The material pulling assembly 110 pulls materials along the alpha direction, and the material pulling assembly 110 is driven by double-shaft servo to realize alpha angle material pulling. The cutting assembly cuts the curtain cloth with the angle alpha degrees. The second transfer mechanism 40 delivers the cut-to-alpha cord to the splice location of the crimp assembly 50 and accurately stops the stub bar at the splice location. The crimping assembly 50 is driven by the joint angle rotation drive 24 to rotate along the joint rotation center axis 22 such that the crimping assembly 50 is at an angle α to the cutting line. The second conveyor 40 includes a feeding conveyor belt composed of a plurality of strip-shaped telescopic belts. The strip-shaped telescopic belt is connected with the rotating beam of the crimping assembly 50 through the guide rail sliding blocks. The strip-shaped telescopic belt synchronously stretches and contracts along with the rotation of the rotating beam. The feeding conveyer belt can stretch and retract according to the angle alpha of the cutting curtain cloth, so that the bevel edge of the curtain cloth head can be close to the joint position with the minimum distance. Similarly, the first transfer mechanism 30 delivers the cord fabric having a splice angle α degrees out of the splice location of the crimp assembly 50 and accurately stops the tail at the splice location. The first transfer mechanism 30 is composed of a plurality of strip-shaped elastic bands. The strip-shaped telescopic belt is connected with the rotating beam of the crimping assembly 50 through the guide rail sliding blocks. The strip-shaped telescopic belt synchronously stretches and contracts along with the rotation of the rotating beam. The first conveying mechanism 30 can stretch and retract according to the angle alpha of the cutting curtain cloth, so that the curtain cloth is at a position close to the joint, wherein the tail bevel edge can be at a minimum distance. The head and tail overlap joint of the alpha-degree curtain cloth is realized through the pressing component. The continuous strip of shade fabric is taped to the taping sheet assembly 130 and finally wound onto a spool by the take-up assembly 120. The technological requirement of cutting joint with small angle alpha degree is realized.
The application is characterized in that the structure that the feeding conveyer belt and the discharging conveyer belt stretch together along with the rotation of the joint device is adopted, thereby realizing the automation of the small-angle fiber curtain cloth cutting joint. The quality of the joint is improved, the labor intensity is reduced, and the automation of the production of the product is realized.
