Detailed Description
The invention is further described in the following detailed description with reference to the drawings and examples as preferred embodiments:
referring to fig. 1 to 4, a floor cleaning device has a lower body 100 and an upper body 200 connected to each other;
the lower body 100 includes a lower body case 110 and a drum 120, the drum 120 is disposed inside the lower body case 110 and exposed to the outside, a scraper 130 for scraping foreign matters on the drum 120 is disposed inside the lower body case 110, a suction cover cylinder 140 for absorbing the foreign matters by negative pressure is disposed beside the drum 120, the scraper 130 is close to the suction cover cylinder 140 so that the scraped foreign matters are directly sucked away by the suction cover cylinder 140, and a nozzle 150 for water-spraying cleaning the drum 120 is disposed beside the drum 120;
the upper body 200 includes an upper body case 210, a clean water tank 220 for containing clean liquid, an electric motor 230 for providing negative pressure and a dirt collecting bucket 240 for containing dirt are provided in the upper body case 210, the dirt collecting bucket 240 is connected to the suction hood 140 through a pipe system, the electric motor 230 is connected to the pipe system to provide negative pressure and suck foreign matters from the suction hood 140 into the dirt collecting bucket 240, the clean water tank 220 is connected to the nozzle 150 through a pipe to spray water, and a pressurizing device for pressurizing water is provided on the pipe connected to the nozzle 150.
In a specific implementation process, the connection of the lower body 100 and the upper body 200 forms a main body of the whole product, and is used for arranging each functional component, providing an adaptive assembly structure for the shape of each functional component, and providing a derivative structure for the assembly of each functional component. When the product of this scheme of adoption is at the during operation, the cylinder 120 rolls and accomplishes clean ground, and when clean, the cylinder 120 inevitably can adsorb the filth. Therefore, the clean water contained in the clean water tank 220 is introduced into the spray nozzle 150 by the pipe and the pressurizing means, and then sprayed onto the drum 120 to be cleaned. Generally, the outer surface of the drum 120 has water absorption, since water absorption is also a necessary property thereof as a cleaning tool. Therefore, when the roller 120 is sprayed with water, the roller 120 can be cleaned, and at the same time, due to the scraping action of the scraper 130 on the roller 120, the surface of the roller 120 is deformed, sewage is squeezed out, and then the sewage is sucked into the sewage collecting barrel 240 through the suction cover 140 and the pipe system under the action of negative pressure, so that the collection and the accommodation of the sewage are completed. The pressurizing device is composed of various devices such as a water pump, a solenoid valve and the like.
In a preferred embodiment, the roller 120 is a flocking roller or a fluff roller. The flocking roller is used for the surfaces which are difficult to clean, such as carpets. The fluff roll is a conventional roll 120 suitable for flat floors.
In specific implementation, as a preferred embodiment, the suction hood 140 includes a hood case 141 having an open shape and a wind tunnel part 142 provided in the middle of the hood case 141, the hood case 141 faces the drum 120, and the wind tunnel part 142 is connected to a piping. In the present preferred embodiment, a specific structural form of the suction cover 140 is specifically provided, by which a comprehensive water suction treatment of the drum 120 is facilitated, and a negative pressure water suction effect is ensured.
In a preferred embodiment, the scraper 130 is disposed along the axial direction of the drum 120. In the present preferred embodiment, the scraping and washing effect is ensured by disposing the scraper 130 through the body.
In a specific implementation, as a preferred embodiment, the edge of the cover case 140 corresponds to the edge of the drum 120. In the present preferred embodiment, the edge of the cover housing 140 is flush with the edge of the drum 120, so that the negative pressure effect is ensured to be sufficient.
In a specific implementation, the scraper 130 is fixedly disposed on the suction hood 140 and close to the upper position of the drum 120. In the present preferred embodiment, the scraper 130 is fixedly provided on the suction cover cylinder 140, so that the position thereof is ensured to be rational, and the reliability thereof is ensured. The upper position near the roller 120 is mainly considered that the scraped sewage flows down under the influence of self gravity, and the effect of being sucked by negative pressure can be satisfied if the scraped sewage is located above. If the sewage is positioned in the middle or the lower position, the sewage is easy to directly flow out and cannot be sucked away by negative pressure.
In a preferred embodiment, the nozzle 150 is fixed to the suction hood 140 and is located above the scraper 130. In this preferred embodiment, the nozzle 150 is positioned to facilitate the discharge of water for cleaning and to cooperate with the scraper 130 to provide better flushing and scraping effects.
In a preferred embodiment, a roller placing member 160 for placing a spare roller is provided on the lower housing 110. As described above, a plurality of rollers may be provided in practice, and therefore, the roller placement member 160 is provided to facilitate placement of the spare roller.
In a specific implementation, as a preferred embodiment, the lower housing shell 110 is provided with a battery placing member 170 for placing a spare battery. The battery placing member 170 is used to place a backup battery, which is used to supply power to various parts of the circuit system.
In a specific implementation, as a preferred embodiment, a drum motor for driving the drum 120 to rotate is disposed in the lower housing 110.
In the specific implementation, the storage seat 180 is provided for protecting the whole machine when not in use.
The foregoing detailed description of the preferred embodiments of the invention has been presented. It should be understood that numerous modifications and variations could be devised by those skilled in the art in light of the present teachings without departing from the inventive concepts. Therefore, the technical solutions available to those skilled in the art through logic analysis, reasoning and limited experiments based on the prior art according to the concept of the present invention should be within the scope of protection defined by the claims.
