Abstract
The invention relates to air conditioner accessory processing oil and a preparation method thereof, wherein the processing oil comprises base oil, a lubricant and an antioxidant, wherein the base oil is C8-C16 isoparaffin and coal oil, the lubricant is C14-C20 isomeric alcohol and C10-C20 linear alpha olefin, the antioxidant is 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol and 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-mixed phenol, the isomeric alkane and the coal oil are used as the base oil, and the lubricant of C14-C20 isomeric alcohol and C10-C20 linear alpha olefin is used for preventing burrs from occurring in the stamping process of aluminum fins, prolonging the service life of machine tool grinding and ensuring certain volatility at normal temperature.

Technical Field
The invention relates to processing oil, in particular to air conditioner accessory processing oil and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The air-conditioning accessories such as aluminum fins, copper pipes and the like need to be punched to form holes in the machining process, punching oil is needed in the punching process, the punching oil used at present is the deeply refined light mineral oil which is used as base oil, and additives such as alcohol, acid, ester and the like are compounded to obtain the volatile punching oil composition, and the volatile punching oil composition can meet the lubricating requirements of the accessory punching and can be volatilized and removed at high temperature or normal temperature. However, the existing punching oil generates a great peculiar smell in the volatilization process, which causes a severe working environment, and the machined accessories are easy to corrode, thereby affecting the service life of the air conditioner.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects, the invention provides the processing oil for the air-conditioning accessories, which uses isoparaffin and coal oil as base oil, and adds a small amount of antioxidant, so that the processing process does not generate unpleasant smell, and the processed accessories are not corroded due to the processing oil.

Further, 45-60 parts of base oil, 30-60 parts of lubricant and 0.1-2 parts of antioxidant, the isoparaffin has the characteristics of low melting point, low toxicity, good compatibility with other lubricating oil, good stability, safety and environmental protection, and the isoparaffin partially volatilizes under the normal temperature condition; the coal-to-liquid is a hydrocarbon compound which is synthesized by completely gasifying coal and converting the coal into a mixture of carbon monoxide, methane and hydrogen under the action of an iron-based or cobalt-based catalyst by reacting the coal with oxygen and water vapor at high temperature; the isoparaffin and the coal-made oil are used as the base oil, so that burrs can be prevented from occurring in the stamping process of the aluminum fin, the service life of machine tool grinding is prolonged, and certain volatility is ensured at normal temperature.

The lubricant is at least one of C14-C20 isomeric alcohol and C10-C20 linear alpha olefin. The isomeric alcohol C14-C20 is odorless isomeric alcohol, and the lubricating oil and the base oil are matched to prevent burrs from occurring in the stamping process of the aluminum fin, so that the service life of the machine tool grinding tool is prolonged.
The lubricant comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.1-10 parts of C14-C20 isomeric alcohol and 5-60 parts of C10-C20 linear alpha olefin.

Examples 1-10 and comparative example 1 were prepared according to the components and parts by weight in tables 1 and 2:

Comparative example 2 is aluminum fin oil produced from dearomatization solvent oil of the company, wherein the dearomatization solvent is 96-99% (mass percent), and the acid radical ion content of comparative example 2 is 5 ppm;

step two: mixing the sample oil with water according to the weight ratio of 9: 1 ratio, taking 90mL of sample oil in 200mL or 250mL round bottom or flat bottom flask, adding 10mL deionized water and 1g of analytically pure alumina powder (or copper powder), mixing the solution well and refluxing at 105 ℃ for 48 hours;
step three: 2mL of NaOH solution (about 1 mol/L) is added into the flask, ultrasonic treatment is carried out for 10min, the clear solution is transferred into a separating funnel, a part of aqueous phase (lower layer solution) is separated, a 0.22 micron filter head of the aqueous phase is used, and after filtration, ICS-900 ion chromatography is used for analysis (using a standard curve prepared in the first step) or an equivalent analysis device for testing the content of formate and acetate.
As can be seen from the test results of the acid ion, the acid ions of examples 1 to 10 of the present invention were < 1ppm, whereas the acid ion of comparative example 1 was 2.5ppm, which is significantly higher than the acid ion (0.3ppm) concentration of example 5, and the only difference between comparative example 1 and example 5 is that: comparative example 1 does not contain any antioxidant, so the antioxidant of the present invention can effectively prevent volatile fin processing oil from being oxidized in air and combined with moisture to generate acid ions of formic acid and acetic acid.
Second, press test of examples and comparative examples
The procedure of the press test of examples 1 to 10 and comparative examples 1 to 2 was as follows:

step four: drying: and (3) placing the aluminum fin after the tube penetration into a degreasing furnace for drying, wherein the temperature of the degreasing furnace is 120-140 ℃, and the baking time is 5-10 minutes.
In the stamping process, the stamping oils of examples 1 to 10 and comparative example 1 were used, and no unpleasant odor was generated in the entire stamping process; when the punching oil of comparative example 2 is used, a large peculiar smell is generated in the punching process; the lubricating properties of examples 1 to 10 and comparative examples 1 to 2 were good, and the aluminum fins were free from the occurrence of burr during the processing.
The aluminum fins after punching of examples 1 to 10 and comparative examples 1 to 2 were subjected to the hydrophilic angle test, and the test results were: the angle of hydrophilicity is less than 15 deg.
Third, physical and chemical Properties of the examples
The products obtained in examples 1 to 10 have the following physico-chemical properties:
