The pushing member 500 is further disposed at the front side of the second cover plate 300, and the guiding inclined plane of the pushing member 500 may be attached to the top surface of the second recess 310.
The opening operation of the second cover plate 300 is the same as that of the first cover plate 200, and the pushing member 500 horizontally moves backwards to make the top surface of the second recess 310 of the second cover plate 300 slide upwards relative to the guiding slope of the tongue piece 530, so as to make the second cover plate 300 swing upwards, so that the second recess 310 is exposed on the table surface, and the force is conveniently applied to the top surface of the second recess 310 to open the second cover plate 300.
In some embodiments, the cabinet further comprises: a pin 900 and a drive mechanism.
The cross-sectional shape of pin 900 may be circular, square, or other. Both ends of the pin rod 900 are arranged in the left-right direction.
The pin 900 is provided on the left or right side or the left and right sides of the first cover plate 200, respectively. In addition, when the floor cabinet 100 is also provided with the second cover 300, the pin 900 is also provided on the left or right side or both the left and right sides of the second cover 300. The pin rod 900 may be moved in the left and right directions for respectively clamping the first cover plate 200 and the second cover plate 300 which are turned up to the right.
Specifically, the first cover 200 will be described as an example. A drive mechanism is coupled to the pin 900 for driving the pin 900 to move left and right. The driving mechanism can be an electric push rod or a driving device consisting of a motor, a gear and a rack. For example, a gear is installed on an output shaft of the motor, a rack is installed on the pin 900, a longitudinal direction of the rack coincides with a moving direction of the pin 900, and the pin 900 can move along the longitudinal direction of the rack by engagement of the gear and the rack when the motor operates.
In this embodiment, the floor cabinet 100 is provided with an opening and an accommodating cavity, the accommodating cavity is communicated with the opening, and installation spaces are correspondingly provided for the driving mechanism and the pin rod 900, respectively. The pin 900 fits into the opening into which the pin 900 can enter and exit. And, the drive mechanism includes: a fixed iron core and a spring.
The fixed iron core is wound with the electrified coil, and after the electrified coil is electrified, the fixed iron core becomes a magnet and can generate magnetic force for the pin rod, and the pin rod can be made of iron. The fixed iron core is installed in the accommodating cavity and is fixed. The fixed iron core is disposed opposite to an inner end portion (i.e., an end portion far from the first cover plate 200) of the pin rod 900, that is, an N-stage or an S-stage of the fixed iron core is opposite to the inner end portion of the pin rod 900, so that the fixed iron core can magnetically attract the pin rod 900 after the energization of the energization coil.
The spring is disposed in the receiving cavity, and the length direction of the spring is consistent with that of the pin rod 900. The inner end of the spring (i.e. the end far away from the first cover plate 200) is fixedly arranged, and the inner end of the spring can be connected with the floor cabinet 100 by welding. The outer end of the spring (i.e., the end near the first cover plate 200) may be connected to the pin 900 by welding, thereby preventing the pin 900 from being separated from the spring; of course, a stop block located in the receiving cavity may be provided on the pin 900 to prevent the pin 900 from extending completely out of the opening and separating from the spring.
After the electrified coil is electrified, the fixed iron core can generate magnetic attraction effect on the pin rod 900, so that the pin rod 900 can overcome the elasticity of the spring and retract into the opening hole, the first cover plate 200 and the second cover plate 300 are far away, the clamping effect of the pin rod 900 is relieved, and convenience is brought to a user to keep the first cover plate 200 and the second cover plate 300 flat.
After the power-on coil is powered off, the pin rod 900 extends out of the opening under the elastic force of the spring, so as to be close to the first cover plate 200 and the second cover plate 300 and exert a clamping effect on the first cover plate and the second cover plate.
The driving mechanism adopts the structure and has the advantages of compact structure, small installation space, reliable operation, easy maintenance and low cost.
In some embodiments, the cabinet further comprises a support block 800; the supporting block 800 may be connected to the floor cabinet 100 by a screw, and the supporting block 800 is disposed in the first groove 610 to support the first cover plate 200 in a flat state. The fixed supporting block 800 is disposed in the first groove 610, and can apply a supporting force to the first cover plate 200, thereby effectively reducing the supporting force of the pushing element 500.
In this embodiment, the supporting block 800 may be made of metal or plastic, and may be a block. The supporting blocks 800 are fixed to the front wall surface of the first groove 610, and the supporting blocks 800 are arranged at intervals and can support the bottom surface of the front end of the first cover plate 200 when the first cover plate 200 is horizontally placed. Further, a buffer layer such as a rubber layer is disposed on the top surface of the supporting block 800, and the buffer and damping effects can be achieved on the first cover plate 200.
Of course, a supporting block 800 may be provided in the second groove 710 to support the second cover plate 300. Without the supporting block 800, the bottom surface of the second cover 300 abuts against the top edge of the storage compartment body 700, and the second cover 300 in a flat state is effectively supported by the storage compartment body 700.
In some embodiments, the table top is recessed downward to form a water tank 110, the water tank 110 is disposed at the rear side of the floor cabinet 100, and the water tank 110 is provided with a first drain hole 120; the floor cabinet 100 is provided with the second drain hole 620, the first groove 610 and the second drain hole 620 are sequentially communicated with the water tank 110, so that water flowing into the first groove 610 can be drained to the water tank 110 through the second drain hole 620, and therefore water on the table top is prevented from seeping into the first groove 610 through a gap between the first cover plate 200 and the floor cabinet 100 to form accumulated water, and bacteria and mosquitoes are prevented from breeding.
In this embodiment, the bottom surface of the first groove 610 is higher than the bottom surface of the water tank 110, and the bottom surface of the first groove 610 may be inclined and is higher in front and lower in back; also, a second water discharge hole 620 is provided on a rear wall surface of the first groove 610, and the second water discharge hole 620 may be a circular hole, a long hole, or others. Thus, the accumulated water in the first groove 610 can automatically flow into the water tank 110 through the second drain hole 620.
In some embodiments, the floor cabinet 100 is provided with a third drainage hole 720, and the second groove 710 and the third drainage hole 720 are sequentially communicated with the water tank 110, so that water flowing into the second groove can be drained to the water tank through the third drainage hole, thereby preventing water on the table top from seeping into the second groove through a gap between the second cover plate and the floor cabinet to cause water accumulation, which leads to breeding of bacteria and mosquitoes.
In this embodiment, the bottom surface of the second groove 710 is higher than the bottom surface of the water tank 110, and the bottom surface of the second groove 710 may be inclined and is high in the front and low in the rear; also, the third drainage hole 720 is provided on the rear wall surface of the second groove 710, and the third drainage hole 720 may be a circular hole, a long hole, or others. Thus, the accumulated water in the second groove 710 can automatically flow into the water tank 110 through the third water discharge hole 720.
The top edge of the storage compartment body 700 is higher than the bottom surface of the second groove 710, so that the articles in the storage compartment body 700 are prevented from being polluted due to the water in the second groove 710 flowing into the storage compartment body 700.
In some embodiments, the bottom surface of the water tank 110 is inclined, and the first drainage hole 120 is disposed at the lowest position of the bottom surface of the water tank 110, so that water can automatically flow downwards along the bottom surface of the water tank 110 and be discharged outwards through the first drainage hole 120, thereby preventing water from accumulating in the water tank 110.
In this embodiment, the water tank 110 is disposed along the left and right direction, the bottom surface of the water tank 110 has two ends with a high middle part and a low middle part, the first drain hole 120 is disposed at the middle position of the bottom surface of the water tank 110, and the first drain hole 120 is a circular hole and is communicated with a drain pipe, so that the water in the water tank 110 can be conveniently drained out of the drain pipe.
In the cabinet, an adjusting knob 400 is further provided for controlling the opening and closing of the kitchen range, the electric heating iron plate and the electric furnace and controlling the power level.
In addition, because the first cover plate 200 and the second cover plate 300 are flush with the table top in a flat state, after the first cover plate 200 and the second cover plate 300 are flatly placed, the whole table top of the cabinet is a plane, so that the cabinet is neat and attractive, is easy to clean and can be directly washed by water.
While the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been illustrated and described, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the details of the embodiments shown and described, but is capable of numerous equivalents and substitutions without departing from the spirit of the invention as set forth in the claims appended hereto.

Claims (10)

1. A cabinet, comprising:
a floor cabinet (100) comprising a table top provided with a first recess (610); the floor cabinet (100) is provided with a through hole;
a cooktop (600) mounted within the first recess (610);
a first cover plate (200) for covering the notch of the first groove (610); the rear end part of the first cover plate (200) is connected with the floor cabinet (100), and the first cover plate (200) can rotate around an axis extending from left to right; the lower edge at the front side of the first cover plate (200) is sunken to form a first notch (210); an electric heating iron plate or an electric furnace is embedded in the first cover plate (200);
a pushing member (500) connected to an inner circumferential surface of the through hole, the pushing member (500) being movable in a front-rear direction; the pushing piece (500) comprises a tongue piece (530), the tongue piece (530) is located on the rear side of the through hole, a guide inclined plane is arranged on the tongue piece (530), the guide inclined plane can be attached to the top surface of the first notch (210), and the pushing piece (500) is arranged on the front side of the first cover plate (200).

The cabinet of claim 1, wherein the pusher (500) further comprises a connecting portion (520) and a head portion (510), the connecting portion (520) and the tongue (530) being connected in series; the through hole is square, and the peripheral surface of the connecting part (520) is connected with the inner peripheral surface of the through hole; a round hole is formed in the front side face of the floor cabinet (100), the round hole is communicated with the through hole, the head (510) is matched with the round hole, and the diameter of the head (510) is larger than that of the through hole; the tongue (530) has an outer diameter larger than the through hole.
3. Cabinet according to claim 1, wherein the table top is provided with a second recess (710); the cabinet further includes:
a storage compartment (700) mounted in the second recess (710); the storage box body (700) comprises an opening which is arranged upwards;
a second cover plate (300) for covering the notch of the second groove (710); the rear end part of the second cover plate (300) is connected with the floor cabinet (100), and the second cover plate (300) can rotate around an axis extending from left to right; an electric heating iron plate or an electric furnace is embedded in the second cover plate (300).
4. The cabinet as claimed in claim 3, wherein a lower edge at a front side of the second cover plate (300) is recessed to form a second notch (310); the pushing piece (500) is arranged on the front side of the second cover plate (300), and the guide inclined plane of the pushing piece (500) can be attached to the top surface of the second notch (310).
5. The cabinet as claimed in claim 3 or 4, further comprising:
pin levers (900) respectively provided at the left and/or right side of the first cover plate (200) and at the left and/or right side of the second cover plate (300); the pin rod (900) can move along the left-right direction so as to be used for clamping the first cover plate (200) and the second cover plate (300) which are turned upwards in place respectively;
a driving mechanism connected with the pin rod (900) for driving the pin rod (900) to move left and right.
6. The cabinet as claimed in claim 5, characterized in that the floor cabinet (100) is provided with an opening and a receiving cavity; the pin rod (900) can enter and exit the open hole; the drive mechanism includes:
a fixed iron core around which an energizing coil is wound; the fixed iron core is arranged in the accommodating cavity; the fixed iron core is arranged opposite to the inner end part of the pin rod (900), and the fixed iron core can magnetically attract the pin rod (900);
the spring is arranged in the accommodating cavity, the inner end part of the spring is fixedly arranged, and the outer end part of the spring is connected with the pin rod (900).
7. The cabinet of claim 6, further comprising a support block (800); the supporting block (800) is connected with the floor cabinet (100), and the supporting block (800) is arranged in the first groove (610) and used for supporting the first cover plate (200) in a flat state.

The cabinet as claimed in claim 7, wherein the table top is recessed downwards to form a sink (110), the sink (110) is provided at a rear side of the floor cabinet (100), the sink (110) is provided with a first drainage hole (120); the floor cabinet (100) is provided with a second drain hole (620), and the first groove (610) and the second drain hole (620) are sequentially communicated with the water tank (110).

The cabinet as claimed in claim 8, wherein the floor cabinet (100) is provided with a third drainage hole (720), the second groove (710) and the third drainage hole (720) are communicated with the water tank (110) in sequence; the top edge of the storage box body (700) is higher than the bottom surface of the second groove (710).
10. The cabinet as claimed in claim 9, wherein the bottom surface of the sink (110) is inclined, and the first drain hole (120) is formed at the lowest position of the bottom surface of the sink (110).
