In conclusion, the laser welding tool can prevent the welding seam from moving by fixing the position of the welding seam, so that the gap at the welding seam is controlled, and the laser beam is ensured to operate only at the welding position, so that the requirements of the laser self-fluxing welding process and quality are met; meanwhile, the upper welding seam clamping blocks in different forms are designed according to different conditions, so that the laser can be prevented from being shielded by the upper welding seam clamping blocks, the welding can be accurately irradiated to the welding seam to complete welding, and the upper welding seam clamping blocks cannot be damaged.

the weld positioning and clamping assembly comprises: the welding seam positioning support is connected with the tool bottom plate; the welding seam positioning transfer block is connected with the welding seam positioning support; the welding seam positioning cylinder is arranged on the welding seam positioning support; the welding seam positioning rotating arm is connected with a power output shaft of the welding seam positioning cylinder; one end of the welding seam clamping arm is connected with the welding seam positioning rotating arm; an upper weld clamping block connected to the other end of the weld clamping arm; the lower welding seam clamping block is connected with the upper end surface of the welding seam positioning support and corresponds to the upper welding seam clamping block in position, and a clamping space for clamping and fixing a welding seam is formed between the upper welding seam clamping block and the lower welding seam clamping block;
the upper weld clamping block is provided with a U-shaped notch part which is used for accommodating the weld and is penetrated up and down.

The laser welding tool of claim 1, wherein the positioning and clamping assembly comprises: the workpiece positioning support is connected with the tool bottom plate; the workpiece positioning transfer block is connected with the workpiece positioning support; the workpiece positioning cylinder is arranged on the workpiece positioning support; the workpiece positioning rotating arm is connected with a power output shaft of the workpiece positioning air cylinder; and one end of the workpiece clamping arm is connected with the workpiece positioning rotating arm, and a clamping space for clamping the workpiece is formed between the other end of the workpiece clamping arm and the workpiece positioning switching block.
3. The laser welding tool of claim 2, wherein the positioning and clamping assembly further comprises:
the first clamping positioning block is connected with the lower surface of the other end of the workpiece clamping arm;
and the second clamping positioning block is connected with the upper surface of the workpiece positioning transfer block and corresponds to the first clamping positioning block in position, and a clamping space for clamping a workpiece is formed between the first clamping positioning block and the second clamping positioning block.
4. The laser welding tool of claim 2, wherein the positioning and clamping assembly further comprises: the upper workpiece positioning limiting block is connected with the lower end face of the workpiece clamping arm;
and the lower part workpiece positioning limiting block is connected to the workpiece positioning switching block and corresponds to the upper part workpiece positioning limiting block in position, and the upper part workpiece positioning limiting block and the lower part workpiece positioning limiting block are matched with each other.
5. The laser welding tool according to claim 1, wherein the upper welding seam clamping block is provided with an accommodating cavity which is used for accommodating the welding seam and is through up and down, and the accommodating cavity is integrally of a horn-shaped structure.

The laser welding tool according to claim 1, wherein the length a1 of the welding line is 20-30mm, the width b1 of the welding line is 1-3mm, and the distance c1 between the upper edge of the welding line and the upper edge of the U-shaped notch part meets the following condition: c1 is more than or equal to 2mm and less than or equal to 10mm, and the distance e1 between the left edge of the welding seam and the left edge of the U-shaped notch part meets the condition: e1 is more than or equal to 2mm and less than or equal to 10mm, and the distance d1 between the right edge of the welding seam and the right edge of the U-shaped notch part meets the condition that: d1 is more than or equal to 2mm and less than or equal to 10mm.
9. The laser welding tool of any one of claims 1-8, wherein the weld positioning and clamping assembly further comprises:
the upper welding seam positioning limiting block is connected with the lower end face of the welding seam clamping arm;
and the lower welding seam positioning limiting block is connected to the welding seam positioning transfer block, corresponds to the upper welding seam positioning limiting block in position, and is matched with the upper welding seam positioning limiting block.
10. The laser welding tool according to claim 1, wherein the workpiece comprises one or more of a body-in-white vehicle door inner plate, a door frame reinforcing plate, a side wall and a tail door.
