The inner cylinder 7 is provided with a partition board which divides the inner cylinder 7 into an upper layer and a lower layer; the camera 8 is fixedly arranged on the partition plate, and a camera lens is placed in the lower layer of the inner barrel; the temperature sensor is arranged on the upper layer of the inner barrel and used for monitoring the ambient temperature of the camera 8 in real time. The working principle is that the device is mainly applied to a hot rolling strip steel production line, and the working environment temperature is very high. The outer layer heat insulation cotton 5 can insulate most of heat; the cooling water pipe 6 is arranged between the heat insulation cotton 5 and the inner cylinder 7, and heat is carried away by continuously flowing water, so that the heat insulation and temperature reduction capability of the device is further improved; meanwhile, a temperature sensor is arranged in the inner barrel 7, so that the ambient temperature of the camera is monitored in real time, and the damage of the camera caused by overhigh ambient temperature is avoided; in addition, a dust removing mechanism 9 is installed at the camera lens to remove dust on the camera lens by wind power.
