Abstract
一种用于混合动力车的传动装置,属于汽车传动技术领域。变速器壳体的内部设有电机水套,电机水套紧密套装在电机定子的外侧,电机定子内设有电机转子,电机转子内设有转子毂,转子毂内与K0离合器总成传动连接;转子毂的内端部与内套固定,内套的内端设有内毂传动轴,内毂传动轴的左端与输入轴同轴可拆卸固定连接,输入轴的外端与K0离合器总成连接,内毂传动轴的右端与发动机飞轮盘连接,内套的外端与电机主壳体转动连接,电机主壳体设置在变速器壳体的右侧,内套的内端与内毂传动轴转动连接。本发明在低转速工况下,具有高效率的电机被用于初始加速,当车辆达到预定速度时,发动机启动,降低油耗与排放,解决了在装配过程中的困难。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于混合动力车的传动装置,属于汽车传动技术领域。
背景技术
随着世界各国环境保护的措施越来越严格,节能减排显得愈发重要,替代燃油发动机汽车的方案也越来越多,混合动力汽车替代燃油发动机汽车已成一定的趋势。混合动力汽车的关键是混合动力系统,它的性能直接关系到混合动力汽车的整车性能。
现有技术的混合动力汽车的动力传输系统包括排成一行的自动变速器、K0离合器、电动机以及发动机。自动变速器与电机之间采用两种离合器连接布置,其缺点是:变速器、电机以及离合器等位置复杂,增大了所占空间位置,在各个部件的配置以及装配过程中会有许多不利,同时电机和中间离合器配置不在同一空间中,有盖体隔开,使得电机没有浸在油里,降低了冷却效率。
发明内容
为解决背景技术中存在的问题,本发明提供一种用于混合动力车的传动装置。
实现上述目的,本发明采取下述技术方案:一种用于混合动力车的传动装置,包括变速器壳体、电机水套、电机定子、发动机飞轮盘、电机主壳体、内套、内毂传动轴、输入轴、转子毂、电机转子以及K0离合器总成;所述变速器壳体的内部设有电机水套,所述电机水套紧密套装在电机定子的外侧,所述电机定子内设有电机转子,所述电机转子内设有转子毂,所以转子毂内与K0离合器总成传动连接;转子毂的内端部与内套固定,所述内套的内端设有内毂传动轴,所述内毂传动轴的左端与输入轴同轴可拆卸连接,所述输入轴的外端与K0离合器总成连接,内毂传动轴的右端与发动机飞轮盘连接,内套的外端与电机主壳体转动连接,所述电机主壳体设置在变速器壳体的右侧,内套的内端与内毂传动轴转动连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明设计合理、结构简单、布置紧凑、具有最优配置;内毂传动轴与发动机飞轮盘以及自动变速器的输入轴连接,通过发动机与电机共同协作的方式,使得动力系统可以按照整车的实际运行工况要求灵活调控,在低转速工况下,具有高效率的电机被用于初始加速,当车辆达到预定速度时,发动机启动,从而降低油耗与排放,同时解决了在装配过程中的困难,传输效率高。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例,基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
具体实施方式一:如图1~图2所示,本发明公开了一种用于混合动力车的传动装置,包括变速器壳体1、电机水套2、电机定子3、发动机飞轮盘4、电机主壳体5、内套9、内毂传动轴10、输入轴13、转子毂19、电机转子20以及K0离合器总成;所述变速器壳体1的内部设有电机水套2,所述电机水套2紧密套装在电机定子3的外侧,保证电机定子3的热量能被电机水套2迅速带走,所述电机定子3内设有电机转子20,所述电机转子20内设有转子毂19,所以转子毂19内通过梯形花键与K0离合器总成传动连接;转子毂19的内端部与内套9焊接固定,所述内套9的内端设有内毂传动轴10,所述内毂传动轴10的左端与输入轴13同轴可拆卸连接,所述内毂传动轴10的左端设有盲孔,内毂传动轴10与输入轴13同轴设置,所述输入轴13右端嵌入至所述内毂传动轴10的盲孔内,所述输入轴13的外端与K0离合器总成连接,内毂传动轴10的右端通过渐开线花键与发动机飞轮盘4连接,内套9的外端通过双列角接触球轴承7与电机主壳体5转动连接,所述电机主壳体5设置在变速器壳体1的右侧,内套9的内端通过滚针轴承8与内毂传动轴10转动连接。
具体实施方式二:如图1所示,本实施方式是对具体实施方式一作出的进一步说明,所述K0离合器总成包括弹簧保持架11、回位弹簧12、活塞14、连接盘15、摩擦片组件16以及离合器保持架17,所述离合器保持架17的外端通过梯形花键与转子毂19连接,且内端与连接盘15的外端固定焊接,所述连接盘15的内端通过渐开线花键与输入轴13连接,连接盘15的右侧设有活塞14,所述活塞14与连接盘15小间隙直径配合设置,活塞14与连接盘15之间可以相对滑动,活塞14与连接盘15之间构成半封闭空腔一,可以从预留的油孔向半封闭空腔一充入ATF油,高压力的ATF油可以推动活塞14运动做功,所述活塞14右侧设有弹簧保持架11,所述弹簧保持架11设置在活塞14的内部且两端均抵靠在活塞14的内壁上,弹簧保持架11与活塞14之间构成半封闭空腔二,且设有回位弹簧12,半封闭空腔二也同样可以充入ATF油,活塞14两侧的半封闭空腔一以及半封闭空腔二内的ATF油在高速旋转时产生的对活塞14的离心力可以抵消,所述回位弹簧12安装于活塞14与弹簧保持架11之间,安装后回位弹簧12已能够提供一定的载荷,回位弹簧12压紧活塞14,可以确保活塞14不能自由移动,活塞14工作时,高压力的ATF油推动活塞14克服回位弹簧12载荷运动做功,在活塞14不工作时,回位弹簧12可以迅速将活塞14顶回原来的位置,离合器保持架17的内部与摩擦片组件16外侧的梯形花键连接,所述摩擦片组件16内侧的梯形花键与内毂传动轴10的梯形花键连接,摩擦片组件16与活塞14的推头配合设置,活塞14不工作时,摩擦片组件16是松散状态,不能为离合器保持架17和内毂传动轴10传递扭矩,在活塞14工作时,活塞14将摩擦片组件16压紧,摩擦片组件16可以为离合器保持架17和内毂传动轴10传递扭矩,即离合器保持架17与内毂传动轴10连接为一体,当活塞14的推头压紧摩擦片组件16时,离合器保持架17与内毂传动轴10相连,带动内毂传动轴10转动,而内毂传动轴10与发动机飞轮盘4花键连接,从而发动机飞轮盘4也一起同速转动。
具体实施方式三:如图1所示,本实施方式是对具体实施方式一或二作出的进一步说明,所述转子毂19左侧卡接有弹性挡圈18,防止所述K0离合器总成轴向大幅窜动,在所述转子毂19内表面加工出弹性挡圈槽19-1,所述弹性挡圈槽19-1内安装有弹性挡圈18,所述弹性挡圈18是一种公知性通用零件,在K0离合器总成窜动时,弹性挡圈18会阻挡K0离合器总成过度移动。
具体实施方式四:如图1所示,本实施方式是对具体实施方式一或二作出的进一步说明,所述电机主壳体5与内毂传动轴10之间设置有油封6,所述油封6设置在双列角接触球轴承7以及滚针轴承8的右侧,油封6可以有效防止内部ATF油泄漏。
K0离合器总成安装在发动机和自动变速器之间,并且位于先前由变矩器占用的空间中,连接在输入轴13上,且在其内部容纳有内毂传动轴10,并在K0离合器总成接合时,内毂传动轴10作为动力中转零件,将发动机的驱动力提供给K0离合器总成,再由K0离合器总成传递到变速器的输入轴13。内毂传动轴10通过梯形花键齿与摩擦片组件16结合。通过发动机与电机共同协作的方式,使得动力系统可以按照整车的实际运行工况要求灵活调控。在低转速工况下,具有高效率的电机被用于初始加速,当车辆达到预定速度时,发动机启动,从而降低油耗与排放。输出轴13和转子毂19转动带动离合器保持架17转动,

Claims (4)
1.一种用于混合动力车的传动装置,包括变速器壳体(1)、电机水套(2)、电机定子(3)、发动机飞轮盘(4)、电机主壳体(5)、内套(9)、内毂传动轴(10)、输入轴(13)、转子毂(19)、电机转子(20)以及K0离合器总成;其特征在于:所述变速器壳体(1)的内部设有电机水套(2),所述电机水套(2)紧密套装在电机定子(3)的外侧,所述电机定子(3)内设有电机转子(20),所述电机转子(20)内设有转子毂(19),所述转子毂(19)内齿与K0离合器总成传动连接;转子毂(19)的内端部与内套(9)固定,所述内套(9)的内端设有内毂传动轴(10),所述内毂传动轴(10)的左端与输入轴(13)同轴可拆卸连接,所述输入轴(13)的外端与K0离合器总成连接,内毂传动轴(10)的右端与发动机飞轮盘(4)连接,内套(9)的外端与电机主壳体(5)转动连接,所述电机主壳体(5)设置在变速器壳体(1)的右侧,内套(9)的内端与内毂传动轴(10)转动连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于混合动力车的传动装置,其特征在于:所述K0离合器总成包括弹簧保持架(11)、回位弹簧(12)、活塞(14)、连接盘(15)、摩擦片组件(16)以及离合器保持架(17),所述离合器保持架(17)的外端与转子毂(19)连接,且内端与连接盘(15)的外端固定,所述连接盘(15)的内端与输入轴(13)连接,连接盘(15)的右侧设有活塞(14),所述活塞(14)与连接盘(15)配合设置,活塞(14)与连接盘(15)之间构成半封闭空腔一,所述活塞(14)右侧设有弹簧保持架(11),所述弹簧保持架(11)设置在活塞(14)的内部且两端均抵靠在活塞(14)的内壁上,弹簧保持架(11)与活塞(14)之间构成半封闭空腔二,且设有回位弹簧(12),离合器保持架(17)的内部与摩擦片组件(16)连接,所述摩擦片组件(16)与内毂传动轴(10)连接,摩擦片组件(16)与活塞(14)的推头配合设置。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种用于混合动力车的传动装置,其特征在于:所述转子毂(19)左侧卡接有弹性挡圈(18)。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种用于混合动力车的传动装置,其特征在于:所述电机主壳体(5)与内毂传动轴(10)之间设置有油封(6)。
