Abstract

In the alternative, the storage medium may be integral to the processor. The processor and the storage medium may reside in an ASIC, which may be located in a user terminal. In one or more exemplary designs, the functions described above in connection with the embodiments of the invention may be implemented in hardware, software, firmware, or any combination of the three. If implemented in software, the functions may be stored on or transmitted over as one or more instructions or code on a computer-readable medium. Computer-readable media includes both computer storage media and communication media that facilitate transfer of a computer program from one place to another. Storage media may be any available media that can be accessed by a general purpose or special purpose computer. For example, such computer-readable media can include, but is not limited to, RAM, ROM, EEPROM, CD-ROM or other optical disk storage, magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other medium which can be used to carry or store program code in the form of instructions or data structures and which can be read by a general-purpose or special-purpose computer, or a general-purpose or special-purpose processor. Additionally, any connection is properly termed a computer-readable medium, and, thus, is included if the software is transmitted from a website, server, or other remote source via a coaxial cable, fiber optic cable, twisted pair, Digital Subscriber Line (DSL), or wirelessly, e.g., infrared, radio, and microwave. Such discs (disk) and disks (disc) include compact disks, laser disks, optical disks, DVDs, floppy disks and blu-ray disks where disks usually reproduce data magnetically, while disks usually reproduce data optically with lasers. Combinations of the above may also be included in the computer-readable medium.
Claims (10)
1. A banking business auditing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving service data from a client, and creating a corresponding digital person according to the service data;
sending the digital person to the client so that the client collects interactive video data of a user and the digital person;
extracting interactive audio data in the interactive video data from the client;
extracting user audio data from the interactive audio data according to preset digital human audio parameters;
and auditing the user audio data to obtain a service auditing result.
2. The banking business auditing method of claim 1, where auditing the user audio data to obtain a business audit result comprises:
converting the user audio data into user text data;
and auditing the user text data through a preset wind control model to obtain a service auditing result.
3. The banking business auditing method according to claim 1, before extracting user audio data from the interactive audio data according to preset digital human audio parameters, further comprising:
segmenting the interactive video data, and extracting key frames in each segment;
respectively comparing the user face in each key frame with the user face in the service data;
extracting user audio data from the interactive audio data according to preset digital human audio parameters comprises:
and extracting user audio data from the interactive audio data according to the comparison result and preset digital human audio parameters.
4. The banking business auditing method of claim 1 where creating a corresponding digital person from the business data comprises:
and verifying the service data according to verification data corresponding to the service data, and creating a digital person corresponding to the service data according to a verification result.
5. A banking transaction auditing apparatus, comprising:
the digital person creating module is used for receiving the service data from the client and creating a corresponding digital person according to the service data;
the sending module is used for sending the digital person to the client so as to enable the client to collect interactive video data of a user and the digital person;
the interactive audio extraction module is used for extracting interactive audio data in the interactive video data from the client;
the user audio extraction module is used for extracting user audio data from the interactive audio data according to preset digital human audio parameters;
and the auditing module is used for auditing the user audio data to obtain a service auditing result.
6. The banking transaction auditing device of claim 5, where the auditing module includes:
a text conversion unit for converting the user audio data into user text data;
and the text auditing unit is used for auditing the user text data through a preset wind control model to obtain a service auditing result.
7. The banking audit device according to claim 5, further comprising:
the key frame extraction module is used for segmenting the interactive video data and extracting key frames in all segments;
the comparison module is used for respectively comparing the user faces in the key frames with the user faces in the service data;
the user audio extraction module is specifically configured to:
and extracting user audio data from the interactive audio data according to the comparison result and preset digital human audio parameters.
8. The banking business auditing device of claim 5, where the digital person creation module is specifically configured to:
and verifying the service data according to verification data corresponding to the service data, and creating a digital person corresponding to the service data according to a verification result.
9. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and running on the processor, wherein the processor when executing the computer program implements the steps of the banking transaction auditing method of any one of claims 1 to 4.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the banking transaction auditing method according to any one of claims 1 to 4.
