That is, the sealing ring 115 is disposed at the end of the outlet 100, the sealing ring 115 is covered with the pressing ring 116, and the pressing ring 116 can be fastened to the end of the outlet 100 by a fastener (such as a screw, a lock catch, etc.), and presses the sealing ring 115, so that the sealing ring 115 is tightly attached to the end of the outlet 100. In this embodiment, the inner side of the clamp ring 116 is provided with an internal thread, and the outer side of the second cover 111 is provided with an external thread, that is, the second cover 111 and the clamp ring 116 are connected through the external thread and the internal thread, and in the process of screwing the second cover 111 into the clamp ring 116, the outer side wall of the second cover 111 can abut against the sealing ring 115, so that the sealing ring 115 and the second cover 111 are in sealing fit, the sealing of the outlet 100 is realized, and the sealing effect of the cover 11 is improved. In this case, the second cover 111 may be fixedly connected to the first cover 110 or be an integral component, and the first cover 110 is rotated while the second cover 111 is rotated, so as to achieve synchronous installation of the first cover 110 and the second cover 111, thereby facilitating the detachment of the cover 11.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the second cover 111 has an external thread, the outlet 100 has an internal thread, the second cover 111 is connected to the outlet 100 through the external thread and the internal thread, that is, the second cover 111 and the outlet 100 can be directly connected through the thread, and the second cover 111 can directly press the sealing ring 115 disposed at the end of the outlet 100, so as to achieve the sealing effect. In this case, the second cover 111 may be fixedly connected to the first cover 110 or may be an integral member.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the second cover body is connected to the outlet in a pressing sealing manner, specifically, neither the inner wall of the outlet nor the outer wall of the second cover body is provided with threads, a sealing groove is formed on the outer side of the second cover body, the sealing ring is sleeved in the sealing groove, and then the second cover body provided with the sealing ring is pressed into the outlet, so that the sealing ring on the second cover body is tightly attached to the inner wall of the outlet, thereby achieving the sealing connection between the second cover body and the outlet. In other embodiments, the second cover body may also be connected to the outlet by other connection methods, for example, the second cover body is provided with a first fastening portion, a second fastening portion is provided in the outlet, the second cover body is connected to the outlet by the first fastening portion and the second fastening portion, or the second cover body is connected to the outlet by a fastening member (e.g., a screw), and a sealing ring is provided between the second cover body and the outlet, so that the second cover body and the outlet are connected by the fastening member in a sealing manner.
In addition, when the upper end surface of the first cover body is a flat formal cover body, the construction phase is completed at this time, and the installation of the electric power facility needs to be performed, and in order to facilitate the connection between the electric power component on the first cover body and the circuit in the box body, a wire outlet hole may be formed in the second cover body, and the circuit in the box body may be electrically connected to the electric power component on the first cover body through the wire outlet hole. Meanwhile, in order to ensure the sealing performance of the box body, when the outgoing line is carried out, a sealing rubber sleeve can be sleeved on the outgoing line hole, and the sealing of the box body can be ensured under the outgoing line condition.
Further, since the application scene of the wire box 1 needs to be kept in a closed state for a long time in the whole period of the building construction, it is difficult to open and close the cover 11 by hand when the cover 11 is replaced or threaded, and it is necessary to perform the attaching and detaching operation of the cover 11 by means of an attaching and detaching tool. In order to facilitate the cap 11 to be engaged with the tool, referring to fig. 1 to 2 and fig. 7, in the present embodiment, an abutting portion 112 is provided on the cap 11, and the cap 11 can be abutted with the tool through the abutting portion 112. The abutting portion 112 may be provided on the first cover 110, may be provided on the second cover 111, or may be provided on both the first cover 110 and the second cover 111, so as to facilitate the detachment and attachment of the cover 11. Referring to fig. 2 and 7, in the present embodiment, the abutting portion 112 includes an abutting groove 113 and a central groove 114, the abutting groove 113 is provided on the upper end surface of the cover 11 and extends to the edge of the cover 11 along the radial direction of the cover 11, the abutting grooves 113 are spaced apart along the circumferential direction of the cover 11, and the central groove 114 is provided at the center of the upper end surface of the cover 11.
That is, the upper end surface of the cover 11 is provided with the abutting grooves 113 and the central groove 114, wherein the abutting grooves 113 are distributed at intervals along the circumferential direction of the cover 11, and the number of the abutting grooves 113 can be set according to actual needs and the structure of the disassembling tool. Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 7, in this embodiment, three abutting grooves 113 are provided on the cover 11, and the three abutting grooves 113 are uniformly distributed on the upper end surface of the cover 11 at intervals, so that when the cover 11 is detached or installed, an operation can be performed by using an assembly and disassembly tool such as a three-jaw clamp, which is convenient for the assembly and disassembly of the cover 11, and meanwhile, the abutting grooves 113 extend to the edge of the cover 11 along the radial direction of the cover 11, which is convenient for removing the residual building materials (such as silt, debris, etc.) on the cover 11, thereby ensuring that the abutting grooves 113 can be effectively abutted with the assembly and disassembly tool.
Referring to fig. 2 and 7, in the present embodiment, a center groove 114 is provided at the center of the upper end surface of the cover 11, and it is necessary to keep the cover 11 horizontal during the process of mounting the cover 11, and for this purpose, a measuring device such as a level gauge may be placed in the center groove 114 to ensure the accuracy of measurement. After the construction is completed, the central groove 114 may be filled with plastic marks (such as road signs and guide marks) or may be attached with auxiliary decorative objects such as guide adhesive tapes, so as to better exert the function and purpose of the cover 11. In other embodiments, the abutting portion on the cover body may have other shapes and structures, which is not limited in the present invention, and may be reasonably arranged according to actual needs as long as the abutting portion can be effectively abutted with the dismounting tool.
Further, referring to fig. 1 to 8, in the present embodiment, the thread cassette 1 further includes a bottom plate 12, a lower portion of the box body 10 is provided with a bottom opening 105, and the bottom plate 12 is hermetically connected with the lower portion of the box body 10 to close the bottom opening 105. That is, the bottom of the box 10 is an open bottom 105, the open-die casting of the box 10 is facilitated by the bottom 105, and the bottom plate 12 is hermetically connected to the bottom of the box 10 to close the bottom 105.
Specifically, referring to fig. 3 in conjunction with fig. 4 to 6, in the present embodiment, the bottom plate 12 or the edge of the box 10 is provided with a stuffing groove 120, the edge of the box 10 or the bottom plate 12 is clamped into the stuffing groove 120, and the two are hermetically connected by the sealant in the stuffing groove 120. That is to say, the box body 10 and the bottom plate 12 are connected in a sealing manner by filling the sealant, wherein the stuffing groove 120 may be disposed on the bottom plate 12 or on the box body 10, the sealant is filled in the stuffing groove 120, and then the edge of the box body 10 or the bottom plate 12 is clamped into the stuffing groove 120, so that the edge of the box body 10 or the bottom plate 12 is completely immersed in the sealant, thereby realizing reliable connection and sealing between the box body 10 and the bottom plate 12, and ensuring the sealing performance and waterproof performance of the whole wire box 1. The sealing glue can be epoxy resin glue or silica gel glue and the like, is not limited in the invention, can be reasonably arranged according to actual needs, and only needs to be reliably connected with the bottom plate in a sealing manner.
In other embodiments, the bottom plate and the box body can be connected in a sealing manner in other connection manners, for example, a sealing strip can be arranged between the bottom plate and the box body, and the bottom plate is tightly connected with the bottom plate in a sealing manner through a fastening piece.
In addition, in order to stably and reliably embed the wire box 1 in the building layer and avoid the wire box 1 from moving due to the extrusion of the concrete layer, referring to fig. 1 to 8, in the present embodiment, the edge of the bottom plate 12, or the lower edge of the box body 10, is provided with the mounting lug 104, and the mounting lug 104 is integrally formed with the bottom plate 12, or the box body 10. That is, the mounting lugs 104 may be disposed only on the edge of the bottom plate 12, only on the lower edge of the box 10, or on both the lower edge of the box 10 and the edge of the bottom plate 12. When the junction box is installed, the junction box 1 is integrally fixed in a base layer of a building through the matching of bolts or other fasteners and the installation lugs 104, the junction box 1 can be well fixed, and the junction box 1 is prevented from moving due to extrusion of a concrete layer.
The invention also discloses a pipeline system, which comprises a wire groove and the wire box 1 in any embodiment, wherein the wire groove is hermetically connected with the connecting port 103 of the wire box 1, the wire groove and the wire box 1 are embedded in a building together, a pipeline in the wire groove can penetrate out of the outlet of the wire box 103 through the connecting port 103 of the wire box 1, or the pipeline in the wire groove penetrates into the wire box 1 from the connecting port 103 on one side of the wire box 1 and penetrates out of the connecting port 103 on the other side of the wire box 1.
Adopt above-mentioned technical scheme, through using the box body that is formed by integrated into one piece processing, do not have the joint line gap between each side and the terminal surface, do not need welding and concatenation, can be fine from structural realization sealed and promote the intensity of box body for the line box has better leakproofness and waterproof nature.

Claims (20)
1. A wire cassette, comprising:
the box body is formed by processing an integrally formed part and is provided with an outlet and a connecting port;
a cover for closing the outlet, wherein,
the outlet is arranged on the end face of the box body, and the connecting port is arranged on the side face of the box body.
2. The wire cassette according to claim 1, wherein the end surface of the cassette body is a flat surface or an arc-shaped surface protruding toward the outside of the cassette body.
3. The wire cassette of claim 1, wherein the outlet is a circular outlet or a rectangular outlet.
4. The wire cassette of claim 1, wherein the cross-sectional shape of the cassette body includes a polygon, a circle, an ellipse, and an irregular shape.
5. The wire cassette of claim 1, wherein the end face of the cassette body comprises an upper end face and a lower end face, the outlet being provided at the upper end face, and/or the lower end face being provided with a lower outlet.
6. The thread cassette of claim 5, wherein the lower outlet is provided with a sieve, and/or a sealing lid.
7. The wire cassette of any one of claims 1-6, wherein the cover includes a first cover, the first cover being connected to the outlet.
8. The thread cassette according to claim 7, wherein the first cover is provided with an internal thread, the outlet is provided with an external thread, the first cover and the outlet are connected by the external thread and the internal thread, or,
the first cover body is provided with a convex part, the outlet is provided with a groove, and the first cover body and the outlet are clamped through the convex part and the groove.
9. The wire cassette of claim 7, wherein the cover further comprises a second cover sealingly connected to the outlet and coverable by the first cover.
10. The wire cassette according to claim 9, wherein the outlet is provided with a seal ring and a clamp ring capable of clamping the seal ring against an end of the outlet, the clamp ring is provided with an internal thread, the second cover is provided with an external thread, the second cover and the clamp ring are connected by the external thread and the internal thread, the second cover abuts against the seal ring to close the outlet, or,
the second cover body is provided with external threads, the outlet is provided with internal threads, the second cover body is connected with the outlet through the external threads and the internal threads, or,
the second cover body is provided with a first clamping part, the outlet is internally provided with a second clamping part, the second cover body is connected with the outlet through the first clamping part and the second clamping part, or,
the second cover body is connected with the outlet in a pressing and sealing way, or,
the second cover body is connected with the outlet in a sealing mode through a fastening piece.
11. The wire cassette of claim 9, wherein the second cover has an outlet hole.
12. The wire cassette of claim 1, wherein the cover has an abutment portion through which the cover can be abutted with an attachment/detachment tool.
13. The wire cassette according to claim 12, wherein the abutting portion includes an abutting groove provided on an upper end surface of the cover body and extending to an edge of the cover body in a radial direction of the cover body, and a central groove provided at a center of the upper end surface of the cover body, the abutting groove being spaced apart in a circumferential direction of the cover body.
14. The wire cassette of claim 1, further comprising a bottom plate, a lower portion of the box body being provided with a bottom opening, the bottom plate being sealingly connected with the lower portion of the box body to close the bottom opening.
15. The wire cassette of claim 14, wherein a gasket groove is provided at an edge of the base plate or the cassette body, and the edge of the cassette body or the base plate is snapped into the gasket groove and is sealingly connected thereto by a sealant in the gasket groove.
16. The wire cassette of claim 14, wherein a sealing strip is provided between the base plate and the cassette body, and the base plate is sealed with the base plate by pressing the sealing strip with a fastener.
17. The wire cassette of claim 14, wherein an edge of the base plate, or a lower edge of the cassette body, is provided with mounting lugs that are integrally formed with the base plate, or the cassette body.
18. The wire cassette of claim 1, wherein a protective sleeve is provided within the cassette body, the protective sleeve being provided at the outlet and/or the connection port being located at a port within the cassette body.
19. The wire cassette of claim 1, wherein the cassette is made of cast iron, an alloy material, a hard plastic, or a resin material.
20. A pipeline system comprising a wire casing and the wire cassette of any one of claims 1 to 19, the wire casing being sealingly connected to a connection port of the wire cassette, the wire casing and the wire cassette being buried together in a building body, a pipeline in the wire casing being capable of passing out from an outlet of the wire cassette through the connection port of the wire cassette, or a pipeline in the wire casing passing into the wire cassette from the connection port on one side of the wire cassette and passing out from the connection port on the other side of the wire cassette.
