Description

Data management method, device, equipment and storage medium
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of data processing technologies, and in particular, to a data management method, apparatus, device, and storage medium.
Background
The CDN is called a Content Delivery Network, i.e., a Content Delivery Network, and its basic idea is to avoid bottlenecks and links on the internet that may affect data transmission speed and stability as much as possible, so that Content transmission is faster and more stable. By placing a layer of intelligent virtual network on the basis of the existing Internet, which is formed by node servers at each position of the network, the CDN system can redirect the request of a user to a service node closest to the user according to the network flow, the connection of each node, the load condition, the distance to the user, the response time and other comprehensive information in real time, so that the user can obtain the required content nearby, the crowded condition of the Internet network is solved, and the response speed of the user for accessing a website is improved.
A content provider (e.g., a video website) delivers content (e.g., video) to be distributed to a CDN operator, so as to ensure that a user (e.g., a terminal accessing the video website) can quickly obtain a response when accessing the website. Since the user must pass through the edge node to access the website, the cost generated by the user to access the website and needing to be settled by the content provider is obtained by the edge node and calculated, and then the calculation result is uploaded and stored in the storage cluster inside the CDN.
At intervals (such as one month or one year), depending on the user's access to the website (such as traffic generated during browsing the website), the CDN operator needs to settle the fee with the content provider, and the CDN operator sends a bill for the fee to the content provider. When the cost settlement is carried out, the content provider downloads the statistical data from the CDN internal storage cluster, and judges whether the cost is accurate or not according to the cost bill and the statistical data.
However, since the storage space of the CDN internal storage cluster is limited, the CDN operator may delete the statistical data (which may be data exceeding a predetermined storage time limit or data within the predetermined storage time limit) stored in the CDN internal storage cluster periodically, so as to solve the problem of insufficient storage space. However, in the process of deleting the statistical data, the statistical data is simply deleted by taking the time dimension as the only judgment standard in the prior art, and the following problems exist:
1. some content providers have not yet reached to download the statistical data, which has been deleted from the CDN internal storage cluster;
2. some content providers download the data, but without confirming the bill, the statistics have been deleted from the CDN internal storage cluster;
3. some content providers download data, but the statistics data and the charging data do not need to be checked, but the statistics data are deleted at the moment and cannot be checked.
The above-mentioned problems easily cause business disputes between content providers and CDN operators. Therefore, how to ensure that the deletion of the statistical data does not affect the billing statistics of the content provider is a problem to be solved urgently.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be arbitrarily combined with each other without conflict.
The invention provides a data management method and a data management device, which can pre-audit a bill to be sent to a content provider so as to ensure the accuracy of the bill sent to the content provider and avoid the problem that a CDN operator pays higher cost due to inaccurate bill. Meanwhile, the data management method in the application can also determine whether to delete the charging data according to the confirmation information of the bill of the content provider and the downloading condition of the charging data, so as to avoid business dispute between the content provider and the CDN operator.
As shown in fig. 1, the CDN operator manages the charging data of the content provider by using the method, and performs pre-audit on the bill to be sent by using the method, so as to improve more complete and comprehensive service, avoid business dispute between the CDN operator and the content provider, improve the service quality of the CDN operator, and improve the experience of the content provider. In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the data management method includes:
acquiring charging data of a content provider in a preset time period and a to-be-issued bill to the content provider;
auditing and confirming the bill to be sent according to the charging data, and sending the bill to be sent without error to the content provider;
obtaining bill confirmation information and a download record of the charging data;
and determining whether to delete the charging data according to the bill confirmation information and the downloading record of the charging data.
The predetermined time period is a charging time period, and generally, the content provider and the CDN operator may have an agreement about how long to perform one-time fee settlement, which may be one-time fee settlement performed in one month, three months, half a year, or one year. The charging data is stored in a log form in a CDN internal storage cluster, preferably, the CDN internal storage cluster is stored in an HDFS form. The content provider can download the charging data from the CDN internal storage cluster, and the device for realizing the method is in communication connection with the CDN internal storage cluster. Meanwhile, the device for realizing the method can also obtain the downloading record of the charging data through the CDN internal storage cluster.
Referring to fig. 5, the to-be-issued bill to the content provider is generated by a bill data system of the CDN operator, and an error may occur, so that the to-be-issued bill needs to be audited and confirmed by the foregoing method to ensure accuracy of the to-be-issued bill, and avoid sending the problematic to-be-issued bill to the content provider, which reduces experience of a client and causes a business dispute. The device for realizing the method is in communication connection with a bill data system of a CDN operator, and a bill to be sent is obtained from the bill data system.
The content provider is connected to the bill confirmation system of the CDN operator in a communication manner, and after receiving the bill, the content provider can perform bill confirmation through the bill confirmation system, that is, the content provider has no question about the bill. The device for realizing the method is in communication connection with a bill confirmation system of the CDN operator to obtain bill confirmation information.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, the auditing and confirming the bill to be issued according to the charging data includes:
calculating the payment due corresponding to the charging data in a preset time period according to a preset charging rule and the charging data;
comparing the data of the fee to be paid and the charging data with the bill to be issued;
when the cost and the data recorded in the bill to be sent are respectively consistent with the fee to be paid and the charging data, the bill to be sent is confirmed to be error-free;
and when the cost recorded in the bill to be sent is inconsistent with the fee to be paid and/or the data recorded in the bill to be sent is inconsistent with the charging data, determining that the bill to be sent has deviation, sending bill checking information and reserving the charging data.
The preset charging rule is negotiated between the CDN operator and the content provider, and the preset charging rule is related to the charging data. For example, the charging data is in GB unit, the total charging data in a month is 10000GB, the preset charging rule may be 0.1 yuan/GB, and the fee due for the content provider in the month is 1000 yuan. The method comprises the steps that data corresponding to the cost and the expense which needs to be paid by a content provider and is counted by a bill data system are recorded in a bill to be issued, when the bill to be issued is compared with the expense to be paid and the charging data, the expense recorded in the bill to be issued needs to be compared with the expense to be paid, the data recorded in the bill to be issued is compared with the charging data, the expense recorded in the bill to be issued is completely the same as the expense to be paid, the data recorded in the bill to be issued is completely the same as the charging data, and the bill to be issued is confirmed to be error-free. When any one of the two sets of comparison is different, or the two sets of comparison are not the same, the bill to be issued has deviation, and the bill to be issued cannot be sent to the content provider. And sending the bill checking information of the bill to be issued to the project principal to remind the project principal to check the bill to be issued, and checking links with problems to process as soon as possible. The project responsible person is a butt-joint person responsible for a content provider related to the bill to be sent, and when sending the bill checking information, the bill checking information can be sent through an internal system of a CDN operator, or can be sent through a third-party communication system, such as qq, weChat, short message, or the like.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, the bill confirmation information includes that the bill is confirmed and the bill is not confirmed, and the download record of the billing data includes that the billing data is downloaded and that the billing data is not downloaded. Determining whether to delete the billing data according to the bill confirmation information and the download record of the billing data includes:
when the charging data is downloaded and the bill is confirmed, deleting the charging data;
when the charging data is downloaded but the bill is not confirmed, the charging data is reserved;
when the charging data is not downloaded but the bill is confirmed, deleting the charging data;
when the billing data is not downloaded and the bill is not confirmed, the billing data is retained.
When the billing data is downloaded and the bill is confirmed, it means that the content provider confirms that there is no problem with the content of the bill, and has checked the content of the bill against the billing data by itself, and the charge and data recorded in the bill are considered to be correct, at which point the billing data can be deleted to make more storage space.
When the charging data is downloaded but the bill is not confirmed, it is possible that the content provider has not yet checked, or a problem is found after the content provider checks, and communication with the CDN operator has not yet been performed or has not yet been completed, and at this time, the charging data cannot be deleted to keep the charging data as a check proof.
When the billing data is not downloaded but the bill is confirmed, indicating that the content provider considers the bill to be free of problems, the billing data may be deleted when the content provider considers the bill to be free of problems even though the billing data is not checked.
When the charging data is not downloaded and the bill is not confirmed, it indicates that the content provider may not have yet processed the bill, at this time, if the charging data is deleted, and then if the content provider wants to download the charging data to check the content in the bill, the charging data does not exist, which is easy to cause business disputes, the CDN operator pays a higher fee, and thus, the charging data is to be retained, which avoids disputes.
