The invention relates to an extrusion molding device for a ceramic cup handle, which comprises a mold, a cutting device, a mud pipe, a connecting device, an extrusion rod piece, an extrusion device and a quantifying device, wherein the extrusion device drives the extrusion rod piece to move, mud conveyed to the mud pipe is extruded to the mold through the connecting device and the cutting device, the mud is cut off through the cutting device after molding, the cutting device is an outer convex surface with a shape matched with that of a bonding part of a cup body, so that the molded cup handle is an inner concave surface with a shape matched with that of the bonding part of the cup body, and the quantifying device is used for adjusting the extrusion amount of the mud. The invention can realize that the two ends of the ceramic cup handle are formed into the curved surface matched with the cup body in shape, does not need secondary fettling work, reduces production flow, and has high efficiency and good quality.

Background
The manufacturing process of the existing ceramic cup comprises the following steps: the cup body and the cup handle are manufactured respectively, then the cup body and the cup handle are bonded into a whole by utilizing slurry, the cup body is usually cylindrical, and in order to ensure the connection strength, the part of the cup handle connected with the cup body needs to be made into a curved surface matched with the shape of the cup body, so that the cup handle is well attached to the cup body.
The existing method is that after the cup handle is molded through grouting or extrusion, a blade is used manually to blank the connection part of the cup lug, so that a large amount of labor is needed, the production efficiency is low, the manual operation is high in randomness, and the quality cannot be guaranteed.
