Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the invention can be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein.
As shown in fig. 1, for an application network architecture diagram according to an embodiment of the present invention, in order to solve the problem that the utilization rate of a mobile network is not high when idle, a carrier shutdown technique is used as a main technique, which means that when the number of users of the carrier is small and the load of a target carrier is not high, users on the carrier are migrated to the target carrier, and then the carrier is shut down, that is, the carrier is shut down, so as to achieve the purpose of saving energy. The carrier is also called capacity cell, the target carrier is also called basic cell, the basic cell and the capacity cell are the same-coverage different-frequency adjacent cell relation in/between systems, and they are cells in the same coverage area. The basic cell and the capacity cell need to be manually set in the system in advance, and may be cells under the same logical base station or cells under different logical base stations under the same physical base station.
As shown in fig. 1, the system periodically acquires the performance confidence of the cells in the same coverage area through the carrier analysis device, and determines whether the capacity cell meets a preset threshold of the utilization rate of the uplink and downlink Physical Resource Blocks (PRBs), thereby triggering the carrier of the cell to be turned off. The base cell and the capacity cell are also specified manually in advance. And when the capacity cell meets the preset carrier closing triggering condition, carrying out carrier closing operation and switching all users on the cell to the basic cell. In the carrier closing mode, regardless of the quality of the current basic cell, after the capacity cell triggers carrier closing, the transferred user may be migrated to the basic cell with poor quality caused by problems of hardware alarm, high interference, high error code and the like, and user perception is seriously affected. Meanwhile, the basic cell and the capacity cell are set in advance, so that automatic switching cannot be performed, and flexibility is lacked.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a carrier shutdown method, as shown in fig. 2, to further solve the above problem, where the method is implemented in a carrier analysis apparatus, and the apparatus is disposed in an MME device of a core network, or may be separately disposed on a server. As shown in fig. 2, the method comprises the steps of:
step 101: acquiring performance information of cells covered by the same cell;
the carrier wave analysis device collects the state, load and Quality conditions of the whole network cell in real time, such as data of alarm, congestion, cell average interference level value, uplink and downlink PRB utilization rate, cell synchronization state user quantity, cell average Quality grade CQI (Channel Quality Indication) and the like. The data, such as the performance of the LTE base station and alarm statistics, usually acquired by the network management equipment, may also be connected to each base station through a carrier analysis device and acquired separately.
The carrier wave analysis device distinguishes the whole network cells according to the coverage area, and respectively counts the performance information of the cells with the same coverage.
Step 102: determining a basic cell and a capacity cell from the co-coverage cells according to the performance information;
the carrier analysis device classifies the cells with the same coverage according to the acquired performance information, determines the cell with the optimal system performance as a basic cell, the basic cell is a target cell switched by a user, generally selects an optimal cell as the basic cell, and takes other cells as capacity cells.
Preferably, before determining the base cell, the embodiment of the present invention first determines a black list of the base cell according to the performance information; determining a base cell and a capacity cell from the co-coverage cells except the base cell blacklist.
The carrier wave analysis device carries out real-time analysis according to various collected indexes of the cell, wherein the indexes comprise alarm information influencing services, or the average interference level value of the cell, or the average quality grade of the cell and the like, when the same coverage cell meets any one of the following conditions, the same coverage cell enters a blacklist of a basic cell, and the user perception is ensured not to be influenced:
(1) alarm information for influencing service in same coverage cell
(2) The cell average interference level value is larger than a first threshold value, preferably, the first threshold value is set to-110 dBm;
(3) the cell average quality level CQI value is smaller than a first threshold, which we preferably set to 7.
And except for the blacklist, setting the cell with the best performance and no alarm as a basic cell, and determining the cells with the same coverage except the basic cell and the cell blacklisted in the basic cell as capacity cells.
Step 103: when a plurality of capacity cells need to be subjected to carrier closing, determining the priority information of each capacity cell needing to be subjected to carrier closing according to the performance information of the capacity cells needing to be subjected to carrier closing;
in the embodiment of the present invention, the carrier wave shutdown apparatus regards a cell that satisfies the following conditions as a cell that needs to be carrier-closed, where the conditions include:
(1) entering a time period of carrier frequency closing;
(2) the capacity cell and the basic cell meet the following conditions:
-capacity cell uplink PRB utilization + base cell uplink PRB utilization < capacity cell carrier frequency off start uplink threshold;
-capacity cell downlink PRB utilization + base cell downlink PRB utilization < capacity cell carrier frequency shutdown startup downlink threshold;
(3) the capacity cell is not in a low power consumption mode or a same coverage carrier closing trigger state.
The carrier wave analysis device firstly judges whether to enter a carrier frequency closing time period according to an idle time period preset by a system, such as: the preset idle time period is as follows: 0:00-06:00, when the time is in the time period, the judgment of the carrier wave closing is started. And if the time is in the time period, judging whether the capacity cell and the basic cell meet the conditions. If the sum of the uplink PRB utilization rate of the capacity cell and the uplink PRB utilization rate of the basic cell is less than the preset capacity cell carrier frequency, closing and starting a downlink threshold; and meanwhile, the sum of the capacity cell downlink PRB utilization rate and the basic cell downlink PRB utilization rate is less than a preset capacity cell carrier frequency closing starting downlink threshold, which indicates that the PRB utilization rates of the capacity cell and the basic cell are not high, users of the capacity cell can be switched to the basic cell, and simultaneously, the carrier of the capacity cell is closed. Of course, at the time of handover, if the capacity cell is already in the "low power consumption mode" or the "same coverage carrier off" trigger state, no handover is performed.
When there are multiple cells meeting the above switching conditions in the same coverage cell, the carrier analysis device determines the priority information of each capacity cell that needs carrier shutdown according to the quality level of the cell, and/or the cell alarm information, and/or the current number of users in the cell. The cells with poor quality and alarm are closed preferentially, and the priority ordering rule of the capacity cells is shown in the following table 1:
TABLE 1
Capacity cell priority | Quality grade | Alarm condition | Number of users |
First priority | Is low in | Is provided with | Chinese character shao (a Chinese character of 'shao') |
Second priority | Is low in | Is free of | Chinese character shao (a Chinese character of 'shao') |
Third priority | Is low in | Is free of | Multiple purpose |
Fourth priority | Is low in | Is provided with | Multiple purpose |
Fifth priority | Height of | Is provided with | Chinese character shao (a Chinese character of 'shao') |
… | … | … |
Step 104: determining a capacity cell for carrying out carrier closing according to the priority;
and according to the priority, determining a capacity cell for carrying out carrier closing, and determining a cell with high priority as the capacity cell for carrying out carrier closing.
Step 105: and switching the users of the capacity cell which carries out carrier closing to the basic cell, and closing the carrier of the capacity cell.
And switching the users of the capacity cell to be subjected to carrier closing to the basic cell, and closing the carriers of the capacity cell after the users are switched, thereby achieving the purpose of saving resources.
By the carrier closing method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the capacity cells are subjected to priority sequencing when the carrier is closed, the priority of the capacity cells is set according to the quality level, the alarm condition and the number of the current users of the cells, the cells with poor quality and alarm are closed preferentially, the technical defect of the existing carrier closing is overcome, the purposes of effectively closing the carrier and saving energy can be achieved, and the user perception can be ensured to the maximum extent.

Step 202: judging whether a poor cell exists or not;
the carrier wave analysis device judges whether a poor cell exists according to the collected performance information, wherein the poor cell is a cell with alarm or abnormal indexes, and specifically can judge whether the cell meets the following conditions, if any condition is met, the cell is considered as a poor cell and is listed in a black list of a basic cell, and the conditions are as follows:
(1) alarm information for influencing service in same coverage cell
(2) The cell average interference level value is larger than a first threshold value, preferably, the first threshold value is set to-110 dBm;
(3) the cell average quality level CQI value is smaller than a first threshold, which we preferably set to 7.
And listing the cells meeting the conditions into a blacklist of the basic cells to ensure that the partial poor-quality cells cannot become target cells for user switching, thereby avoiding the influence on user perception caused by switching the user to the basic cells with poor communication quality when the capacity cell is closed.
Step 203: determining a basic cell;
and according to the performance information of the cells, determining one cell with the optimal performance from the cells except the blacklist of the basic cells, and taking the cell as the basic cell.
Step 204: determining a capacity cell;
the other cells except the cells blacklisted and determined as the base cells are taken as capacity cells.
Step 205: judging whether a carrier closing condition is met;
in the embodiment of the present invention, the carrier wave shutdown apparatus regards a cell that satisfies the following conditions as a cell that needs to be carrier-closed, where the conditions include:
(1) entering a time period of carrier frequency closing;
(2) the capacity cell and the basic cell meet the following conditions:
-capacity cell uplink PRB utilization + base cell uplink PRB utilization < capacity cell carrier frequency off start uplink threshold;

(3) the capacity cell is not in a low power consumption mode or a same coverage carrier closing trigger state.
And finding out all capacity cells meeting the conditions.
Step 206: judging whether a plurality of capacity cells meet a carrier closing condition or not;
judging whether a plurality of capacity cells meet the carrier closing condition according to the cells meeting the carrier closing condition determined in the step 205, and if only one cell meets the carrier closing condition, turning to a step 207; if there are more, go to step 206; if not, the step is exited.
Step 207: closing the carrier wave of the capacity cell;
before turning off the carriers of the capacity cell, users under the capacity cell are first switched to the base cell. When the capacity cell meets the carrier closing condition, entering a carrier closing mode, and performing the following operations:
(1) forbidding new users to access and switch in;
(2) switching all users on the capacity cell to the basic cell within 30 s;
(3) and after the capacity cell has no user, closing the carrier wave of the capacity cell.
Step 208: determining a carrier closed cell according to the priority;
if there are multiple capacity cells meeting the closing condition, determining the priority information of each capacity cell needing carrier closing according to the method described in step 103, where the specific priority determining method is described in step 103 and is not described herein again.
Step 209: closing the carrier wave of the capacity cell;
and closing the carrier of the capacity cell, entering a carrier closing mode, and performing the following operations:
(1) forbidding new users to access and switch in;
(2) switching all users on the capacity cell to the basic cell within 30 s;
(3) and after the capacity cell has no user, closing the carrier wave of the capacity cell.
Step 210: whether a carrier closing exit condition is met;
when the carrier of the capacity cell is closed, the carrier is not closed all the time, the carrier analysis device does not periodically poll the states of the coverage cells, and opens the closed carrier again according to the actual user use condition.
When any one of the following conditions is met, exiting the carrier closing mode of the same coverage cell, opening the closed capacity cell, and realizing exiting of carrier closing:
(1) the utilization rate of the basic cell uplink PRB is higher than the closing exit uplink threshold of the same covering carrier of the capacity cell;
(2) the basic cell downlink PRB utilization rate is higher than the capacity cell same-coverage carrier closing exit downlink threshold;
(3) the base cell is not available.
When any of the above conditions is satisfied, go to step 211, otherwise, continue polling the cell status.
Step 211: closing the exiting carrier of the capacity cell;
and exiting the carrier closing mode, and re-opening the carrier with the capacity cell closed.
