Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
The work order processing method provided by the application can be applied to the application environment shown in fig. 1. Wherein the terminal 102 communicates with the server 104 via a network. The server 104 acquires the defect processing information and the defect notice template of the defect process, and introduces the defect processing information into the defect notice template to obtain a target defect notice. The server 104 sends the target defect notice to the terminal 102, and the terminal 102 displays the target defect notice on the local page. The field operator processes the defect according to the solution on the target defect notice sheet, executes the inspection work sheet on the target defect notice sheet to inspect the defect solution, obtains the defect processing result, inputs the defect processing result into the terminal 102, and then feeds the defect processing result back to the server 104. The server 104 may compare the defect processing result with the reference processing result, and determine a solution status of the defect information according to the comparison result. When it is determined that the defect is resolved, the server 104 may automatically modify the execution status of the work order corresponding to the defect procedure to be completed. The terminal 102 may be, but not limited to, various personal computers, notebook computers, smart phones, tablet computers, and portable wearable devices, and the server 104 may be implemented by an independent server or a server cluster formed by a plurality of servers.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a work order processing method is provided, which is described by taking the method as an example applied to the server in fig. 1, and includes the following steps:
s202, acquiring defect processing information of a defect process, and acquiring a defect notice template, wherein the defect processing information comprises defect information, a solution and an inspection work order corresponding to the defect process.
And S204, generating a target defect notice according to the defect processing information of the defect process and the defect notice template.
The defective process is a process in which the approval result is that the approval has not passed. And the process failing to pass the examination and approval indicates that the execution result of the process is abnormal. When a defect or a fault occurs in equipment of a nuclear power plant, an abnormal situation may occur in an execution result of a process. The defect processing information refers to relevant information for processing defects, and comprises defect information, solutions, inspection work orders, examination and approval personnel and the like. The defect information refers to fault information, that is, a fault cause causing an abnormality in an execution result of the process, for example, if a bearing of the fan is damaged, and a bearing of the fan is abnormally heated, the defect information is that the bearing of the fan is damaged. The solution refers to a method for solving defects or faults, such as replacing bearings of the fan. The inspection work order is a work order for inspecting whether the defect is resolved, and the inspection work order includes at least one inspection process. The defect notice template is a file template with a standard format and is used for importing relevant data to generate a defect notice.
Specifically, the server stores a plurality of executed work orders and examination and approval related information of execution results of each process in each work order, wherein the examination and approval related information includes at least one of examination and approval staff information, examination and approval start time, examination and approval end time, examination and approval results, and examination and approval reasons corresponding to the examination and approval results. The approval result comprises approval passing and approval failing. And when the approval result is that the approval fails, the approval staff need to fill in approval reasons, wherein the approval reasons comprise defect information and a solution. And when the process execution result of the process is checked to be that the examination and approval is not passed, determining that the process is a defective process, acquiring defect information and a solution corresponding to the defective process from the examination and approval related information by the server, acquiring an inspection work order by the server, and forming defect processing information according to the defect information, the solution and the inspection work order corresponding to the defective process. And the server acquires a defect notice form module, and imports the defect processing information into a defect notice form template to generate a target defect notice form.
In one embodiment, the defect handling information includes a defect level corresponding to the defect information. And when the approval result is that the approval is not passed, the approving personnel can judge the defect grade corresponding to the accurate defect information according to the judgment standard. The defect level may be expressed by a number, the larger the number, the higher the defect level. The defect level may also be automatically determined according to the number of defects, the greater the number of defects, the higher the defect level. For example, the defect information includes a damaged bearing of the fan, a broken casing of the fan, and a blocked air inlet of the fan, and the defect level is 3.
In one embodiment, one work order may include a plurality of defect processes, and the defect information corresponding to the plurality of defect processes may be the same or different. Different work orders can respectively comprise different defect processes, and the defect information corresponding to the defect processes of the different work orders can be the same or different. When the defect information corresponding to the plurality of defect processes is the same, the server only needs to generate one target defect notice and associates other defect processes with the target defect notice.
And S206, sending the target defect notice to the execution terminal so that the execution terminal displays the target defect notice on a page of the execution terminal, acquiring a defect processing result which is recorded on the page of the execution terminal and is obtained according to the solution and the inspection work order processing defect information, and feeding back the defect processing result.
Wherein, the defect processing result refers to the execution result of the inspection work order. After processing the defect information according to the solution, an inspection work order needs to be executed. The execution terminal refers to a terminal operated by an executive staff when executing a work order.
Specifically, after the server generates the target defect notice, the target defect notice is sent to the terminal corresponding to the executive staff. And after the terminal corresponding to the executive personnel receives the target defect notice, displaying the target defect notice on a page of the terminal. And the executive staff acquires the defect information, the solution and the inspection work order of the equipment according to the content displayed on the terminal, processes the defect information according to the solution, executes the inspection work order and inputs the execution result of each process in the inspection work order on the page of the terminal. And after the execution of the inspection work order is finished, the executive personnel can send the execution result of the inspection work order to the server through the terminal.
In one embodiment, the execution terminal is provided with an application program, and the target defect notice can be displayed through the application program. The executive personnel can enter the execution result of the inspection work order at the corresponding position of the display page. The page is provided with a control for triggering feedback, and when the triggering operation acting on the control is detected, the execution terminal can feed back a target defect notice sheet comprising the execution result of the inspection work order to the server.
In one embodiment, the server may obtain an executive member identifier of a work order corresponding to the defect process, and send the target defect notice to a terminal corresponding to the executive member identifier. The server can also obtain the information of the person on duty in the current time period, obtain the current person on duty identification of the execution area corresponding to the work order from the information of the person on duty, and send the target defect notice to the terminal corresponding to the current person on duty identification.
In one embodiment, the server may set inspection priorities for different operators on duty. The inspection priority can be set according to the working age of the operators on duty, for example, operators on duty with more working ages have abundant operation experience and high execution efficiency and accuracy, and the target defect notice with high defect level is preferentially sent to the terminal corresponding to the operators on duty with more working years, so that the execution efficiency and accuracy of the inspection work order are improved.
And S208, comparing the defect processing result with the reference processing result, and determining the solution state of the defect information according to the comparison result.
And S210, when the solution state of the defect information is solved, modifying the execution state of the work order corresponding to the defect process into the completed state.
Wherein, each process of the inspection work order has a corresponding reference processing result. The reference processing result refers to an expected execution result of each process in the inspection work order under the condition that the equipment is normally operated. The resolution status of the defect information includes resolved and unresolved. The execution status of the work order includes pending completion and completed. The completion indicates that the execution result of each process in the work order is not abnormal, or the abnormal condition of the execution result of the process in the work order is solved.
Specifically, after receiving a target defect notice sheet including an execution result of the inspection work order uploaded by the execution terminal, the server obtains a defect processing result, compares the defect processing result with a reference processing result, and if the defect processing result meets the reference processing result, it can be determined that the solution state of the defect information is solved, that is, the defect is solved. And when the solution state of the defect information is solved, the server automatically modifies the execution state of the work order corresponding to the defect procedure to be finished.
In one embodiment, comparing the defect processing result with the reference processing result, and determining a resolution status of the defect information according to the comparison result includes: when the comparison result is consistent, determining that the solution state of the defect information is solved; when the comparison result is inconsistent, the solution state of the defect information is determined to be not solved.
Specifically, the reference processing result may be a reference range of the process execution result. If the defect processing result is within the reference range, the comparison result between the defect processing result and the reference processing result is consistent, and the server can determine that the solution state corresponding to the defect information is solved. If the defect processing result exceeds the reference range, the comparison result between the defect processing result and the reference processing result is inconsistent, and the server can determine that the solution state corresponding to the defect information is not solved. In this way, the server can quickly determine the solution status of the defect information based on the reference processing result.
In one embodiment, when the defect information corresponding to a plurality of defect processes is the same, the execution state of the work order corresponding to any defect process is modified to be completed, and the server automatically modifies the execution state of the work orders corresponding to other defect processes to be completed. If the same work order has a plurality of defect processes, the server modifies the execution state of the work order to be completed when the defect information corresponding to all the defect processes is solved.
In the work order processing method, a defect notice template is obtained by obtaining defect processing information of a defect process, wherein the defect processing information comprises defect information corresponding to the defect process, a solution and an inspection work order; generating a target defect notice according to the defect processing information of the defect process and a defect notice template; sending the target defect notice to the execution terminal so that the execution terminal displays the target defect notice on a page of the execution terminal, acquiring a defect processing result which is recorded on the page of the execution terminal and is obtained according to a solution and inspection work order processing defect information, and feeding back the defect processing result; comparing the defect processing result with the reference processing result, and determining the solution state of the defect information according to the comparison result; and when the solution state of the defect information is solved, modifying the execution state of the work order corresponding to the defect process into the completed state. Therefore, a defect notice is automatically generated according to the related information of the defect process and sent to the execution terminal, whether the defect is solved or not is automatically determined according to the comparison result of the defect processing result returned by the execution terminal and the expected processing result, and when the defect is determined to be solved, the work order is automatically closed, so that the work order processing efficiency is improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, before acquiring the defect processing information of the defect process, the work order processing method further includes:
s302, at least one approval terminal corresponding to the work order is obtained, and the work order is sent to the approval terminal, so that the approval terminal can approve the execution result of each process in the work order.
S304, obtaining relevant approval information of each process fed back by the approval terminal, wherein the relevant approval information comprises approval results, defect information and solutions.
And S306, determining the process as a defective process when the process is not approved as an approval result.
The approval terminal refers to a terminal operated by an approval person during approval.
Specifically, after the executive personnel executes the work order, the relevant approval personnel are required to perform approval. The approval terminal can return corresponding approval related information to the server. And when the process fails to pass the approval result, determining that the process is a defective process. The approver may be one or more, for example, the approver is at least one of group leader, master and manager. When the number of the examination and approval personnel is multiple, the examination and approval sequence of the examination and approval personnel can be set according to the position information of the examination and approval personnel, for example, the examination and approval personnel comprise a group leader, a master and a manager, and the examination and approval sequence is the group leader, the master and the manager in sequence. The approver who is in the later approval sequence can modify the related information of the approver who is in the earlier approval sequence, for example, the chief and the chief can modify the approval reason filled by the group leader, and the defect information and the solution in the approval reason are improved. And when the examination and approval results returned by the examination and approval terminals are different, taking the examination and approval result returned by the examination and approval terminal with the latter examination and approval sequence as a final examination and approval result.
In one embodiment, there is also a reference execution result for each process of the work order. The server stores reference execution results corresponding to each process in each work order in advance. The server may filter the work order based on the reference execution result. And when the execution results of all the working procedures in the work order meet the reference execution result, the server determines that the work order is a normal work order. The normal work order can skip the examination and approval process, and the server automatically modifies the execution state of the normal work order into the completed execution state. And when the execution result of the working procedure in the work order does not meet the reference execution result, the server determines that the work order is an abnormal work order. And the server sends the abnormal work order to a related approval terminal for approval. The server screens the work orders in advance, and only the abnormal work orders are sent to the examination and approval terminal for examination and approval, so that the burden of the examination and approval terminal can be reduced, and the examination and approval efficiency is improved.
In one embodiment, the work order is performed repeatedly on a regular basis, such as every two months. The server may determine the reference execution result from the historical execution result of the historical work order. For example, the temperature measurements of the first six motors are 115 degrees, 114 degrees, 110 degrees, 115 degrees, 114 degrees, 111 degrees. The process of measuring the temperature of the motor may correspond to a reference execution result of 110 degrees to 115 degrees.
In the embodiment, the defect process is determined according to the approval result fed back by the approval terminal, so that the accuracy of determining the defect process can be improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the work order processing method further includes:
s402, acquiring at least one target process related to the defect process, and taking the target process as an inspection work order corresponding to the defect process;
and S404, generating defect processing information of the defect process according to the defect information, the solution and the inspection work order.
Wherein the target process is a process associated with the defective process.
Specifically, the server stores association relationships between the respective processes in advance. After determining the defective process, the server may acquire all or part of the processes associated with the defective process as target processes, and compose the target processes into an inspection work order corresponding to the defective process.
In one embodiment, each process in the same work order has an association relationship, and each process needs to be executed in sequence according to the order of the process numbers. Therefore, when a defective process is determined, the server can acquire, as a target process, a process whose execution order is a preset number of processes before the defective process and the defective process. For example, when the process number corresponding to the defective process is smaller than the preset threshold, the process number is set to be a preset number of processes before the defective process and the defective process constitutes the target process. Assuming that the process number of the defective process in the work order is 6, the processes with the process numbers 1 to 6 in the work order can be acquired as the target processes. Alternatively, the server acquires, as target processes, a first preset number of processes whose execution order is before the defective process, a second preset number of processes whose execution order is after the defective process, and the defective process. For example, if the process number of the defective process in the work order is 16, the processes of the process numbers 10 to 25 in the work order can be acquired as the target processes. The preset threshold and the preset number can be customized according to needs.
In the above embodiment, at least one target process associated with a defective process is obtained, and the target process is used as an inspection work order corresponding to the defective process; and generating defect processing information of the defect process according to the defect information, the solution and the target process. In this way, the inspection work order is composed of the processes related to the defective process, and the defect processing information generation efficiency can be improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the work order processing method further includes:
s502, a reference inspection work order set is obtained, and the reference inspection work order set comprises reference inspection work orders corresponding to different defect information.
S504, a reference inspection work order corresponding to the defect information is obtained from the reference inspection work order set, and the reference inspection work order is used as an inspection work order corresponding to the defect procedure.
And S506, generating defect processing information of the defect process according to the defect information, the solution and the inspection work order.
Specifically, the server stores a reference inspection work order set, and the reference inspection work order set includes reference inspection work orders corresponding to the various defect information. After the defect process is determined, the server can obtain the inspection work order set, search the reference inspection work order corresponding to the defect information corresponding to the defect process from the inspection work order set, and use the searched reference inspection work order as the inspection work order corresponding to the defect process. And the server generates defect processing information corresponding to the defect procedure according to the defect information, the solution and the inspection work order.
In one embodiment, the set of reference inspection work orders is sent from the terminal to the server. The professional can edit the inspection work orders corresponding to various defect information at the terminal to form a reference inspection work order set, and the reference inspection work order set is sent to the server through the terminal. The server can also obtain the historical inspection work order and the defect information corresponding to the historical inspection work order to form an inspection work order set. Wherein the historical inspection worksheet is obtained from the historical defect notice. The historical defect notice refers to a defect notice that the defect information is successfully solved. The reference inspection work order set can be updated regularly, and applicability is improved.
In one embodiment, when the number of defects in the defect information is greater than a preset threshold, the server preferentially determines an inspection work order corresponding to the defect process according to the reference inspection work order set.
In the above embodiment, the reference inspection work order set is obtained, where the reference inspection work order set includes reference inspection work orders corresponding to different defect information, the reference inspection work order corresponding to the defect information is obtained from the reference inspection work order set, the reference inspection work order is used as an inspection work order corresponding to a defect process, and the defect processing information of the defect process is generated according to the defect information, the solution, and the inspection work order. Thus, the inspection work order is acquired from the reference inspection work order set, and the defect processing information generation efficiency can be improved.
In one embodiment, the work order processing method further comprises: acquiring a work order corresponding to the defect process; associating the work order corresponding to the defect procedure with the target defect notice; when the solution state of the defect information is solved, the execution state of the work order corresponding to the defect procedure is modified to be completed, and the method comprises the following steps: and when the solution state of the defect information is solved, acquiring the work order associated with the target defect notice, and modifying the execution state of the work order associated with the target defect notice into the completed work order.
Specifically, after the target defect notice is generated, the server may associate the work order corresponding to the defect process with the target defect notice. For example, an association relationship between the work order identifier and the target defect notice identifier is established. The work order identification may be a work order number and the target defect manifest identification may be a defect manifest number. Therefore, when the server receives the target defect notice including the execution result of the inspection work order and determines that the defect is solved according to the execution result of the inspection work order, the server can acquire the work order identifier associated with the target defect notice identifier and modify the execution state of the work order corresponding to the work order identifier to be completed.
In one embodiment, when the resolution status of the defect information is resolved, the server automatically adds the defect information and corresponding inspection work orders to the set of reference inspection work orders to update the set of reference inspection work orders.
In the embodiment, the work orders corresponding to the defect processes are associated with the target defect notice, and when the defect is determined to be solved according to the feedback result of the target defect notice, the execution state of the associated work orders can be automatically modified, so that the work order processing efficiency is improved.
In one embodiment, the work order processing method further includes: and when the solution state of the defect information is not solved, sending a prompt message of the defect information not solved corresponding to the defect procedure to a preset terminal, wherein the prompt message comprises at least one of video, image, voice and text, and the prompt message carries defect processing information and a defect processing result corresponding to the defect procedure.
The preset terminal comprises at least one of an approval terminal and an execution terminal. The execution terminal may be an execution terminal corresponding to the inspection work order, or may be an execution terminal corresponding to a work order having an association relationship with the work order corresponding to the defective process. For example, there is an associative relationship between work orders that test the performance of associated devices.
Specifically, when the defect is determined to be unsolved according to the defect processing result, the server can notify the examining and approving staff corresponding to the defect process and the executive staff corresponding to the inspection work order in time through the prompt message, and can send the prompt message to the terminals corresponding to the examining and approving staff and the executive staff. The prompt message may be at least one of video, image, voice, and text. The defect processing information and the defect processing result can be carried to the prompt information and sent to the approval staff and the executive staff. After the approval terminal receives the prompt message, the approval personnel can analyze the execution result of the inspection work order in time, reposition the defect information, and make a new solution and the inspection work order. After the execution terminal receives the prompt message, the executive personnel can timely know the defect solving condition, and the executive personnel can also pause the execution work of the related work order in time, so that the blind execution of the work order is avoided.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the work order processing method includes the following steps:
s602, at least one approval terminal corresponding to the work order is obtained, and the work order is sent to the approval terminal, so that the approval terminal can approve the execution result of each process in the work order.
