step seven: when the cleaning ball 8 passes through the liquid outlet tank 17, the cover taking device 5 takes down the upper cover body 82 of the cleaning ball 8, the cleaning liquid in the ball body 81 flows into the liquid outlet tank 17, the workpiece 16 pulls the floating block 9 to move downwards under the action of gravity, the workpiece 16 comes out of the ball body 81, and the floating block 9 is clamped in the ball body 81 under the action of the support rod 91;
step eight: when the cleaning ball 8 passes through the fan 20, the fan 20 dries the workpiece 16;
step nine: when the cleaning balls 8 pass through the electrophoresis cell 19, the discharging telescopic rod 14 extends, the dried workpiece 16 is immersed in the electrophoresis cell 19 for electrophoresis, the discharging telescopic rod 14 is shortened after the electrophoresis is finished, and the ball taking conveying belt 12 leaves the electrophoresis cell 19.
Finally, the workpiece 16 and the floating block 9 are all taken out of the sphere 81, so that the workpiece after electrophoresis is obtained, and the sphere 81 and the cover 82 can be reused.
The electrophoresis working platform and the method in the embodiment carry out efficient and all-around cleaning on the dirty workpieces before electrophoresis so as to reach the electrophoresis standard of the surfaces of the workpieces, save the step of carrying out multiple times of cleaning on the dirty workpieces independently, improve the electrophoresis efficiency, realize continuous automatic cleaning on the workpieces in batches and provide guarantee for continuous electrophoresis.

s2, drying the workpiece;
and S3, performing electrophoresis on the workpiece.
2. An electrophoresis working method according to claim 1, wherein the pre-cleaning of step S1 includes the following sub-steps:
a1: binding the workpiece and the floating block to form a combination body with a floating function;
a2: putting the combined body into a sphere container filled with cleaning liquid;
a3: the ball container is rolled, and water in the ball container generates omnibearing impact cleaning on the workpiece by utilizing the rolling force of the ball container;
a4: after cleaning, taking the combined body out of the sphere;
a5: and separating the workpiece from the floating block to obtain the cleaned workpiece.

Electrophoresis platform based on the electrophoresis working method of claim 2, comprising a feeding table (1), a cleaning slide way (2), a discharging table (3), a liquid outlet tank (17) and an electrophoresis cell (19) arranged in sequence, wherein the feeding table (1) is provided with a feeding conveyor belt (11) for conveying cleaning balls (8), the discharging table (3) is provided with a discharging channel (18), a ball taking conveyor belt (12) for carrying the cleaning balls (8) is arranged above the discharging channel (8), the liquid outlet tank (17) and the electrophoresis cell (19), the ball taking conveyor belt (12) is provided with a ball taking device (15), the discharging channel (18) is connected with the discharging end of the feeding conveyor belt (11) through the cleaning slide way (2), and the feeding end of the cleaning slide way (2) is higher than the discharging end of the cleaning slide way (2) in the vertical direction, a fan (20) used for drying the workpiece (16) is arranged between the liquid outlet tank (17) and the electrophoresis cell (19);
the cleaning ball (8) comprises a ball body (81) with an opening part and a cover body (82) matched with the opening part of the ball body (81);
a cover taking support (4) and a feeding barrel (7) are arranged above the feeding table (1), the cover taking support (4) is positioned on two sides of the feeding conveyor belt (11), a cover taking device (5) used for taking down and covering the cover body (82) from the sphere (81) is arranged on the cover taking support (4), and the discharging end of the feeding barrel (7) is matched with the opening part of the sphere (81);
the cap taking device is characterized in that a cap taking device conveying belt (171) is arranged in the liquid outlet pool (17), a vertically arranged liquid outlet telescopic rod (171) is arranged on the conveying surface of the cap taking device conveying belt (171), and a cap taking device (5) is arranged at the upper end of the liquid outlet telescopic rod (171).

The electrophoresis working platform as claimed in claim 5, wherein the supporting block (92) comprises a plate portion (921), a plurality of obstacle avoidance springs (922) and a circular contact portion (923), the plate portion (921) is provided with the obstacle avoidance springs (922), and the end portions of the obstacle avoidance springs (922) are provided with the circular contact portion (923).
7. An electrophoresis working platform according to claim 3 or 6 wherein the inner wall of the washing ball (8) is provided with bumps (83).
8. Electrophoresis working platform according to claim 2 wherein the outfeed table (3) is provided with a lateral steering roller (31) and a vertical steering roller (32), the lateral steering roller (31) being located at the bottom of the outfeed channel (18) and the vertical steering roller (32) being located at the side of the outfeed channel (18).
