Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of tail gas purification experimental equipment of diesel engines, in particular to a pressure drop measuring device of a wood fiber ceramic filter body for experiments, which comprises a loader, a hose and a U-shaped pipe, wherein the loader comprises a front end cover, a clamp holder and a rear end cover which are sequentially connected, the front end cover is provided with a front pressure sensing pipe, the clamp holder is made of rubber materials and is provided with a loading groove, the loading groove is arranged in a groove of the rear end cover and is pressed and fixed through a boss of the front end cover, the rear end cover is provided with a rear pressure sensing pipe, sealing air cushions are arranged between the front end surface and the rear end surface of the clamp holder and between the front end cover and the rear end cover of the loader, two ends of the hose are respectively connected with the front pressure sensing pipe and the rear pressure sensing pipe and two ports of the U. The device leakproofness is good, through changing the holder, can realize the pressure drop measurement of not unidimensional wood fiber ceramic filter body experiment sample, and measured data is accurate reliable.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of diesel engine tail gas purification experimental equipment, in particular to a pressure drop measuring device for a wood fiber ceramic filter body for experiments.
Background
Particulate Matter (PM) emitted from diesel engines has attracted considerable attention in recent years. On one hand, particulate matters smaller than 0.1 μm in PM discharged by a diesel engine account for the vast majority of the total number of PM particles, and the particles can penetrate into the lung of a human body through the lower respiratory tract of the human body and further permeate into the blood of the human body, thereby causing great harm to human health; on the other hand, the main component of PM is carbon black, which is one of the potential factors causing global warming. The wood fiber ceramic filter body is a PM catcher taking a natural porous microstructure of wood as a biological template, and has the advantages of strong environmental friendliness, low cost and good application prospect. However, the exhaust back pressure rise caused by the PM trapper is not negligible, so the pressure drop measurement of the experimental sample of the wood fiber ceramic filter is one of the key experiments in the development process of the wood fiber ceramic filter. The experimental sample size of the wood fiber ceramic filter body is small, and a reliable sealing device is needed in pressure drop measurement. However, no experimental device suitable for pressure drop measurement of experimental samples of the wood fiber ceramic filter body exists in the market at present, and therefore, an experimental wood fiber ceramic filter body pressure drop measuring device is provided.

Technical problem to be solved
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a pressure drop measuring device for an experimental wood fiber ceramic filter body aiming at the prior art, the device has good sealing performance and is suitable for pressure drop measurement of an experimental sample of the wood fiber ceramic filter body.

Referring to fig. 3, the connecting parts of the air inlet pipe (1.1) and the air outlet pipe (1.5) of the loader (1) and the air cavity (1.11) are all transited by adopting a circular truncated cone-shaped through hole (1.8) so as to improve the aerodynamic performance of the loader.
