At present, most of large foreign matters in a belt conveyor can be recognized and sorted based on machine vision large foreign matter recognition, but some large foreign matters are deeply buried in a medium-high coal pile, a machine vision foreign matter recognition system recognizes incomplete foreign matter characteristics, causes great obstacles to foreign matter recognition, and reduces the efficiency of belt foreign matter sorting.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the external thread lower rotating base 101 rotates forward through the external transmission device, and moves spirally upward with the internal thread upper rotating base 102 in the vertical direction to drive the cross connecting rod 109 to swing until the end point of the swing, so as to assemble the block sorting disks 105 into a sorting disk.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the external thread lower rotating base 101 rotates to polymerize the blocky sorting disks 105, the internal thread upper rotating base 102 is continuously driven to rotate at a high speed, so that the coal falling into the sorting disks is beneficial to centrifugal sorting, and foreign matters deeply buried in the coal are separated from each other, thereby being convenient for a mechanical arm of a belt conveyor to sort the foreign matters.
