The invention discloses a front-back type two-wall-brushing cleaning vehicle, which comprises a cleaning device, a water tank, a hydraulic system, a waterway system, an electrical system and a power cabin, wherein the hydraulic system is used for controlling the cleaning device to adjust the cleaning action posture; a waterway system element for controlling the waterway system to work is arranged in the power cabin; the base plate is connected with the water tank through a U-shaped bolt; the water tank is positioned above the damping spring steel plate, a bridge support is further arranged between the water tank and the damping spring steel plate, and the bridge support is used for supporting the water tank to prevent unbalanced loading; the cleaning devices are two groups, one group is arranged at the front end of the cab through the front hanging plate, and the other group is arranged at the rear part of the water tank through the rear hanging plate. The invention has high cleanliness, and the rolling brush can be effectively attached to the wall of the tunnel for cleaning; two sets of belt cleaning devices can realize that the height department of a wall can clean simultaneously, effectively improves the cleaning efficiency.

Technical Field
The invention relates to an environmental sanitation vehicle mainly used for cleaning and maintaining urban tunnel walls and highway tunnel walls, in particular to a front-back type two-wall-brushing cleaning vehicle which is suitable for cleaning tunnels with complex sections and long mileage.
Technical Field
At present, the known wall surface cleaning vehicle utilizes a high-pressure water cleaning mode, although the working device is simple, the high-pressure water pump is driven by the engine to generate high-pressure water, and the high-pressure water is sprayed out through the nozzle. Along with the rapid growth of urban roads and expressways, higher requirements are put forward on the cleaning modes of urban highway tunnels, guardrails and road surfaces: 1. the operation efficiency is improved, the operation cost is controlled, and the vehicle cleaning device is convenient to operate, reliable in operation and high in cleaning efficiency; 2. the operation safety is improved, the traditional manual or simple mechanical operation mode is changed, the performance is advanced, and the operation can safely clean the machine.

In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below.
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention, but the present invention may be practiced in other ways than those specifically described herein, and it will be readily apparent to those of ordinary skill in the art that the present invention may be practiced without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, as a first embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a front-rear type two-wall-brushing washing vehicle, including a cab 1 and a chassis 14; and a damping spring steel plate is arranged on the chassis 14. The device comprises a cleaning device, a water tank 3, a hydraulic system 6 for controlling the posture adjustment of the cleaning device in the cleaning action, a waterway system 7 for providing a cleaning water source, an electrical system 8 for providing cleaning power and a power cabin 2; a waterway system element for controlling the waterway system 7 to work is arranged in the power cabin 2;
the chassis 14 is connected with the water tank 3 through a U-shaped bolt; the water tank 3 is positioned above the damping spring steel plate, a bridge support 5 is further arranged between the water tank 3 and the damping spring steel plate, and the bridge support 5 is used for supporting the water tank 3 to prevent unbalanced loading; the bridge supports 5 are fixedly mounted on the frame.
The cleaning devices are two groups, one group is arranged at the front end of the cab 1 through a front hanging plate 9, and the other group is arranged at the rear part of the water tank 3 through a rear hanging plate 4.
Specifically, the whole vehicle is provided with two groups of cleaning devices, so that the high and low positions of one wall can be cleaned simultaneously, and the cleaning efficiency is effectively improved. It should be noted that, the cleaning device installed at the front end of the cab 1 is a front cleaning device, and the cleaning device installed at the rear part of the water tank 3 is a rear cleaning device, which are arranged in tandem, so that the cleaning device can be used in a height-adjustable manner, the cleaning area is larger, and the cleaning efficiency is high.
The waterway system component comprises a water pump communicated with the inside of the water tank 3 and a control valve for controlling the switch of the water pump.
The bridge support 5 comprises a support seat arranged on the water tank 3 and a support hydraulic cylinder;
the supporting hydraulic cylinder is used for realizing rigid support between the water tank 3 and the damping spring steel plate. When the vehicle is cleaned in the running process, the bottom of the supporting hydraulic cylinder can be used for extending downwards to the damping spring steel plate, and the top of the supporting hydraulic cylinder extends out to apply upward force to the supporting seat, so that the water tank 3 is prevented from being loaded eccentrically; the bridge supports 5 can be uniformly distributed and arranged according to the stress condition of the water tank 3, and are generally symmetrically arranged 4.
The cleaning device comprises a working arm 11 and a rolling brush 12 arranged at the free end of the working arm 11;
the working arm 11 comprises a horizontal moving device for realizing full-automatic transverse movement of the working arm 11 and a hydraulic rotating device capable of rotating 180 degrees;
the rolling brush 12 includes a rolling brush main frame installed on the working arm 11, a rolling brush wheel installed on the rolling brush main frame to be rotatable, and a water spray rod 13 having a nozzle.
The working arm 11 is a three-section arm, a hydraulic cylinder is distributed on each section arm, and the extension of each section arm can be realized by controlling the extension of the hydraulic cylinder.
And a boom support wheel 10 capable of lifting hydraulically is mounted on the working arm 11.
During operation, the front and rear wall-brushing cleaning vehicles are stopped at proper positions of a lane, during washing operation, arm support supporting wheels 10 on two sides of a working arm 11 on the front cleaning device are put down, a hydraulic cylinder on the working arm 11 is controlled to extend out, the working arm extends out to a proper height and keeps a proper distance with the wall surface, a horizontal moving device of the working arm 11 is controlled to enable a rolling brush to be close to the wall surface until the rolling brush is contacted, a water pump is controlled to be started to enable a nozzle on a water spray rod 13 to start spraying water, the washing height is kept unchanged until washing operation of the washing surface with the height is completed, and the rear cleaning device operates as the front cleaning device; the front cleaning device and the rear cleaning device can work independently and jointly, the wall surface can be brushed at a high level and a low level during the joint work, the cleaning area of the vehicle during single operation is greatly enlarged, and all the operations are completed under the control of an electric system.
In a normal driving state, the supporting hydraulic cylinder on the bridge support 5 is in a retraction state, and the supporting hydraulic cylinder is separated from the damping spring steel plate, so that the normal damping effect of the damping spring steel plate is ensured; when cleaning operation is carried out in a running state, the supporting hydraulic cylinder is controlled to synchronously extend downwards for a proper distance to abut against the damping spring steel plate, the top portion of the supporting hydraulic cylinder extends out to apply upward force to the supporting seat, namely the floating connection between the chassis 14 and the damping spring steel plate is changed into rigid support, and the stability of the whole vehicle is improved.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention and not for limiting, and the present invention has been described in detail only with reference to the preferred embodiments, and it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications or equivalent substitutions may be made on the technical solutions of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the present invention, which are within the scope of the claims of the present invention.
