All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
First, a method for detecting an abnormality of an external utility power of a base station according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described.
It should be noted that the anomaly detection method for the external mains supply of the base station provided by the embodiment of the present invention can be applied to an electronic device, and is used for monitoring anomalies in the cable running process of the external mains supply of the base station, so as to achieve the purposes of timely finding out hidden dangers of the external mains supply of the base station and ensuring the safety of the external mains supply of the base station. The electronic device may be a server or a terminal, and is not limited specifically here.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart of an abnormal detection method for the outside-base-station utility power provided by an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, including the following steps:
step 101, acquiring operation data of M electrical parameters of an external mains cable of a base station, wherein M is a positive integer;
102, determining deviation data corresponding to each electrical parameter based on the operation data of the electrical parameter for each electrical parameter;
step 103, determining that the commercial power outside the base station is abnormal when deviation data corresponding to a target electrical parameter in the deviation data corresponding to the M electrical parameters exceeds a target threshold corresponding to the target electrical parameter, wherein the target threshold corresponds to the type of the base station.
In this embodiment, the base station may be a communication base station in which a wireless communication device is installed, for example, a fifth generation 5G communication base station, a fourth generation 4G communication base station, a third generation 3G communication base station, a second generation 2G communication base station, or a communication base station in which any two or more devices of 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G are integrated.
In order to perform anomaly detection on the out-of-base-station mains supply, it is generally necessary to collect electrical data of a cable of the out-of-base-station mains supply in the operation process, and the anomaly detection key node for evaluating the out-of-base-station mains supply includes: the current, voltage, temperature, line wiring mode and alarm threshold of all cables of the base station.
The method for detecting the abnormality of the commercial power outside the base station comprises the following steps: and electrical operation parameter acquisition is implemented based on each key node, intelligent analysis is carried out based on the acquired data, and a reasonable early warning threshold is set for carrying out anomaly detection.
When implementing the anomaly detection of the external utility power of the base station, it is first necessary to obtain the operation data of M electrical parameters of the external utility power cable of the base station, where the M electrical parameters may include at least one of the following:
a three-phase voltage of an external utility power cable of a base station at a power supply end of the base station;
temperature of an external utility cable of a base station at a power supply end of the base station;
leakage current in a line closed loop return formed by an external utility cable of the base station;
power loss of the outer utility cable of the base station.
The outer utility power cable of the base station comprises two ends which can be called as an upper end and a lower end respectively, the upper end (also called as a down-fire end) of the outer utility power cable is a power supply end of the base station and is generally connected with equipment such as a transformer or an electric meter, and the lower end (also called as an input end of the base station, which is called as a base station end for short) of the outer utility power cable is generally connected with the base station.
The operation data are parameter values of M electrical parameters acquired by an external utility power cable of the base station during the movement process, for example, the operation data include voltage values of at least one three-phase voltage acquired during the operation process for the three-phase voltage of the external utility power cable of the base station at a power supply end of the base station, and the operation data include at least one current value of the leakage current determined during the operation process for the leakage current in a closed loop backflow of a line formed by the external utility power cable of the base station.
The deviation data includes a deviation value between a parameter value in the operation data of the electrical parameter and a threshold value corresponding to the electrical parameter, for example, the electrical parameter is a three-phase voltage of an external utility power cable of the base station at a power supply end of the base station, and the deviation data includes a deviation value between a voltage value of the three-phase voltage and a reference value. And the electrical parameters are different, the thresholds are different, the types of the base stations and the corresponding scenes of the base stations are different, and the thresholds of the same electrical parameters are also different.
The target threshold corresponds to the type of the base station, and the sum of typical powers of all types of devices in the base stations of different types of base stations is different, that is, the target threshold corresponds to the sum of typical power consumptions of all types of devices in the base stations, that is, the target thresholds of the base stations of different scenes and types may be different, for example, for an electrical parameter that is a three-phase voltage of an external utility power cable of the base station at a power supply end of the base station, since the voltage value thresholds are different, the target thresholds are different, for example, the voltage value threshold is 220V, the target threshold is 10% of the voltage value threshold, and correspondingly, the target thresholds are also different.
Specifically, for a first electrical parameter, the first electrical parameter is a three-phase voltage at a power supply end of the base station of an outer mains cable of the base station, and for an abnormal alarm of the first electrical parameter, at a fire-down end, the fire-down end can be an upper end input end (an electric meter end) connected to an outer mains line of the base station, a reference line of operation of the base station, namely a voltage threshold value, can be established, the three-phase voltage is collected in real time, and when the upper and lower fluctuation of the three-phase voltage for the reference line of operation of the base station corresponding to a scene exceeds a target threshold value corresponding to the first electrical parameter, an alarm prompt is given. The target threshold corresponding to the first electrical parameter may be 10% of a reference line of the operation of the corresponding scene base station, for example, if the reference line is 220V, the acquired three-phase voltage is less than 200V or more than 240V, and an alarm may be given.
In a specific implementation process, three-phase voltages acquired by a plurality of input ends at specific moments in a near-Q day (for example, 10 days) can be acquired and recorded, and the three-phase voltages acquired by the input ends at each specific moment are respectively Vp,1、Vp,2、…Vp,n…Vp,QObtaining a voltage mean value V at a specific momentp, mean valueBy using
Figure BDA0002909834030000051
And (4) showing. Where p represents a specific time, such as 0, 4, 8, 12, 16, 20.
Then, at a specific moment of the day, the three-phase voltage V of the input end is collectedpCompare the mean voltage V of the last Q daysp, mean valueWhen V isp-Vp, mean valueIs greater than Vp, mean valueAnd 10%, an alarm prompt can be given. In addition, in order to ensure the accuracy of alarm, when the absolute value of the difference value between the three-phase voltage acquired at a plurality of continuous specific moments and the corresponding voltage mean value is continuously greater than a target threshold value, the counter can automatically count, if the three-phase voltage is not continuously counted to a preset number of times, the counter can be cleared and then counted again, and when the counted number of times is greater than 5, the fact that the commercial power outside the base station is abnormal is determined, and automatic alarm can be given.
Meanwhile, for the determination of the voltage mean value at the specific moment, the three-phase voltage of the latest Q day corresponding to the specific moment on the day can be automatically collected in a rolling manner to determine the voltage mean value at the specific moment, so that the cycle is performed.
Aiming at a second electrical parameter which is leakage current in the closed loop backflow of the circuit formed by the outer commercial power cable of the base station, aiming at abnormal alarm of the second electrical parameter, a standard threshold value of the leakage current in the closed loop backflow of the circuit of the outer commercial power cable of the base station corresponding to a scene can be obtained, a current mean value of the leakage current in a near D day is established, current values in the closed loop backflow of the whole circuit are collected in real time, and the current values of three-phase power and a ground wire are respectively set asIa、Ib、IcAnd IdVector summation is carried out on all current values to obtain leakage current, and I is used for leakage current in closed loop backflow of the whole lineLeakage current=Ia+Ib+Ic-IdAnd (4) showing. And then, under the condition that the deviation of the leakage current and the predetermined threshold value of the leakage current exceeds the target threshold value corresponding to the second electrical parameter, alarming and prompting can be carried out. The preset threshold of the leakage current may be determined based on a standard threshold and a current average value, and the target threshold corresponding to the second electrical parameter may be 0.
In the specific implementation process, the current values of the closed loop backflow of the whole line at a plurality of specific time points in a day near D (for example, 10 days) can be collected and recorded, and the leakage current determined at each specific time point is Ij,1、Ij,2、…Ij,n…Vj,LObtaining the current average value I at a specific momentj, mean valueBy using
Figure BDA0002909834030000061
Where j represents a specific time, such as 0, 4, 8, 12, 16, 20.
And acquiring a standard threshold value of leakage current in the closed loop backflow of the line of the outer commercial power cable of the base station corresponding to the scene. The standard threshold of leakage current in closed loop backflow of a cable circuit of the commercial power outside the base station is different according to different base station types (total power consumption of all equipment) of the base station and different lengths of cables of the commercial power outside the base station. For example, if the base station is a communication base station integrating 2G to 5G, the standard threshold of the leakage current is larger than that of a communication base station integrating 5G, and the standard threshold of the leakage current is larger than that of a communication base station corresponding to a cable with a longer length.
In order to perform anomaly detection on leakage current in a circuit closed loop backflow formed by an external mains cable of a base station in various scenes, a standard threshold table of the leakage current corresponding to the base station in various scenes can be established, and the standard thresholds of the leakage current corresponding to different cables of different base stations are shown in table 1 below.
TABLE 1 Standard threshold value table of leakage current corresponding to different cables of different base stations
Figure BDA0002909834030000062
The standard threshold of the leakage current in the closed loop return flow of the line formed by the external utility power cable of the base station of the current scenario can be queried from table 1 above.
Then, the current values of the three-phase power and the ground wire in the closed loop backflow of the whole line can be collected at the specific time of the day, and the leakage current I at the specific time of the day is calculatedj, leakage currentAnd calculating the preset threshold of the leakage current corresponding to the specific time, wherein the preset threshold of the leakage current corresponding to the specific time can be represented by formula (I)LnOr Icn + Ij, mean value) 2 calculation of when Ij, leakage current>(ILnOr Icn + Ij, mean value) And when the pressure is/2, an alarm can be given. In addition, in order to ensure the accuracy of alarm, when the absolute value of the difference value between the leakage current determined at a plurality of continuous specific moments and the corresponding preset threshold value is continuously greater than 0, the counter can automatically count, if the current is not continuously counted to the preset number of times, the current can be cleared and then counted again, and when the counted number of times is greater than 5, the fact that the commercial power outside the base station is abnormal is determined, and automatic alarm can be given.
Meanwhile, for the determination of the current average value of the leakage current at a specific moment, the current value of the latest D days corresponding to the specific moment of the day can be automatically collected in a rolling manner to determine the current average value of the leakage current at the specific moment, so as to circulate.
And aiming at a third electrical parameter, the third electrical parameter can be the power loss of an outer mains cable of the base station, the power of a fire-extinguishing end and the load power of the base station can be compared, the power loss coefficient of the outer mains cable of the base station is calculated, and an alarm prompt can be given out when the power loss coefficient exceeds a target threshold value corresponding to the third electrical parameter. Wherein the target threshold corresponding to the third electrical parameter may be 10%.
In the specific implementation process, the voltage value U of the down-fire end can be collectedLower fire endSum current value ILower fire endBased on miningThe voltage value and the current value of the down-fire end are collected, and the power P of the down-fire end can be obtained through calculationLower fire endPower P ofLower fire end=ULower fire end*ILower fire endAnd determining the base station load power of the current corresponding scene according to the base station standard load model base, and using PBase station load=P1+P2+…+PnAnd (4) showing. The load of the base station may include wireless master devices, air conditioners, transmission devices, lighting and battery charging loads, and the like.
Then, based on the power of the down-fire end and the load power of the base station, calculating the power loss coefficient K of the cable of the commercial power outside the base stationLoss of powerUsing the formula KLoss of power=1-PBase station load/PLower fire endAnd (4) calculating. When the power loss coefficient is detected to exceed 10% for five times continuously, the abnormal loss of the equipment can be judged, and an alarm prompt is given, so that maintenance personnel can find whether power stealing, line faults, equipment faults and the like occur in time.
And aiming at a fourth electrical parameter, the fourth electrical parameter can be the temperature of an external commercial power cable of the base station at the power supply end of the base station, and when the temperature of the cable exceeds an alarm threshold value, the external commercial power of the base station is determined to be abnormal, and an alarm prompt is given.
In addition, the M is a positive integer greater than 1, and in order to ensure the accuracy of the abnormality detection, comprehensive evaluation can be performed from multiple aspects, and when deviation data corresponding to multiple target electrical parameters exceed corresponding target thresholds, it is determined that the commercial power outside the base station is abnormal.
In the embodiment, the operation data of M electrical parameters of the external utility power cable of the base station is obtained; for each electrical parameter, determining deviation data corresponding to the electrical parameter based on the operating data of the electrical parameter; and determining that the commercial power outside the base station is abnormal when deviation data corresponding to the target electrical parameters in the deviation data corresponding to the M electrical parameters exceeds a target threshold corresponding to the target electrical parameters. Therefore, the accuracy of the abnormal detection of the external mains supply of the base station can be improved by acquiring the operation data of the M electrical parameters of the external mains supply cable of the base station and analyzing deviation data.
In addition, the method for detecting the abnormality of the external utility power of the base station may be applied to an electronic device, the electronic device may be a server, see fig. 2, fig. 2 is an implementation block diagram of the method for detecting the abnormality of the external utility power of the base station according to an optional embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 2, the implementation block diagram may include a plurality of acquisition devices, which are respectively an acquisition device 1, an acquisition device 2, an acquisition device 3, an acquisition device 4, and an acquisition device 5, and are respectively used for acquiring the three-phase voltage, the three-phase current, and the current and the temperature of the ground wire, the acquisition devices may include a sensor and may include a communication module to transmit the acquired voltage, current, and temperature back to the cloud platform, and the communication module may be a communication module related to 5G/4G data.
And the cloud platform performs anomaly detection by adopting an anomaly detection method of the commercial power outside the base station based on the acquired data, and prompts maintenance personnel by adopting a mobile phone alarm mode when determining that an anomaly condition exists.
In addition, the cloud platform can also output the operation report of the external mains supply cable of the base station regularly according to the operation historical data and by combining the cable service life, the material, the wire diameter, the operation time, the load current, the load voltage and other parameters of the external mains supply cable of the base station, so that a decision basis is provided for whether the external mains supply is modified.
The electronic equipment can also be terminal equipment called a portable checking device, and aiming at the characteristics of large number of base stations and wide distribution, a fixed checking device can not be installed on the whole base stations.
In the related technology, the abnormal detection equipment cannot be applied to the base station, so that the hidden danger of the external mains supply of the base station cannot be found in time. The hidden line danger can be found in time, the hidden line danger such as an external mains supply fire hazard, electric shock and personal safety danger can be found in time, various hidden costs caused by safety accidents are avoided, and the safe operation of the base station is ensured.
