Abstract
The invention relates to a transition cabin for online overhaul of an air chamber of a grate cooler, which comprises a cabin body, rollers, flexible expansion joints, sealing elements, a magnetic seat flange and a magnetic seat switch, wherein the flexible expansion joints are arranged on the cabin body; the flexible expansion joint is arranged on the right side of the cabin body, and the opening of the left end of the flexible expansion joint is connected with the opening of the right end of the cabin body in a sealing way; the plurality of rollers are fixed at the bottom of the cabin body to realize free movement of the cabin body; the sealing element is fixed at the opening at the right end of the flexible expansion joint; the magnetic seat switch is arranged on the magnetic seat flange, can enable the magnetic seat flange to generate magnetism and can adjust the magnetism intensity, and the right end of the flexible expansion joint is adsorbed at the left end of the magnetic seat flange under the magnetic action generated by the magnetic seat flange and is in sealing connection by virtue of the sealing element; according to the invention, the cabin body is detachably fixed on the air chamber access door, and can be detached when not in use, so that the cabin body is prevented from permanently occupying the inspection space outside the air chamber, and the normal inspection is ensured; and personnel and machines can conveniently and rapidly finish moving before the cabin body is fixed, so that the overhaul is greatly facilitated.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a transition cabin for online overhaul of an air chamber of a grate cooler.
Background
The transition cabin is applied to the cement clinker cooler, and in the production process, if equipment faults occur in the air chamber in the cooler, maintenance personnel can safely enter the air chamber with certain air pressure through the transition cabin.
The air release valves are arranged on the access door of the transition cabin and the access door of the air chamber, when a person wants to access the air chamber through the transition cabin for maintenance, the air release valve arranged on the access door of the transition cabin is opened to enable the transition cabin to be communicated with the air in the space where the person is located, and after the air pressure is balanced, the access door of the transition cabin is opened and enters the interior of the transition cabin; then closing the access door of the transition cabin and placing the air release valve on the access door of the air chamber, opening the air release valve on the access door of the air chamber in the transition cabin to ensure that the air chamber is communicated with the air in the transition cabin, and finally opening the access door of the air chamber and entering the air chamber for maintenance after the air pressure is balanced.
The existing transition cabin cannot be disassembled and moved after being fixed at the air chamber access door, so that the inspection space outside the air chamber is permanently occupied, and the normal inspection is further prevented; personnel and machines and tools can reach the access door of the transition cabin only through a narrow inspection space, so that the access is inconvenient, and the need for waiting for solving is urgent.

The technical scheme adopted for solving the technical problems is as follows: the transition cabin for the online overhaul of the air chamber of the grate cooler is characterized by comprising a cabin body, rollers, flexible expansion joints, sealing elements, a magnetic seat flange and a magnetic seat switch; the flexible expansion joint is arranged on the right side of the cabin body, and the opening at the left end of the flexible expansion joint is connected with the opening at the right end of the cabin body in a sealing way; the rollers are fixed at the bottom of the cabin body to realize free movement of the cabin body; the sealing piece is fixed at the opening at the right end of the flexible expansion joint; the magnetic seat switch is arranged on the magnetic seat flange, the magnetic seat flange can generate magnetism and can adjust the magnetism intensity, and the right end of the flexible expansion joint is adsorbed at the left end of the magnetic seat flange under the magnetic action generated by the magnetic seat flange and is in sealing connection by means of the sealing element.
Preferably, a hook is also fixed on the outer walls of the front side and the rear side of the cabin body.
Preferably, a conical ring which is distributed in a circumferential direction is formed outwards on the outer side end surface of the sealing element, correspondingly, a conical groove which is distributed in a circumferential direction is formed at the left end of the magnetic seat flange, and the conical ring is inserted into the conical groove.

Working principle:
the right end of the magnetic seat flange 6 is fixed at the access door of the air chamber in a sealing way; the cabin body 1 is moved to the left side of the magnetic seat flange 6 by means of the plurality of rollers 2, the right end opening of the flexible expansion joint 4 is aligned to the left end of the magnetic seat flange 6, the magnetic seat switch 7 is turned on to enable the magnetic seat flange 6 to generate magnetic force, further suction force is generated to the right end opening of the flexible expansion joint 4, the flexible expansion joint 4 is slightly unfolded under the action of the magnetic force to enable the right end opening of the flexible expansion joint 4 to be gradually close to the left end of the magnetic seat flange 6 until the right end opening of the flexible expansion joint 4 is completely adsorbed to the left end of the magnetic seat flange 6, and a sealing effect is achieved by means of the sealing piece 5.
The cabin body 1 is pushed to move towards the direction of the air chamber to slowly compress the flexible expansion joint 4, after the flexible expansion joint moves to a certain position, the two hooks 3 are respectively hooked in the earrings arranged on the front side and the rear side of the magnetic seat flange 6, so that the cabin body 1 is fixed on the magnetic seat flange 6 to prevent the flexible expansion joint 4 from being separated from the magnetic seat flange 6 due to external force, and the stability of connection is ensured and the sealing performance of the cabin body is ensured.
The invention realizes the adsorption connection with the flexible expansion joint 4 by utilizing the magnetic force generated by the magnetic seat flange 6, so that the cabin body 1 is detachably fixed on an air chamber access door, and the cabin body 1 can be detached when not in use so as to avoid permanently occupying the inspection space outside the air chamber, thereby ensuring the normal inspection; and personnel and machines can conveniently and rapidly finish moving before the cabin body 1 is fixed, thereby greatly facilitating maintenance.
