Background
The rotary cutter for mammary gland is a system for puncture biopsy and rotary cutting of mammary gland under the guidance of ultrasonic wave, and can be used for carrying out minimally invasive biopsy or rotary cutting operation on breast lesion tissues under the guidance of ultrasonic wave.

When the main body part 100 and the cutter head part 200 are used, the main body part 100 and the cutter head part 200 can be assembled into a whole through a buckle, the inner cutter head corresponding to the cutter head part is driven by the main body part 100 through a gear set or a reduction gear to move forwards or backwards and rotate, the movement of cutting human tissues by the cutter head can be realized by the forward rotation and the forward rotation, and the movement of retracting can be realized by the backward movement or the backward rotation and the self rotation. as shown in fig. 1, before use, the main body 100 and the tool bit 200 are assembled, after the machine is started, the battery 102 inside the main body 100 supplies power to the main board 105, the main board 105 controls the motor 106 to drive the main body gear in the gear set 300 (composed of gears 107, 108, 202, 203) to drive the tool bit gear to move by pressing the button assembly 101, the main control board controls the vacuum pump 109 to draw gas in the collector through the gas inlet 110, the vacuum pump 109 exhausts the gas to the tool bit inlet pipe 204 through the gas outlet 111, then the gas is exhausted to the waste liquid collecting barrel 211 through the hose 210 through the gas exhaust pipe 204, the waste liquid collecting barrel has a liquid leakage prevention design, the liquid in the barrel does not flow out of the barrel after the barrel is poured, meanwhile, the barrel has a gas outlet, other materials pumped into the waste liquid barrel can be exhausted out of the barrel, the main board 105 monitors the pressure of the gas inlet of the vacuum, the mainboard 105 adjusts the motor speed of the vacuum pump according to the value of the air pressure sensor module 103, the pumping speed of the vacuum pump 109 is adjusted, the sample collector is communicated with the inner knife pipe, the negative pressure is transmitted to the knife groove with the lateral opening at the front part of the knife head through the communication, the human tissue is sucked into the knife groove after being close to the lateral knife groove, the inner knife groove moves forwards and rotates under the driving of the gear set 300, the purpose of rotary cutting the sample is achieved in the process of continuous propulsion, the sample in the inner knife groove is sucked into the collector under the vacuum negative pressure at the rear part after reaching the stopping point after moving to the farthest end, the sample falls into the collecting box 209, and the blood water carried by the sample after falling into the collecting box 209 leaks into the bottom of the collector, if the blood water in the collector is too much, the blood water is easily sucked by the vacuum pump 109 and discharged into the external waste.
