As shown in fig. 1-4, an internal driving type cleaning roller for a floor cleaning machine comprises a cylindrical inner core 1, wherein a power device is arranged in the hollow part of the inner core, and the power device at least comprises a water pump 2 for extracting sewage; the water pump is arranged in the floor mopping machine, so that the floor mopping machine can be designed to be smaller as a whole.
As shown in fig. 5-6, a plurality of rows of sewage holes 101 are formed in the outer surface of the inner core, the number of the sewage holes is the same as that of the sewage holes, and a plurality of first sewage channels 102 are formed in the side wall of the inner core along the axial direction, and each first sewage channel is correspondingly communicated with all the sewage holes in one sewage hole;
the water pump is communicated with the first sewage channel, and the inner core can rotatably pump water through the sewage hole.

The second sewage channel is arranged on one side, close to the cover plate portion, of the joining portion, the second sewage channel is evenly arranged in a radial mode around the water outlet channel, and the number of the second sewage channels is the same as that of the first sewage channels and corresponds to that of the first sewage channels one to one.
As shown in fig. 7-10, in this embodiment, one end of the second sewage channel is open to an outer side wall of the connecting portion, i.e. the outer opening 321, and the other end is open to the water outlet channel, i.e. the inner opening 322. And a boss 370 for connecting the second sewage channel and the first sewage channel in a sealing manner is arranged on one side wall of the cover plate part close to the joint part, and the boss is arranged on an extension line of the sewage channel and is connected with the outer opening. The boss upper end face 371 is a concave surface which is adaptive to the curvature of the sewage channel and is connected with the sewage channel. And one end 372 of the boss far away from the water outlet channel is processed into a cambered surface adaptive to the curvature of the sewage channel. The opening part of the first sewage channel is provided with a positioning notch 105 for partially accommodating the boss, the positioning notch is arranged on one side, close to the axis of the inner core, of the opening of the first sewage channel, and the opening of the first sewage channel is communicated with the positioning notch. The boss is matched with the opening of the sewage channel in shape, and the boss is inserted into the opening of the sewage channel to enable the first sewage channel to be connected with the second sewage channel in a sealing mode.
As shown in fig. 4, a joint 4 is arranged on the water outlet part, one end of the joint is connected with the water pump, and the other end of the joint is rotatably connected with the water outlet channel; the joint is a rotary joint to ensure that the inner core and the cover plate are in dynamic sealing connection with the water pump when rotating.
The outer side of the power device is provided with a protective shell 5, the power device also comprises a motor 6 for driving the inner core to rotate, the water pump is arranged at one side close to the cover plate, and the motor is arranged at the other side; the protective housing does not rotate along with the inner core, and one end of the outer side of the protective housing, which is far away from the cover plate, is provided with a transmission mechanism 7 for transmitting the power of the motor to the inner core. In this embodiment, the protective housing is the tube-shape of concatenation formula.
As shown in fig. 11, the transmission mechanism includes a first gear 701 eccentrically provided in a second gear 702 having external teeth and internal teeth meshing with the external teeth; the first gear is connected with a motor rotating shaft; the second gear is fixedly connected with the inner core (in this embodiment, fixedly installed).
As shown in fig. 12-13, an end shaft 8 is further fixedly mounted at one end of the protective shell, which is far away from the cover plate, and the end shaft and the protective shell are coaxially arranged; the end shaft comprises a mounting part 810 and a shaft part 820, and the mounting part passes through the second gear in a non-contact manner and is fixedly connected with the protective shell;
the installation part is provided with a first accommodating groove 811 for accommodating the first gear, and the end shaft is provided with a second accommodating groove 830 for allowing a power supply line and sewage (not shown in the figure) to pass through. In addition, the protective housing is also provided with a notch at a position corresponding to the second accommodating groove, so that the second accommodating groove can be communicated with the inner cavity of the protective housing, a sewage pipe and a power line pipe can be arranged in the second accommodating groove, electric wires are laid in the power line pipe to supply power to the water pump and the motor respectively, and the sewage pipe is connected with a water outlet 210 of the water pump to output collected sewage to the outside. In actual production, because the water pump and the motor generate heat when working, the heat dissipation problem needs to be considered; the heat can be discharged from the inner core by arranging a heat dissipation pipeline and the like, the heat dissipation pipeline can be communicated with the outside through the second accommodating groove, and if necessary, a third accommodating groove can be formed in the end shaft to accommodate the heat dissipation pipeline.

When the cleaning roller is used, the motor is started and drives the inner core to rotate through the transmission mechanism, the breathable cleaning sleeve continuously cleans the ground, and clean water can be sprayed on the ground right in front of the cleaning roller of the internal-drive type floor cleaning machine through the external water spraying mechanism so as to improve the cleaning effect of the cleaning roller of the internal-drive type floor cleaning machine; the water sprayed out of the water spraying mechanism can be properly large to enhance the cleaning effect, excessive water stains can not be left on the floor, and the using effect is better than that of a common floor wiping machine.
In case of a large amount of sewage on the ground, the treatment can still be performed by the above method, but attention needs to be paid to the fact that the external water collecting box should be dumped in time if the collection is full.

the water pump is communicated with the first sewage channel, and the inner core can rotatably pump water through the sewage hole.
