Abstract
The invention discloses an intermediate relay calibrator, which comprises a direct-current voltage transmitter, a plurality of resistance signal transmitters, a PLC (programmable logic controller), a display input unit and a plurality of relays, wherein the direct-current voltage transmitter is connected with the plurality of resistance signal transmitters; the direct-current voltage transmitter is used for acquiring a voltage signal of the relay to be verified; the resistance signal transmitter is used for acquiring resistance parameters of the relay to be verified; the resistance signal transmitter is connected with the relay to be checked through the first contact of the relay; the direct-current voltage transmitter is connected with the relay to be checked through the second contact of the relay. The invention obviously improves the efficiency of relay checking, solves the problem of complicated testing process of the traditional relay, simultaneously completes the checking of a plurality of relays, realizes the checking of whether the direct resistance of the relay is normal, simultaneously tests the action value and the return value of the voltage of the coil of the relay, and checks whether each contact acts reliably in the action and return states.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of relay calibration, in particular to an intermediate relay calibrator.
Background
In the maintenance work, a universal meter is generally used for checking whether the direct resistance of the relay is normal or not and recording; and then testing the action value and the return value of the voltage of the relay coil by using a relay protection instrument or a process check instrument, and respectively checking whether each contact acts normally and reliably by using a universal meter in the action state and the return state.
The work needs wiring, disconnection, measurement and the like, the process is complicated, and the time for checking one relay is about 5 minutes. And if the number of the automatic control equipment is less, more than ten relays are arranged, and like large-scale control equipment such as a local control unit and the like, even hundreds of relays are arranged, so that the time and labor are wasted when the whole project is finished.

Preferably, the device also comprises a power supply module; the power supply module comprises a miniature circuit breaker, a first fuse and an AC/DC module which are connected in sequence; the output end of the AC/DC module is connected with a plurality of second fuses; the output end of the AC/DC module is connected with the direct-current voltage transmitter, the resistance signal transmitter, the PLC, the display input unit and the relay through a second fuse.
Preferably, the system also comprises an AI expansion board; the output end of the direct-current voltage transmitter and the output end of the resistance signal transmitter are connected with the input end of the AI expansion board.
Preferably, the first contact of the relay is a normally closed contact, and the second contact of the relay is a normally open contact.
Preferably, the device also comprises a load, a load relay and a potentiometer; one end of the potentiometer is used for connecting the power supply input; the other end of the potentiometer is connected with the positive input end of the direct-current voltage transmitter; the load relay contact is connected with a load; a coupling is connected between the load and the potentiometer; the PLC is connected with the load relay.

as shown in the attached figure 1, the intermediate relay calibrator comprises a direct-current voltage transmitter, a plurality of resistance signal transmitters, a PLC (programmable logic controller), a display input unit and a plurality of relays; the direct-current voltage transmitter is used for acquiring a voltage signal of the relay to be verified; the resistance signal transmitter is used for acquiring resistance parameters of the relay to be verified; the resistance signal transmitter is connected with the relay to be checked through the first contact of the relay; the direct-current voltage transmitter is connected with the relay to be checked through the second contact of the relay; the PLC is connected with the relay and the display input unit; the direct current voltage transmitter and the resistance signal transmitter are respectively connected with the PLC.
Preferably, the device also comprises a power supply module; the power supply module comprises a miniature circuit breaker, a first fuse and an AC/DC module which are connected in sequence; the output end of the AC/DC module is connected with a plurality of second fuses; the output end of the AC/DC module is connected with the direct-current voltage transmitter, the resistance signal transmitter, the PLC, the display input unit and the relay through a second fuse.

The resistance signal transmitter is connected with the relay to be checked through a normally closed contact of the relay, the direct-current voltage transmitter is connected with the relay to be checked through a normally open contact of the relay, the resistance signal transmitter completes resistance testing, and the direct-current voltage transmitter completes voltage signal detection; and a plurality of resistance signal transmitters and one path of direct-current voltage transmitter are arranged, and the calibration measurement of a plurality of relays to be calibrated is realized simultaneously.
The PLC adopts FX3U-48MR, and the AI expansion board adopts FX3U-4 AD-ADP; the relay and the load relay both adopt an intermediate relay with the coil voltage of 24VDC, and comprise 4 pairs of contacts; the voltage input range of the direct-current voltage transmitter is 0-30V, the output voltage is 0-10V, and the working power supply DC24V is obtained; the resistance input range of the resistance signal transmitter is 0-1500 omega, the output is 0-10V, and the working power supply DC 24V.
As shown in fig. 6, the working principle of the relay calibrator is as follows: inputting a starting instruction through a touch screen, if the normally closed contacts of the relay are not connected, displaying fault alarm through the touch screen, otherwise, displaying the state of the normally closed contacts on the touch screen, and performing direct-current resistance test, if the resistance is in a set range (such as 600 + 1600 omega), performing action voltage test, otherwise, displaying fault alarm through the touch screen; the PLC acquires a voltage signal of the voltage transmitter, judges whether the action voltage of the relay to be verified is in a set range (if the action voltage is less than or equal to 20.4V), displays a normally open contact state and an action voltage value on the touch screen if the relay to be verified is normal, and performs a return voltage test, otherwise displays a fault alarm through the touch screen; if the return voltage is in the set range (if the return voltage is larger than or equal to 1.2V), displaying the return voltage value on the touch screen, otherwise displaying a fault alarm through the touch screen.
The invention has the functions of simultaneously carrying out all relay checking items of direct resistance testing, coil voltage action, return testing, contact checking and the like of a plurality of relays, and the direct resistance, the action return value, the contact state and the like of the relay can be displayed on a screen for a worker to record only by installing the checked relay on a relay base of the checking instrument and clicking a 'start' button on an operation screen; the device has the fault display functions of direct resistance, unqualified voltage, unreliable contact state and the like.
The invention obviously improves the efficiency of relay checking, solves the problem of complicated test flow of the traditional relay, tests the action value and the return value of the voltage of the coil of the relay while checking whether the direct resistance of the relay is normal, and checks whether each contact acts reliably in the action and return states.
The technical solution of the present invention is not limited to the limitations of the above specific embodiments, and all technical modifications made according to the technical solution of the present invention fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (6)

The intermediate relay calibrator is used for simultaneously calibrating a plurality of relays to be calibrated and is characterized by comprising a direct-current voltage transmitter, a plurality of resistance signal transmitters, a PLC (programmable logic controller), a display input unit and a plurality of relays; the direct-current voltage transmitter is used for acquiring a voltage signal of the relay to be verified; the resistance signal transmitter is used for acquiring resistance parameters of the relay to be verified; the resistance signal transmitter is connected with the relay to be checked through the first contact of the relay; the direct-current voltage transmitter is connected with the relay to be checked through the second contact of the relay; the PLC is connected with the relay and the display input unit; the direct current voltage transmitter and the resistance signal transmitter are respectively connected with the PLC.

The intermediate relay calibrator according to claim 1, further comprising a power module; the power supply module comprises a miniature circuit breaker, a first fuse and an AC/DC module which are connected in sequence; the output end of the AC/DC module is connected with a plurality of second fuses; the output end of the AC/DC module is connected with the direct-current voltage transmitter, the resistance signal transmitter, the PLC, the display input unit and the relay through a second fuse.
3. The intermediate relay calibrator according to claim 1, wherein an AI expansion board is connected to the PLC controller; the output end of the direct-current voltage transmitter and the output end of the resistance signal transmitter are connected with the input end of the AI expansion board.
