The specific material of the floating body 10 is not limited, and only the floating body can float on the liquid surface; for example, the floating body 10 may be made of a PP material (polypropylene), and its density may be set to 0.8 g/cc to 1.0 g/cc. The specific shape of the floating body 10 may be a rectangular parallelepiped, a cylinder or a sphere, which is not limited herein. The overflow channel 11 longitudinally penetrates the top and the bottom of the floating body 10 to allow the water column and the water mist formed by the oscillation of the atomizer 40 to pass through. The fog inlet 21 of the inner drainage cover 20 is covered at the top end of the overflowing channel 11, the water fog continuously rises after passing through the inner drainage cover 20, and the water column falls under the action of gravity after passing through the inner drainage cover 20. The inner drainage cover 20 is arranged in a flaring shape from the top to the bottom, so that the outer wall surface of the inner drainage cover 20 can incline upwards; the water column excited by the atomizer 40 can be dispersed and fall around under the inertia effect, the falling water can contact the outer wall surface of the inner drainage cover 20 which inclines upwards firstly, then flows to the top of the floating body 10 along the outer wall surface, and finally can flow back to the water surface from the edge of the top of the floating body 10; therefore, the falling water column can be prevented from directly impacting the water surface to generate noise.
The overflowing channel 11 can be opened in the middle of the cross section of the floating body 10, so that the gravity of the floating body 10 caused by the inner drainage cover 20 acts on the middle of the floating body 10, the whole gravity center of the silencer is closed to the center, and side turning is prevented. The connection between the inner drainage cover 20 and the floating body 10 can be prevented by clamping or bonding, and is not limited herein. The flow passage gap 12 may extend continuously along the circumferential direction of the flow passage 11 to surround the flow passage 11, or may be distributed at intervals in multiple sections, which is not limited herein. In the above embodiment, after the water flows to the top of the floating body 10 along the inner drainage hood 20, the water needs to flow to the edge of the floating body 10 along the top surface of the floating body 10 and then flow into the water, so that part of the water flow can accumulate on the top surface of the floating body 10 and be collided by the falling water which subsequently falls on the top surface of the floating body 10 to generate noise. In the present embodiment, the water flowing to the bottom of the inner flow guiding cover 20 directly flows into the water surface from the flow passing gap 12, so as to improve the backflow efficiency and reduce the accumulation of the water on the silencer. Meanwhile, most of the floating body 10 provided with the overflowing channel 11 and the overflowing gap 12 can be submerged in water to shorten the distance between the top of the floating body 10 and the water surface, so that water flowing to the top of the floating body 10 along the inner drainage cover 20 can flow into the water surface more quickly, and kinetic energy accumulated before contacting the water surface is reduced to reduce impact force on the water surface. In addition, the overflowing gap 12 also provides a connecting structure for the inner drainage cover 20 and the floating body 10, for example, the bottom of the inner drainage cover 20 can be clamped at the top end of the overflowing gap 12, so as to realize the fixed connection of the inner drainage cover 20 and the shell.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, a buckle 23 is convexly arranged at the bottom end of the inner drainage cover 20, a clamping portion 121 is arranged on the cavity wall of the overflowing gap 12, and the buckle 23 is in clamping fit with the clamping portion 121. The clamping portion 121 can be configured as a clamping protrusion or a clamping groove, and is not limited herein, and only needs to be matched with the clamping buckle 23 in a clamping manner. The limiting surface of the buckle 23 faces upwards, and the limiting surface of the clamping part 121 faces downwards, so that the inner drainage cover 20 can be limited to be separated from the floating body 10 upwards. The quantity of buckle 23 can be a plurality of, and a plurality of buckles 23 set up along the circumference interval of interior drainage cover 20, and joint portion 121 can set up to the joint muscle, and the joint muscle extends along the circumference of interior drainage cover 20, and a plurality of buckles 23 joint respectively in a plurality of positions of joint muscle ascending week to drainage cover 20 and body 10's cooperation area in the increase improves joint strength. In practical application, the bottom of buckle 23 is formed with first direction inclined plane, and joint portion 121 is formed with second direction inclined plane, and buckle 23 and joint portion 121 cooperation in-process, first direction inclined plane slides along second direction inclined plane to it is more convenient to make the cooperation process.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the peripheral wall of the inner flow-guiding hood 20 is provided with through holes 24 for allowing more water mist to pass through the inner flow-guiding hood 20, so as to increase the amount of water mist passing through and improve the spraying efficiency. The through hole 24 may extend in the axial direction of the inner cowl 20 to increase the flow area; the number of the through holes 24 may be plural, and the plural through holes 24 are provided at intervals in the circumferential direction to further increase the amount of the mist passing therethrough. In addition, the through hole 24 can avoid the rising water column, and the water column is prevented from impacting the inner part of the inner drainage cover 20, so that the noise is further reduced. The rising height of the water column is gradually reduced from the middle to the periphery, and the water column with the lower height can contact the inclined outer wall surface of the inner drainage cover 20 more quickly after passing through the through hole 24 due to the flaring shape of the inner drainage cover 20, so that the time for accelerating in the air is reduced, and the impact on the inner drainage cover 20 is weakened. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, a conjunctiva-preventing notch 25 is opened at an upper edge of the peripheral wall of the inner drainage mask 20, and the conjunctiva-preventing notch 25 penetrates through the mist outlet 22. The conjunctiva-preventing notch 25 can break the continuity of the periphery of the mist outlet 22 to prevent water from forming a water film at the mist outlet 22 under the action of surface tension, so as to avoid influencing the outflow of the water mist.
