In detail, in the present embodiment, the third transmission rail 31 includes a plurality of conveying rollers, the plurality of conveying rollers are arranged along the conveying direction, the third driving structure is configured to drive the conveying rollers to rotate, and the third transmission rail 31 is driven to move up and down by the lifting driving structure 32. As shown in fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the present invention further includes a transfer device, a control system, and a tool position detector 5; the tool position detector 5 is arranged corresponding to the third transmission rail 31 to monitor whether the tool bearing structure 2 is located on the third transmission rail 31; the tool position detector 5, the third driving structure, the lifting driving structure 32 and the transfer device are all in electric control connection with the control system. In detail, in the present embodiment, the tool position detector 5 is a reflective infrared sensor, and the reflective infrared sensor is disposed on the side of the third transmission rail 31; in other embodiments, the specific type of the tool position detector 5 may also be adjusted according to the actual condition, for example, a visual sensing system may also be used. Thus, when the tooling bearing structure 2 carrying the finished/semi-finished sofa is conveyed by the piece conveying transmission structure 11 to the third transmission rail 31 of the tooling transfer mechanism 3 arranged at the downstream end of the piece conveying transmission structure 11, the tooling position detector 5 sends a sensing signal to the control system, then the control system instructs the transfer device to remove the finished/semi-finished sofa from the tooling bearing structure 2, when the transfer device finishes the clamping and transferring process, the control system sends a finishing instruction to the control system, then the control system instructs the lifting driving structure 32 to drive the tooling bearing structure 2 carried by the third transmission rail 31 to descend to the second lifting position, then the control system instructs the third driving structure to drive the third transmission rail 31 to transmit in the same direction as the return transmission structure 12, and then the tooling bearing structure 2 in the no-load state returns to transmit from the return transmission structure 12 to the upstream end of the piece conveying transmission structure 11, after the workpiece is conveyed to the third transmission rail 31 with the upstream end at the second lifting position, the tool position detector 5 sends a sensing signal to the control system, then the control system instructs the lifting driving structure 32 to drive the third transmission rail 31 to carry the tool bearing structure 2 in the no-load state to lift to the first lifting position, then the lifting driving structure 32 sends a signal which is completed to reach the first lifting position to the control system, and then the control system instructs the third driving structure to drive the third transmission rail 31 to transmit along the workpiece conveying direction so as to return the tool bearing structure 2 in the no-load state to the initial station at the upstream end of the workpiece conveying transmission structure 11 for reuse by workers; therefore, the control system instructs the tool position detector 5, the third driving structure, the lifting driving structure 32 and the transfer device to complete preset actions in sequence, and the automatic production function is realized. The transfer device can be a multi-axis robot comprising a mechanical clamping hand, or a clamping jaw controlled by a PLC and driven by a cylinder, and can be of a specific structure as long as the function of clamping and moving can be completed.
As shown in fig. 4 to 6, in this embodiment, the lifting driving structure 32 includes a frame 321, a lifting hydraulic cylinder 322, a traction belt 323, and a traction wheel 324, a telescopic end of the lifting hydraulic cylinder 322 is connected to an installation shaft of the traction wheel 324, one end of the traction belt 323 is connected to the frame 321, the other end of the traction belt 323 bypasses the traction wheel 324 and then is connected to the third transmission rail 31, and the lifting hydraulic cylinder 322 drives the traction wheel 324 to lift up and down, so that the traction belt 323 drives the third transmission rail 31 to lift up and down. Like this, through setting up traction area 323 and traction wheel 324, avoid hydraulic cylinder 322 directly to be connected with third transmission track 31, can avoid hydraulic cylinder 322 flexible end concertina movement, the shake that produces when placing the frock board on the conveying roller to influence the stability of whole operation.
As shown in fig. 4 to 6, in the present embodiment, the rack 321 is provided with guide rails 325 at two sides of the third transmission rail 31, the third transmission rail 31 is provided with a plurality of first guide wheels 326 at front and rear sides of the guide rails 325, and the third transmission rail 31 is provided with a plurality of second guide wheels 327 at an inner side of the guide rails 325. In this way, the first guide wheel 326 and the second guide wheel 327 abut against the guide rail 325, so that the third transmission rail 31 is guided when being lifted up and down. In the present embodiment, the first guide wheel 326 and the second guide wheel 327 are disposed on the third transmission rail 31 through a bearing.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, in this embodiment, the present invention further includes a tool locking mechanism 6 and a fourth driving mechanism 61, where the tool locking mechanism 6 is disposed corresponding to the tool transferring mechanism 3 at the downstream end of the workpiece feeding transmission structure 11, so that after the tool carrying structure 2 is transferred to the tool transferring mechanism 3 by the workpiece feeding transmission structure 11, the fourth driving mechanism 61 drives the tool locking mechanism 6 to lock and fix the tool carrying structure 2. In this embodiment, the tool locking mechanism 6 is a locking plate provided with a concave notch, the fourth driving mechanism 61 is a telescopic cylinder, the locking plate is arranged on a telescopic rod of the telescopic cylinder, and after the tool carrying structure 2 is conveyed to the tool transferring mechanism 3 by the workpiece conveying transmission structure 11, the telescopic cylinder drives the locking plate to move towards the tool transferring mechanism 3, so that the tool transferring mechanism 3 is sunk into the concave notch, namely that "the fourth driving mechanism 61 drives the tool locking mechanism 6 to lock and fix the tool carrying structure 2"; in other embodiments, the specific implementation structures of the fourth driving structure 61 and the tool locking mechanism 6 may also be adjusted according to the actual situation suitability, as long as "the fourth driving structure 61 drives the tool locking mechanism 6 to lock and fix the tool carrying structure 2" can be implemented. Claims (10)

1. Circulating device for sofa production, characterized by comprising:
the conveying device (1) is used for conveying a tool bearing structure (2), the conveying device (1) is provided with a piece conveying transmission structure (11) and a return transmission structure (12), and the transmission directions of the piece conveying transmission structure (11) and the return transmission structure (12) are opposite;
the two tool transfer mechanisms (3) are respectively arranged at the upstream end and the downstream end of the workpiece conveying transmission structure (11), and the tool transfer mechanisms (3) are arranged to be used for transferring the tool bearing structure (2) between the workpiece conveying transmission structure (11) and the return transmission structure (12) so that the tool bearing structure (2) forms circular transmission on the conveying device (1).

The circulating device for sofa production according to claim 4, wherein the lifting driving structure (32) comprises a frame (321), a lifting hydraulic cylinder (322), a traction belt (323) and a traction wheel (324), the telescopic end of the lifting hydraulic cylinder (322) is connected with the mounting shaft of the traction wheel (324), one end of the traction belt (323) is connected with the frame (321), the other end of the traction belt (323) bypasses the traction wheel (324) and is connected with the third transmission rail (31), and the lifting hydraulic cylinder (322) drives the traction wheel (324) to move up and down, so that the third transmission rail (31) is driven to move up and down through the traction belt (323).

The circulating device for sofa production according to claim 6, wherein the frame (321) is provided with guide rails (325) longitudinally at both sides of the third transmission rail (31), the third transmission rail (31) is provided with a plurality of first guide wheels (326) at both front and back sides of the guide rails (325), and the third transmission rail (31) is provided with a plurality of second guide wheels (327) at inner side of the guide rails (325).
8. The circulation device for sofa production according to claim 6, characterized in that the first guide wheel (326) and the second guide wheel (327) are both arranged on the third transmission track (31) by means of bearings.

The circulating device for sofa production according to any one of claims 1-8, further comprising a tooling locking mechanism (6) and a fourth driving mechanism (61), wherein the tooling locking mechanism (6) is arranged corresponding to the tooling transfer mechanism (3) at the downstream end of the workpiece feeding transmission structure (11), so that after the tooling bearing structure (2) is transferred onto the tooling transfer mechanism (3) by the workpiece feeding transmission structure (11), the fourth driving mechanism (61) drives the tooling locking mechanism (6) to lock and fix the tooling bearing structure (2).
10. The circulating device for sofa production according to any one of claims 1-8, further comprising a positioning device (4) arranged on the piece-feeding transmission structure (11) and a positioning switch for controlling the positioning device (4), wherein the positioning device (4) is used for releasing or blocking the tooling carrying structure (2).
