Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of textile dyeing, and particularly relates to a dyeing process for producing denim yarn by using a reactive dye dyeing method. The invention utilizes reactive dye to dye the jean yarn style of the outer layer of the raw yarn and the undyed inner layer of the raw yarn, simultaneously reduces the dyeing cost and realizes the production of the colored jean yarn.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of textile dyeing, and particularly relates to a dyeing process for producing denim yarn by using a reactive dye dyeing method.
Background
The jean fabric, one of the most popular fabrics, plays an increasingly important role in daily life, and is popular with consumers. At present, most of the conventional denim fabric is dyed by indigo and vulcanization, the indigo denim fabric is single in color and cannot meet the requirements of people on the product, and the sulfur dye has the defects of poor color light stability, incomplete color spectrum, high dyeing sewage treatment cost and the like. The colored jean fabric produced by adopting the over dyeing method has the problems of complex processing, unstable color light, poor reproducibility and the like. With the demand of consumers for diversified jean fabrics, the production of the jean fabrics by using reactive dyes becomes one of the important points of research. The reactive dye has bright color, complete chromatogram and excellent color fastness, but the reactive dye has fast dyeing and permeation, loses the effect of yarn loop dyeing, namely the white core of the jean after the yarn dyeing, and is difficult to realize the antique style of the jean, thereby limiting the application of the reactive dye on the jean yarn fabric.
At present, the reactive dye is used for dyeing the jean yarn by using the multi-purpose sizing and dyeing combined long vehicle, and equipment is required to be modified to meet the requirement of high-temperature baking so as to realize high-temperature color fixation in a short time, so that the reactive dye and fiber can quickly react, and the production stability is improved. The invention realizes the production of the jean yarn by using the reactive dye by using the single yarn sizing machine, realizes the style of the jean white core, and can enrich the color system of the jean yarn to produce the color jean yarn.
At present, no article or patent report exists about the dyeing process for producing the denim yarn by using the reactive dye dyeing.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows: the dyeing process for producing the denim yarn by using the reactive dye dyeing method overcomes the defects of the prior art, solves the problem of rapid penetration in the reactive dye dyeing process, realizes the denim yarn style that the outer layer of the raw yarn is dyed and the inner layer is not dyed, and realizes the production of the color denim yarn.
The dyeing process for producing the jean yarn by using the reactive dye dyeing method disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the raw yarn is directly used for dyeing by using the single-yarn sizing machine, the purpose of insufficient dip dyeing of the yarn is achieved by using the characteristic of poor hygroscopicity of the raw yarn and the high-speed operation of equipment, and then the jean yarn dyed by the reactive dye is obtained after yarn steaming, fixation and post-treatment.
The dyeing process for producing the denim yarn by using the reactive dye dyeing method specifically comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing a dye solution: the dye solution comprises reactive dye, penetrant, sodium alginate, baking soda and water;
(2) dyeing: putting the dye liquor into a dye vat of on-line dyeing equipment, enabling the yarn to quickly pass through the dye liquor by utilizing the high-speed operation of the equipment, and winding the yarn into loose cone yarn after passing through a dye liquor extrusion device and a drying device;
(3) and (3) steaming and fixing color: placing the dyed loose cone yarn into a high-temperature high-pressure steamer, and performing high-temperature color fixation by using saturated steam;
(4) and (3) post-treatment: and (4) putting the cheese subjected to yarn steaming and color fixing into a cheese dyeing machine for washing, soaping, softening and drying.
In the step (1), the dye solution comprises 1-40g/L of reactive dye, 0-5g/L of penetrating agent, 0-20g/L of sodium alginate, 20-60g/L of baking soda and the balance of water.
The speed of the on-line dyeing equipment in the step (2) is 350-500 m/min.
The liquid carrying rate of the dyed yarn in the step (2) is 70-100%, and the moisture content of the loose cone yarn is 15-40%.
The temperature of the yarn steaming and color fixing treatment in the step (3) is 100-120 ℃, and the time is 10-30 min.
And (4) soaping treatment, wherein the dosage of a soaping agent WO is 1-5g/L, the temperature is 80-100 ℃, and the time is 5-20 min.
Softening treatment in the step (4), wherein the dosage of the softening agent LUA is 5-30g/L, the dosage of the HAC is 0-2g/L, the temperature is 40-60 ℃, and the time is 15-30 min.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the invention directly uses the raw yarn for dyeing, does not need pretreatment or modification treatment, saves the consumption of dyeing auxiliary agents and the washing process, and reduces the dyeing cost.
2. The invention utilizes the reactive dye for dyeing, sodium alginate and the like are added into the dye liquor, so as to avoid the reactive dye from being dyed thoroughly and realize the yarn characteristic of the white core of the jean.
3. The invention realizes the production of the colorful jean yarn by using the reactive dye, enriches the color system of the jean fabric and meets different requirements of consumers on the jean fabric.
