves to the left end of the sliding cavity, the sliding block seals the lower end of the avoidance hole; the top of the left end of the sliding block is provided with a groove, and the right end of the groove is provided with a first inclined plane which is used for connecting the bottom of the groove and the top of the sliding block; the right end of the sliding block is fixedly provided with a pull rod extending rightwards, and the bed body is provided with a guide hole for the pull rod to penetrate out.

An angiographic device according to claim 1, wherein: locking mechanism includes fixed mounting and is in the inserted block of the bottom of headrest, be equipped with in the constant head tank with inserted block assorted slot, the internal slip chamber that extends about being equipped with of bed, the right-hand member in slip chamber with the slot is linked together, slip intracavity slidable mounting has the bolt, be equipped with on the inserted block with the jack that the bolt is matched with, the left end of bolt with be connected with the fourth spring between the lateral wall in slip chamber, the bottom fixed mounting of bolt has the handle of dialling, the bottom of the bed body with it is equipped with the rectangular shape hole to dial the corresponding department in handle position, dial the handle follow the rectangular shape hole wear out extremely the outside of the bed body can be followed the rectangular shape hole removes.
4. An angiographic device according to claim 1, wherein: one end of the mounting shaft extends to the outer side of the headrest and is fixedly provided with a knob.
5. An angiographic device according to claim 1, wherein: the middle part of the headrest is provided with an arc-shaped groove.
6. An angiographic device according to claim 3, wherein: and a second inclined plane is arranged at the top of the right end of the bolt.
7. An angiographic method using an angiographic apparatus according to any of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that it comprises the following steps:
s1, fixing the headrest on the head of the patient;
s2, fixing the headrest on the bed body;
s3, imaging the patient through the imaging machine;
s4, separating the headrest from the bed body after radiography;
s5, removing the headrest from the head of the patient.
