Abstract
The invention discloses an antiallergic nasal liquid dressing and a preparation method thereof, wherein the antiallergic nasal liquid dressing comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 50-95 parts of long-chain alkane, 40-50 parts of film forming agent, 30-40 parts of moisturizing bacteriostatic agent, 10-20 parts of low-molecular oligomeric hyaluronic acid, 15-20 parts of soothing and anti-inflammatory composition, 5-10 parts of sodium polyamino glucose carboxylate, 5-10 parts of compound protease and 3-5 parts of xanthium sibiricum extracting solution; the anti-allergic nasal liquid dressing system disclosed by the invention has the advantages of good moisture retention, adsorbability and air permeability, can form a protective film on the surface of skin or at positions such as a proboscis and the like, plays a role of physical barrier, can effectively block allergic substances, can be used as nasal liquid dressing and anti-allergic gel, and is mild, non-irritant, free of side effects and high in safety, and moisture-retention bacteriostats in the components are all natural plant polysaccharides.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of anti-allergic dressings, in particular to an anti-allergic nasal liquid dressing and a preparation method thereof.
Background

In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide an anti-allergic nasal liquid dressing and a preparation method thereof, wherein the anti-allergic nasal liquid dressing has the advantages of good moisture retention, adsorbability and breathability, can form a protective film on the skin surface or at the anterior nasal atrium, and the like, plays a role of physical barrier, can effectively block allergic substances, and can be used as a nasal liquid dressing and an anti-nasal allergy gel.

The further improvement lies in that: the moisture-keeping bacteriostatic agent is any five or more of Tremella polysaccharide, Atractylodis rhizoma polysaccharide, pachyman, corn polysaccharide, fructus Hippophae polysaccharide, Aloe polysaccharide, rhizoma Dioscoreae polysaccharide, radix astragali polysaccharide, Ganoderma polysaccharide, radix Ophiopogonis polysaccharide, Coicis semen polysaccharide, fructus Psidii Guajavae Immaturus polysaccharide, laminarin, and semen Ginkgo polysaccharide.
The further improvement lies in that: the film forming agent is any one of xanthan gum, polydimethylsiloxane, carbomer, jojoba oil, agar and carrageenan.
The further improvement lies in that: the low-molecular oligomeric hyaluronic acid is enzyme-digested oligomeric sodium hyaluronate with the molecular weight of 5000dal-8000 dal.
The further improvement lies in that: the soothing anti-inflammatory composition comprises chamomile flower extract, aloe extract, purslane extract, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, centella extract and tea extract.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the anti-allergic nasal liquid dressing system has good moisture retention, has the advantages of both adsorptivity and air permeability, can form a protective film on the surface of skin or at the positions of anterior rhinotine and the like, plays a role of physical barrier, can effectively block allergic substances, can be used as nasal liquid dressing and anti-allergic gel, is mild and non-irritant, has no side effect and high safety, is extracted from natural plants as a relieving and anti-inflammatory composition, has the effects of calming and relieving the skin, resisting inflammation and resisting microbial infection, can effectively relieve the nasal pruritus problem caused by allergy, has the effects of promoting angiogenesis, cell proliferation, wound repair, skin light injury repair and deep skin moisturizing, can effectively moisten the nasal cavity and relieve uncomfortable feeling, and can effectively promote abnormal keratinocyte repair and regeneration by compound protease, has excellent antipruritic effect.

The moisture-keeping bacteriostatic agent is a mixture of tremella polysaccharide, Atractylodis rhizoma polysaccharide, pachyman, corn polysaccharide, fructus Hippophae polysaccharide, Aloe polysaccharide, rhizoma Dioscoreae polysaccharide, radix astragali polysaccharide, Ganoderma polysaccharide, radix Ophiopogonis polysaccharide, Coicis semen polysaccharide, fructus Psidii Guajavae Immaturus polysaccharide, laminarin and semen Ginkgo polysaccharide.
The film forming agent is jojoba oil.
The low molecular oligomeric hyaluronic acid is enzyme-digested oligomeric sodium hyaluronate with the molecular weight of 6000 dal.
The soothing anti-inflammatory composition comprises chamomile flower extract, aloe extract, purslane extract, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, centella extract and tea extract.

Examples of the experiments
