in order to further prevent the second tooth holder 12 and the first tooth holder 11 from relatively rotating, a second positioning pin hole is further formed in the second tooth holder body 121, the second positioning pin hole is formed in the outer circumferential surface of the second tooth holder body 121, the central line of the second positioning pin hole is perpendicular to the central axis of the second tooth holder body 121 and is communicated with the central hole of the second tooth holder body 121, a second blind hole matched with the second positioning pin hole is formed in the shaft body 14 of the cutter roller shaft 1, a second positioning pin penetrates through the second positioning pin hole and the second blind hole to fix the second tooth holder 12 on the shaft body 14 of the cutter roller shaft 1, the second tooth holder can be effectively prevented from axially moving along the cutter roller shaft 1, and the installation stability of the second tooth holder 12 is improved.
Furthermore, the second positioning pin hole is a slotted hole, and after the second positioning pin is installed in the second positioning pin hole, the pin head of the second positioning pin cannot be exposed out of the circumferential surface of the second tooth seat body 121, so that the moving amplitude of the lantern ring is prevented from being influenced.
A third positioning pin hole is formed in the third tooth holder body 131, the third positioning pin hole is matched with the first positioning pin hole and the first blind hole, when the third tooth holder is assembled, a second tooth holder 12 and a third tooth holder 13 are sequentially installed at two ends of the shaft body 14, a positioning pin 6 penetrates through the third positioning pin hole and the second positioning pin hole on the first side of the shaft body 14 and the first blind hole on the first side of the first tooth holder body 111, and the second tooth holder 12 and the third tooth holder 13 on the first side are fixed on the first side of the first tooth holder 11; and another positioning pin 6 passes through a third positioning pin hole and a second positioning pin hole on the second side of the shaft body 14 and a first blind hole on the second side of the first tooth seat body 111, so that the second tooth seat 12 and the third tooth seat 13 on the second side are fixed on the second side of the first tooth seat 11. After the assembly is completed, a ring groove is formed between the first tooth holder 11 and the second tooth holder 12, and between the second tooth holder 12 and the third tooth holder 13, and the lantern ring is sleeved in the ring groove in the assembly process.
Because the lantern ring 3 adopts a floating installation mode, the outer diameters of the first tooth seat body 111 and the second tooth seat body 121 are the same and are both smaller than the inner diameter of the lantern ring 3, specifically, the outer diameter of the first tooth seat body 111 is a first diameter, the outer diameter of the second tooth seat body 121 is a second diameter, the inner diameter of the lantern ring 3 is a third diameter, the first diameter is equal to the second diameter and smaller than the third diameter, the second tooth seat 12 is coaxially arranged with the first tooth seat body 111 of the first tooth seat 11 and is abutted against the end surface, the third tooth seat 13 is coaxially arranged with the second tooth seat body 121 of the second tooth seat 12 and is abutted against the end surface, the lengths of the first tooth seat body 111 and the second tooth seat body 121 are the same, and the lantern ring 3 with the same structure and size parameters is matched, not only is the processing convenient, but also the moving amplitude of all lantern rings 3 in the shredding process can be ensured to keep the high consistency, the stress of each section of the blade 2 is kept consistent. Thereby improving the stability of the shredding effect.
In this embodiment, the shaft body 14 is designed to be a solid cylinder structure, instead of the hollow shaft body 14, and the first tooth seat body 111 is integrally disposed on the shaft body 14, instead of being detachably connected, because:
the cutter roller shaft can be provided with the cutter with longer length, the first tooth holder in the middle of the cutter roller shaft enables the middle of the cutter 2 to be stably fixed on the shaft body 14 of the cutter roller shaft 1 all the time, the stability of the cutter can be obviously improved, and the cutter is prevented from being broken due to relative rotation of the tooth holders in the shredding process; the solid shaft body is more convenient for the power connection of the cutter roller shaft 1 and an output shaft of a motor, the hollow shaft body is connected with the output shaft of the motor through other connecting sleeves, if a cutter blade with larger length is installed, the connecting sleeves with matched length are needed, the disassembling difficulty is large, the stability of the connecting sleeves with larger length and the inner wall of the hollow shaft body is poor, the hollow shaft body with larger length is more easily subjected to torsional deformation than the hollow shaft body with shorter length, and when the shredding amount is larger, the cutter roller shaft bears large torque force, so that the inner walls of the connecting sleeves and the hollow shaft body can relatively rotate or the connecting sleeves/the hollow shaft body can deform, even if the small relative movement or deformation can certainly cause adverse effects on the shredding uniformity and the working stability of equipment, especially, the cutter blade is more easily broken, the cutter blade is frequently replaced, and the;
the knife roll of the chopping machine of the embodiment further comprises a gland 4, wherein the gland 4 is installed at two ends of the knife roll shaft 1 and used for fixing the second tooth holder 12, the third tooth holder 13 and the blade 2.
Specifically, the third tooth holder body 131 is provided with a first screw hole, a center line of the first screw hole is parallel to a center line of the third tooth holder body 131, the gland 4 is provided with a second screw hole matched with the first screw hole, and the gland 4 is fixedly connected with the third tooth holder 13 by using a bolt, so that the third tooth holder 13 and the second tooth holder 12 are fixed on the cutter roller shaft 1.
In order to improve the mounting stability of the third toothholder 13 and prevent the blade from moving in the knife groove, the gland 4 is provided with a limiting part which is attached to the end surface of the third toothholder 13 to limit the axial movement of the blade 2 along the knife roller shaft 1.
In an alternative embodiment of this embodiment, the restriction is an inclined restriction plane; both ends of the insert 2 have first inclined side end surfaces 21, the end surface of the third tooth holder 13 has second inclined side end surfaces, and the side ports of the third cutter grooves 132 are positioned on the second inclined side end surfaces; the inclination angle of the inclination limiting plane is the same as the inclination angles of the second inclination side end face and the first inclination side end face 21. After the assembly is completed, the inclined limiting plane of the limiting part is attached to the second inclined side end face and the first inclined side end face 21, the mounting stability of the third support 13 is improved in a surface contact fixing mode, the blade 2 can be effectively prevented from moving in the cutter groove along the axial direction of the cutter roller shaft 1, the blade can be prevented from being easily broken due to uneven stress of the end part of the blade, and the service life of the blade can be prolonged.
Considering that the gland 4, the third toothholder 13 and the blade 2 are made of metal materials and have high hardness, the end faces of the gland 4, the third toothholder 13 and the blade 2 are in rigid contact, gaps are easily generated on the contact faces due to vibration in the shredding process, the shredding effect is affected, and the blade is easily broken due to rigid contact. Based on this, be equipped with clamping ring 5 between gland 4 and the third toothholder 13, clamping ring 5 is cyclic annular structure, and clamping ring 5 is made by polyurethane material, has certain elasticity, through setting up elastic clamping ring 5 for gland 4 becomes elastic contact by rigid contact with third toothholder 13, the side end face of blade 2, has not only promoted the installation stability, and effectual avoiding the blade fracture in addition prolongs the life of blade.
