Technical Field
Background
The honing is a honing head with adjustable diameter, which is driven by a mechanical power head to do composite motion of opposite rotation and axial motion with the workpiece, and the abrasive grains on the honing strip are like numerous sharp knives to remove tiny allowance of the hole wall and improve the surface roughness to form a micro reticulate pattern. With the gradual expansion of the bore diameter to be processed, the diameter size of the honing head needs to be adjusted according to the measurement result, and the radial pressure and abrasion compensation required by honing are ensured. The honing head generally comprises a honing stick (made of oilstone or a honing brick), a honing stick telescopic mechanism, a honing rod and the like, wherein the diameter is adjusted by utilizing mechanical forces such as spring force, pneumatic force, hydraulic force or thread screwing force and the like through an automatic control or manual adjustment mode.
The honing strips on the honing head are mostly made of oilstones, the number of the honing strips is three, the number of the honing strips is four, six or even more, the manufacturing difficulty is high, the manufacturing cost is high, the replaceability is not strong after the honing strips are worn or damaged, the number of parts of the whole mechanism is large, the structure is complex, and the operation difficulty is high. Even if the spring pre-tightening force honing head with a relatively simple structure is adopted, the spring force is not well grasped, and the work load is multiplied because the spring needs to be measured and adjusted finely continuously. Particularly, for honing a small-diameter hole, a honing head with a smaller size and more precise linkage needs to be manufactured, so that the honing head is more difficult to realize and is very expensive.

The honing head of the invention can be used for mechanical honing and is also suitable for manual grinding; and when the honing tool is used, one honing head replaces 3-4 conventional cast iron grinding rods, so that the honing tool is more efficient and lower in cost.
The honing head can be used for finishing small holes with 5-level precision below phi 12 and even higher precision, and has a wider application range.

The axial, radial, circumferential, end, etc. directional or orientational terms described herein correspond to the corresponding directions or orientations in the drawings; wherein axial direction is also understood to be the axial direction of the hole to be treated or honed. as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the honing head of the invention comprises a base body, a plurality of rubber strips and abrasive paper, wherein the base body is provided with a holding section 1, a second working section 2 and a first working section 3 in sequence along the axial direction, the side wall of the first working section 3 is provided with a plurality of grooves 6 which are arranged along the axial direction, the plurality of grooves are distributed along the circumferential direction of the first working section, a plurality of rubber strips 7 are respectively arranged in each groove 6 along the axial direction, each rubber strip or each individual rubber strip, namely a part of the rubber strip, protrudes out of the side wall surface of the first working section, the protruding amount (namely the radial protruding size) can be selected from 0.4 mm to 0.6mm, and the protruding amount in the example of fig. 2 is 0.4 mm to 0.5mm, so as to ensure enough rubber pressure; the abrasive paper parcel is outside first working segment, wraps up a plurality of rubber strips simultaneously, and the appearance of the first working segment of parcel abrasive paper and second working segment 2 matches with the pass and the size of treating the honing hole like this, and these two part structures can go deep into to treat the honing hole promptly to rotatable and along the axial activity of making a round trip, the shape and the size of centre gripping section do not do the restriction, the operation of facilitating the use can.
In some embodiments, the first working section or/and the second working section is cylindrical in shape.
When the honing head is used, the honing head is held by hand or clamped on a main shaft of a machine tool (horizontal or vertical), the honing head is screwed into a hole to be processed after centering, as shown in figure 4, the honing head performs cross composite finishing processing on the hole wall while performing axial rotation and axial pulling motion, so that the aims of removing microscopic high points, correcting cylindricity, improving surface smoothness, forming a tiny oil storage mesh surface and improving the lubricating performance of parts during working are fulfilled.
In other embodiments, the base body is further provided with two shaving-receiving grooves 4, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, and the two shaving-receiving grooves 4 are respectively located at two ends of the first working section and are communicated with the grooves.
In the scheme, a guide head 5 is arranged at the end part of the first working section on the base body, so that the honing operation is convenient, and the guide head is conical in shape.
In a preferred embodiment, the cross-sectional shape of the groove is circular in view of machining and assembly. Furthermore, after each rubber strip is arranged in the corresponding groove, a gap is reserved in the groove so as to meet the expansion requirement of the rubber strips in the working process.
In consideration of the firmness of the sandpaper, in a specific scheme, the sandpaper can be fixed by using quick-adhesion glue, and the object is shown in fig. 3.
In a preferred scheme, the base material of the invention can be selected from materials with proper texture, such as high-phosphorus cast iron or high-quality carbon steel rods; and when the matrix is processed, the coaxiality of the excircles needs to be ensured within a required range, and 4-6 uniformly distributed adhesive tape mounting holes are axially processed as shown in figures 1 and 2; and when the uniformly distributed axial holes are processed, the diameter of the reference circle needs to be ensured within the tolerance requirement range.
Finishing the 5-level precision hole of the high-precision gear pump shown in the figure 5 by using the honing head of the invention, wherein the hole diameter of each hole to be honed and the honing result are shown in table 1 (the measurement data shown in the table are detected by related standard methods in the field); the use of the honing head saves the workload of adjusting, measuring, replacing and the like of the conventional honing head, the efficiency is improved by at least 2 times, the dimensional precision, the cylindricity and the surface roughness all meet the requirements, and the qualification rate reaches 100 percent; the "actual time" in the table means the time required for every removal of Φ 0.002 of the inner diameter using the tool.
