Abstract
The present application provides a battery pack comprising: the shell comprises a first bottom wall and a plurality of first side walls, wherein the plurality of first side walls and the first bottom wall enclose an accommodating space; the battery module is accommodated in the accommodating space; the fixing bracket is accommodated in the accommodating space and comprises two end parts which are oppositely arranged, and at least one end part is fixed with the first side wall; and the cover body is arranged on the shell and covers the accommodating space. The battery pack is characterized in that the fixing support is fixed on the shell by detachably fixing the end part of the fixing support in the fixing groove of the shell, so that the fixing support is convenient to install and detach. The application also provides an electric vehicle using the battery pack.

Technical Field

Existing battery packs generally include a housing, a battery management system module, a stationary bracket, and a battery module. The battery management system module is arranged in the fixed bracket. The fixed bracket is mounted on the housing or on the top end of the battery module by a screw, which makes the disassembly and assembly of the fixed bracket inconvenient.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2 together, a battery pack 100 according to a first embodiment of the present application includes a housing 10, a fixing bracket 30, a battery management system module 50, a battery module 60, a plurality of wire harnesses 70, a main wire and a cover 20. The battery module 60 and the fixing bracket 30 are accommodated in the housing 10, the battery module 60 is fixed on the housing 10, the battery management system module 50 is fixed on the fixing bracket 30, the plurality of wire harnesses 70 are electrically connected with the battery management system module 50 and the battery module 60, the total wire is electrically connected with the battery management system module 50 and the battery module 60, and the cover 20 is arranged on the housing 10.
Further, the battery pack 100 further includes a handle 41 and an interface 43. The handle 41 and the interface 43 are provided on the cover 20 at intervals. In other embodiments, the fixing groove 132 may be provided on only one first sidewall 13, for example, two fixing grooves 132 are provided on one first sidewall 13. In other embodiments, the number of the fixing grooves 132 may be greater than two. In another embodiment, the inner side surface of the first sidewall 13 is concavely extended outwards to form the fixing groove 132. The housing 10 may be an insulating plastic part or may include both insulating plastic and metal parts. Further, a partition 112 is provided on the first bottom wall 11 to partition the accommodating space 14 into a first area 141 and a second area 142. The first area 141 is configured to receive the fixing bracket 30. The second region 142 is for accommodating the battery module 60. The cover is disposed on the housing 10 and covers the accommodating space 14. Further, a plurality of first fixing posts 17 are protruding from the first side wall 13. In this embodiment, the plurality of first fixing posts 17 are protruded on the inner surface of the first sidewall 13. The cover body and the first fixing posts 17 are respectively provided with a first fixing hole 171. The battery pack 100 further includes a plurality of first bolts penetrating the first fixing holes 171 to fix the case 10 and the cover. In this embodiment, the first fixing hole 171 on the cover is a through hole, and the first fixing hole 171 on the first fixing post 17 is a blind hole. Threads are provided on the wall of the first fixing hole 171 on the first fixing post 17 for screwing with the first bolt. It is understood that the screw thread may be directly formed on the wall of the first fixing hole 171 or a nut may be buried in the first fixing hole 171 to form a screw thread. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, threads may be provided on the wall of the first securing hole 171 on the cover.
Referring to fig. 3 to 5, the fixing bracket 30 includes a main body 31 and end portions disposed at opposite ends of the main body 31. In the embodiment of the present application, each end portion includes an engaging portion 33, that is, the engaging portion 33 is provided at opposite ends of the main body 31. In another embodiment, one of the end portions includes an engaging portion 33, that is, the engaging portion 33 is provided at one end of the main body 31. The body 31 includes a second bottom wall 311 and a plurality of second side walls 313. The plurality of second side walls 313 are disposed around the second bottom wall 311, and enclose a receiving groove 314 with the second bottom wall 311. The accommodating groove 314 is used for accommodating the battery management system module 50.
The second bottom wall 311 is provided with a plurality of fixing parts 315 for fixing the battery management system module 50. The second side wall 313 is provided with a viewing hole 312 opposite to the fixing portion 315. The second bottom wall 311 is further provided with a plurality of avoidance holes 318. The second bottom wall 311 is provided with a nut 32 corresponding to the fixing portion 315. In this embodiment, the nut 32 is a mosaic nut.
The fixing bracket 30 is accommodated in the accommodating space 141, the engaging portion 33 is engaged in the fixing groove, and one of the second side walls 313 contacts the first bottom wall 11 and forms a gap with the first side wall 13, so that the wire harness passes through. The second side wall 313, which is far from the first bottom wall 11, is provided with a first notch 316 for the wire harness to pass through. A second notch 317 is formed on the second side wall 313 adjacent to the first bottom wall 11 for the total line to pass through. A baffle 34 is provided adjacent to the outside of the second side wall 313 of the first bottom wall 11. The baffle 34 and the second sidewall 313 together form a first recess 341.
Referring to fig. 4 to 6, the battery management system module 50 is accommodated in the accommodating groove 314. The battery management system module 50 includes a board 51 and a plurality of electronic components disposed on the board 51. The plate 51 is supported on the fixing portion 315 and is spaced from the second bottom wall 311 by a predetermined distance, so as to form a space for accommodating the element protruding from the plate 51. The plate 51 and the fixing portion 315 are respectively provided with a second fixing hole 319 which is communicated with each other. The battery management system module 50 further includes a second bolt 54, and the second bolt 54 penetrates through a plurality of second fixing holes 319 and is connected with the nut 32 to fix the battery management system module 50 and the fixing bracket 30. When the second bolt 54 is mounted, a user can observe the second bolt 54 and the fixing portion 315 through the observation hole 312 to determine whether the second bolt 54 is locked. In the present embodiment, the second fixing hole 319 formed in the plate body 51 is a through hole, and the second fixing hole 319 formed in the fixing portion 315 is a through hole. The hole wall of the second fixing hole 319 on the fixing portion 315 is provided with threads for screwing with the second bolt 54. It is understood that the screw thread may be directly formed on the wall of the second fixing hole 319 or a nut may be buried in the second fixing hole 319 to form a screw thread. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, threads may be provided on the walls of the second fastening holes 319 on the plate 51.
Referring to fig. 7, the plurality of wire harnesses 70 includes a first wire harness 71, a second wire harness 72, and a third wire harness 73. One end of the first wire harness 71 is electrically connected to the battery management system module 50, and the other end thereof extends out of the fixing bracket 30 through the first notch 316 to be electrically connected to the battery module 60. One end of the second wire harness 72 is electrically connected to the battery management system module 50, and the other end thereof extends out of the fixing bracket 30 via the first notch 316 to be connected to the interface 43. One end of the third wire harness 73 is electrically connected to the battery management system module 50, and the other end thereof extends out of the fixing bracket 30 via the first notch 316 and is electrically connected to the circuit adapter board 45 disposed on the side of the battery module 60. The third wire harness 73 is an acquisition wire harness for acquiring data such as voltage and temperature of the battery module 60. Further, the circuit switching board 45 is provided with a connector 46, and the third wire harness 73 is connected to the circuit switching board 45 through the connector 46.
Referring to fig. 3 and 6, one end of the bus line 80 is electrically connected to the battery management system module 50, and the other end thereof extends out of the fixing bracket 30 through the second notch 317 to be electrically connected to the battery module 60. The total line 80 includes a first portion 81, a second portion 82, and a third portion 83 connected in sequence. The first portion 81 is accommodated in the accommodating groove 314 and is electrically connected with the battery management system module 50. The second portion 82 is disposed between the first bottom wall 11 and the second side wall 313 and is partially fixed in the first recess 341 to define the trend of the total line 80. The third portion 83 is partially disposed between the first side wall 13 and the second side wall 313, and extends out of the fixing bracket 30 to be electrically connected with the battery module 60, where in this embodiment, the total wire is a copper bar, and in other embodiments, the third portion may be other structural members such as a wire harness.
Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 8, the battery pack 100 further includes a fixing member 90 disposed at an end of the fixing bracket 30 away from the first bottom wall 11. One end of the fixing member 90 is connected to the first sidewall 13, and the other end of the fixing member 90 is connected to the battery module 60. In this embodiment, the number of the fixing members 90 is two. It will be appreciated that the number of fasteners 90 may also be one or more than two.
The first side wall 13 is provided with a second fixing post 18. The first end of the fixing member 90 and the second fixing post 18 are respectively provided with a third fixing hole 181. The battery pack 100 further includes a third bolt 91, and the third bolt 91 passes through a plurality of third fixing holes 181 to fix the fixing member 90 and the case 10. In this embodiment, the third fixing hole 181 on the fixing member 90 is a through hole, and the third fixing hole 181 on the second fixing post 18 is a blind hole. Threads are provided on the wall of the third fixing hole 181 on the second fixing post 18 for screwing with the third bolt 91. It is understood that the thread may be directly formed on the wall of the third fixing hole 181; or a nut is buried in the third fixing hole 181 to form a screw. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, threads may be provided on the wall of the fourth securing hole 181 on the securing member 90.
The battery module 60 is provided at the side thereof with an end plate 61. The end plate 61 abuts against the fixing member 90 and is located below the fixing member 90. Fourth fixing holes 93 are formed in the second end of the fixing member 90, the end plate 61, and the partition 112, respectively. The battery pack 100 further includes a fourth bolt 95, and the fourth bolt 95 is inserted through a plurality of fourth fixing holes 93 to fix the fixing member 90, the battery module 60, and the housing 10. In the present embodiment, the fourth fixing holes 93 in the fixing member 90 and the end plate 61 are through holes, and the fourth fixing holes 93 in the partition 112 are blind holes. Threads are provided on the wall of the fourth fixing hole 93 on the partition 112 for screwing with the fourth bolt 95. It will be appreciated that the threads may be formed directly on the wall of the fourth fixing hole 93; or a nut is buried in the fourth fixing hole 93 to form a screw thread. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, threads may be provided on the walls of the fourth securing holes 93 in the securing member 90 and the end plate 61.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, a second groove 97 is formed on a side of the fixing member 90 facing away from the fixing frame 30. The third wire harness 73, which extends out through the first notch 316, is partially received in the second groove 97 and is electrically connected to the adapter plate 45.
In the battery pack 100 according to the present embodiment, the engaging portion 33 at the end of the fixing bracket 30 is engaged with the fixing groove 132 of the housing 10, so that the fixing bracket 30 is fixed to the housing 10, thereby facilitating the attachment and detachment of the fixing bracket 30. In addition, the fixing member 90 disposed on the fixing bracket 30 is connected to the housing 10 by bolts to fix the fixing bracket 30, which further facilitates the installation and removal of the fixing bracket 30. The fixing bracket 30 and the battery module 60 are respectively accommodated in the first region 141 and the second region 142 of the accommodating space 14, and the fixing member 90, the battery module 60 and the partition 112 are connected by bolts, so that the battery module 60 can be prevented from pressing the fixing bracket 30 when being displaced.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, a battery pack 200 is provided according to a second embodiment of the present application. The battery pack 200 is substantially the same as the battery pack of the first embodiment, and differs mainly in that: the fixing bracket 230 and the housing 210 have different structures, and the wire harness is arranged differently. The fixing bracket 230 does not include an engaging portion, and includes a main body 231 and a plurality of mounting plates 238 formed by extending the side edges of the main body 231. The mounting portion 234 is substantially columnar, and the mounting portion 234 and the mounting plate 238 are provided with fifth fixing holes 235. The battery pack 200 further includes a fifth bolt that fixes the fixing bracket 230 and the case 210 through a plurality of fifth fixing holes 235. In this embodiment, the fifth fixing hole 235 on the mounting plate 238 is a through hole, and the fifth fixing hole 235 on the mounting portion 234 is a blind hole. Threads are provided on the wall of the fifth fixing hole 235 on the mounting portion 234 for screwing with the fifth bolt. It will be appreciated that the threads may be formed directly on the wall of the fifth fixing hole 235; or a nut is buried in the fifth fixing hole 235 to form a screw thread. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, threads may be provided on the walls of the fifth attachment aperture 235 on the mounting plate 238. The fixing grooves 232 are provided on the two corresponding first side walls 213, and both ends of the main body 231 are engaged with the fixing grooves 232. The top end of the first sidewall 213 is provided with a support plate 237 for supporting the cover. In the height direction of the housing 210, a partition 212 provided on the first bottom wall 211 extends along the height of the housing 210, and a top end surface of the partition 212 is slightly lower than a top end surface of the first side wall 213. The length of the fixing bracket 230 can be reduced by eliminating the engaging portion in the width direction of the housing 210, thereby reducing the width of the housing 210.
The application also provides an electric vehicle comprising the battery pack of any of the above embodiments.

Claims (16)
1. A battery pack, comprising:
the shell comprises a first bottom wall and four first side walls, wherein the four first side walls and the first bottom wall enclose an accommodating space;
the battery module is accommodated in the accommodating space;
the fixing support is accommodated in the accommodating space, the fixing support comprises two end parts which are oppositely arranged, at least one end part is fixed with the first side walls, the fixing support and the battery module are arranged in an arrangement mode, the fixing support and the battery module are arranged between the two first side walls, the fixing support is arranged at the side end of the battery module and accommodated in the space, at least one of the other two first side walls is provided with a fixing groove, and the end parts of the fixing support are clamped in the fixing groove;
the battery management system module is arranged on one side of the fixed bracket, which is far away from the battery module; and
the cover body is arranged on the shell body and seals the accommodating space, the fixing groove comprises an opening facing the cover body, and the opening is configured in such a way that the fixing bracket is arranged in the fixing groove along the direction of the first bottom wall facing the cover body through the opening.
2. The battery pack of claim 1, wherein the first side wall is provided with two mounting portions protruding therefrom, and the two mounting portions and the first side wall together form the fixing groove.
3. The battery pack of claim 2, wherein the fixing bracket comprises a main body, the two end portions are disposed at opposite ends of the main body, and at least one end portion comprises a clamping portion, and the clamping portion is clamped in the fixing groove.
4. The battery pack of claim 3, further comprising a plurality of bolts, wherein the first side wall is provided with a plurality of fixing posts in a protruding manner, the cover and the fixing posts are respectively provided with fixing holes, and the bolts penetrate through the plurality of fixing holes to fix the housing and the cover.
5. The battery pack of claim 2, wherein the fixing grooves are provided on the opposite first side walls, the fixing bracket includes a body, and an end of the body is engaged in the fixing grooves.

The battery pack according to claim 5, wherein the fixing bracket further comprises a plurality of mounting plates formed by extending side edges of the main body, the battery pack further comprises a plurality of bolts, the mounting portions and the mounting plates are respectively provided with fixing holes, and the bolts penetrate through the plurality of fixing holes to fix the fixing bracket and the housing.
7. The battery pack of claim 3, further comprising a battery management system module, wherein the body comprises a second bottom wall and a plurality of second side walls, wherein the plurality of second side walls and the second bottom wall enclose a receiving slot, and wherein the battery management system module is secured in the receiving slot.
8. The battery pack of claim 7, wherein the second bottom wall is provided with a fixing portion, the battery management system module is fixedly arranged on the fixing portion, and the second side wall is provided with a viewing hole opposite to the fixing portion.
9. The battery pack of claim 7, further comprising a wire harness, wherein a notch is formed in the second side wall remote from the first bottom wall, one end of the wire harness is electrically connected to the battery management system module, and the other end of the wire harness extends out of the fixing support through the notch to be electrically connected to the battery module.
10. The battery pack of claim 7, further comprising a master wire, wherein a notch is formed in the second side wall adjacent to the first bottom wall, one end of the master wire is electrically connected to the battery management system module, and the other end of the master wire extends out of the fixing support through the notch to be electrically connected to the battery module.
11. The battery pack according to claim 10, wherein a baffle is disposed on an outer side of the second side wall, the baffle and the second side wall together form a groove, the total wire includes a first portion, a second portion and a third portion connected in sequence, the first portion is accommodated in the accommodating groove, the second portion is disposed between the first bottom wall and the second side wall and is fixed in the groove, and the third portion is disposed between the first side wall and the second side wall.

The battery pack of claim 7, further comprising a fixing member disposed at an end of the fixing bracket remote from the first bottom wall, wherein one end of the fixing member is fixedly connected to the first side wall, and the other end of the fixing member is fixedly connected to the battery module.
13. The battery pack according to claim 12, wherein a partition is provided on the first bottom wall, the partition being configured to partition the accommodating space into a first area for accommodating the fixing bracket and a second area for accommodating the battery module.

The battery pack of claim 13, further comprising a bolt, wherein the battery module comprises an end plate, wherein the end plate, the fixing member, and the partition are provided with fixing holes, respectively, and wherein the bolt passes through the plurality of fixing holes to fix the fixing member, the end plate, and the first bottom wall.
15. The battery pack of claim 12, wherein a recess is provided in a side of the fixing member facing away from the fixing bracket, the battery pack further comprising an acquisition harness passing through the recess to be connected to the battery module.
16. An electric vehicle comprising a battery pack according to any one of claims 1-15.
