Abstract
The application provides a service processing method and a device, wherein the method comprises the following steps: receiving a service request of a service terminal, wherein the service request comprises resource exchange voucher information; determining whether the resource exchange voucher information meets a preset condition; under the condition that the resource exchange voucher information is determined to meet the preset conditions, resource transfer protocol data are generated and sent to the service terminal; receiving a resource transfer amount sent by a service terminal based on resource transfer protocol data; and transferring the resources corresponding to the resource transfer amount to the user account in the resource transfer protocol data. According to the scheme, the resources can be automatically transferred to the user account under the resource exchange voucher, the service processing efficiency can be improved, and the labor cost is saved.
Description
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of data processing technologies, and in particular, to a method and an apparatus for processing a service.
Background
Under the export credit settlement mode, based on the complete set of documents under the credit terms submitted by the exporter, the bank can firstly pay the receivable payment to the customer, then ask for remittance to the issuing bank by the documents, and the financing products have export payment and export deposit. According to international LC practice, the issuing bank undertakes irrevocable payment settlement as long as documents meeting the LC requirements are submitted, so that the risk of credit for export settlement and export wagering is relatively small.
The general process of document financing under the existing enterprise credit terms is as follows: the enterprise (the credit beneficiary) submits the application of the bill and financing data under the credit item to the bank; the bank (paying bank) checks the document according to the enterprise application and the document according with the whole set of documents submitted by the enterprise as a pledge, and pays the money to the enterprise according to the bill amount of the ticket after the check is correct; the bank (the paying bank) sends a bill to the issuing bank for asking for money, and collects money on the money deposit and bank fees to the enterprise and reserves the right to pursue. However, at present, various materials of banks need to be provided for the document financing under the credit item, and the process of examining and verifying the materials by the banks is tedious, long in time consumption and poor in user experience.
In view of the above problems, no effective solution has been proposed.

The embodiment of the application provides a service processing method and a service processing device, and aims to solve the problems that in the prior art, the process of financing of documents under a credit card item is complicated and time-consuming.

An embodiment of the present application further provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which computer instructions are stored, and when the instructions are executed, the steps of the service processing method described in any of the above embodiments are implemented.
In the embodiment of the application, a service processing method is provided, in which a server can receive a service request of a service terminal, determine whether the resource exchange voucher information satisfies a preset condition, generate resource transfer protocol data under the condition that the resource exchange voucher information satisfies the preset condition, send the resource transfer protocol data to the service terminal, receive a resource transfer amount sent by the service terminal based on the resource transfer protocol data, transfer a resource corresponding to the resource transfer amount to a user account in the resource transfer protocol data, and automatically transfer the resource to the user account under the resource exchange voucher, so that a user can complete online financing through simpler operation, save time for the user, and improve financing efficiency of the user. Through the scheme, the technical problems that the existing procedure of issuing the letter under the letter of credit is complicated and long in time consumption are solved, and the technical effects of effectively improving the financing efficiency and saving the labor cost are achieved.

The principles and spirit of the present application will be described with reference to a number of exemplary embodiments. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present application may be embodied as a system, apparatus, device, method or computer program product. Accordingly, the present disclosure may be embodied in the form of: entirely hardware, entirely software (including firmware, resident software, micro-code, etc.), or a combination of hardware and software.
In one example scenario of the present specification, a server may receive a service request of a service terminal. The service request may include resource exchange credential information. The server may determine whether the resource exchange credential information satisfies a preset condition. And under the condition that the resource exchange voucher information is determined to meet the preset condition, the server can generate resource transfer protocol data and send the resource transfer protocol data to the service terminal. The server may receive the resource transfer amount sent by the service terminal based on the resource transfer protocol data. Then, the server may transfer the resource corresponding to the resource transfer amount to the user account in the resource transfer protocol data.
In the above scenario example, the resource may include funds, digital currency, or other types of resources. The server may be a resource roll-out server for processing resource transfer transactions under the resource exchange credential information. The resource exchange voucher information can be voucher information which is issued by the resource exchange party according to the requirements and instructions of the user or is issued by the resource exchange party, and the user can request money from a third party (a resource transfer party) or a designated party of the third party (a resource transfer party) according to the resource exchange voucher under the condition of meeting the terms of the resource exchange voucher. For example, the resource redemption credential may be a letter of credit. The resource redeeming party may be the issuing bank of the letter of credit. The user may be a letter of credit beneficiary, either individual or business. The resource forwarder may be a payment authority. The user can send a service request to the pay-per-view server through the service terminal, wherein the service request can include credit information. The dispute server may determine whether the LC information satisfies a predetermined condition. The negotiated payment server may generate the resource transfer protocol data if it is determined that the preset condition is satisfied. Wherein the resource transfer protocol data may be an efficient financing protocol. The pay-per-view server may return resource transfer protocol data to the service terminal. The user can input the resource transfer amount (e.g., the financing amount) through the service terminal. The pay line server may transfer the resource corresponding to the resource transfer amount to the user account. After the payment is due, the user can pay to the payment line, and if the user does not pay on time, the payment line can trace the user or the issuing line.
In one embodiment, the resource redemption credential information may include resource redeemer information, which may include a resource redeemer identification. In one embodiment, the resource redeeming party information includes redeeming a resource seed. The server may determine whether the redemption resource category belongs to a preset category; and under the condition that the redemption resource type is determined to belong to the preset type, determining that the resource exchange voucher information meets the preset condition.
In one embodiment, the resource redemption credential information includes user information including a user identification. The server can obtain a user blacklist; determining whether a user identifier exists in a user blacklist; and under the condition that the user identification does not exist in the user blacklist, determining that the resource exchange voucher information meets the preset condition.
In one embodiment, the user information includes user credit information. The server can determine whether the credit investigation information of the user meets a preset condition; and under the condition that the user credit investigation information meets the preset conditions, determining that the resource exchange voucher information meets the preset conditions.
In one embodiment, the server may determine whether the resource exchange credential information has performed a resource transfer transaction if it is determined that the resource exchange credential information satisfies a preset condition; and under the condition that the resource exchange voucher information is determined not to carry out the resource transfer transaction, generating resource transfer protocol data.
In one embodiment, after transferring the resource corresponding to the resource transfer amount to the user account in the resource transfer protocol data, the server may further receive a resource return request sent by the service terminal; the resource of the resource transfer amount is deducted from the user account based on the resource return request.
Based on the above problems, an embodiment of the present application provides a service processing method. Fig. 1 shows a flowchart of a service processing method in an embodiment of the present application. Although the present application provides method operational steps or apparatus configurations as illustrated in the following examples or figures, more or fewer operational steps or modular units may be included in the methods or apparatus based on conventional or non-inventive efforts. In the case of steps or structures which do not logically have the necessary cause and effect relationship, the execution sequence of the steps or the module structure of the apparatus is not limited to the execution sequence or the module structure described in the embodiments and shown in the drawings of the present application. When the described method or module structure is applied in an actual device or end product, the method or module structure according to the embodiments or shown in the drawings can be executed sequentially or executed in parallel (for example, in a parallel processor or multi-thread processing environment, or even in a distributed processing environment).
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, a service processing method provided in an embodiment of the present application may include the following steps:

In some embodiments of the present application, the resource redemption credential information may include user information, which may include a user identification; the determining module may be specifically configured to: acquiring a user blacklist; determining whether a user identifier exists in a user blacklist; and under the condition that the user identification does not exist in the user blacklist, determining that the resource exchange voucher information meets the preset condition.
In some embodiments of the present application, the user information may include user credit information; the determining module may be specifically configured to: determining whether the credit investigation information of the user meets a preset condition; and under the condition that the user credit investigation information meets the preset conditions, determining that the resource exchange voucher information meets the preset conditions.
In some embodiments of the present application, the generation module may be specifically configured to: determining whether the resource exchange voucher information is subjected to resource transfer transaction or not under the condition that the resource exchange voucher information is determined to meet the preset condition; and under the condition that the resource exchange voucher information is determined not to carry out the resource transfer transaction, generating resource transfer protocol data.
In some embodiments of the present application, the apparatus may further include a return module, and the return module may be specifically configured to: after transferring the resources corresponding to the resource transfer amount to the user account in the resource transfer protocol data, receiving a resource return request sent by the service terminal; the resource of the resource transfer amount is deducted from the user account based on the resource return request.
From the above description, it can be seen that the embodiments of the present application achieve the following technical effects: receiving a service request of a service terminal, determining whether the resource exchange voucher information meets a preset condition, generating resource transfer protocol data under the condition that the resource exchange voucher information meets the preset condition, sending the resource transfer protocol data to the service terminal, receiving a resource transfer amount sent by the service terminal based on the resource transfer protocol data, transferring a resource corresponding to the resource transfer amount to a user account in the resource transfer protocol data, and realizing automatic transfer of the resource to the user account under the resource exchange voucher, so that a user can complete online financing through simpler operation, time is saved for the user, and financing efficiency of the user is improved. Through the scheme, the technical problems that the existing procedure of issuing the letter under the letter of credit is complicated and long in time consumption are solved, and the technical effects of effectively improving the financing efficiency and saving the labor cost are achieved.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a computer device, which may specifically refer to a schematic structural diagram of a computer device based on the service processing method provided in the embodiment of the present application shown in fig. 3, where the computer device may specifically include an input device 31, a processor 32, and a memory 33. Wherein the memory 33 is for storing processor-executable instructions. The processor 32, when executing the instructions, implements the steps of the service processing method described in any of the embodiments above.
In this embodiment, the input device may be one of the main apparatuses for information exchange between a user and a computer system. The input device may include a keyboard, a mouse, a camera, a scanner, a light pen, a handwriting input board, a voice input device, etc.; the input device is used to input raw data and a program for processing the data into the computer. The input device can also acquire and receive data transmitted by other modules, units and devices. The processor may be implemented in any suitable way. For example, the processor may take the form of, for example, a microprocessor or processor and a computer-readable medium that stores computer-readable program code (e.g., software or firmware) executable by the (micro) processor, logic gates, switches, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a programmable logic controller, an embedded microcontroller, and so forth. The memory may in particular be a memory device used in modern information technology for storing information. The memory may include multiple levels, and in a digital system, the memory may be any memory as long as it can store binary data; in an integrated circuit, a circuit without a physical form and with a storage function is also called a memory, such as a RAM, a FIFO and the like; in the system, the storage device in physical form is also called a memory, such as a memory bank, a TF card and the like.
In this embodiment, the functions and effects of the specific implementation of the computer device can be explained in comparison with other embodiments, and are not described herein again.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a computer storage medium based on a service processing method, where the computer storage medium stores computer program instructions, and the computer program instructions, when executed, implement the steps of the service processing method in any of the above embodiments.
In this embodiment, the storage medium includes, but is not limited to, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Cache (Cache), a Hard Disk Drive (HDD), or a Memory Card (Memory Card). The memory may be used to store computer program instructions. The network communication unit may be an interface for performing network connection communication, which is set in accordance with a standard prescribed by a communication protocol.
In this embodiment, the functions and effects specifically realized by the program instructions stored in the computer storage medium can be explained by comparing with other embodiments, and are not described herein again.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the modules or steps of the embodiments of the present application described above may be implemented by a general purpose computing device, they may be centralized on a single computing device or distributed across a network of multiple computing devices, and alternatively, they may be implemented by program code executable by a computing device, such that they may be stored in a storage device and executed by a computing device, and in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in an order different from that described herein, or they may be separately fabricated into individual integrated circuit modules, or multiple ones of them may be fabricated into a single integrated circuit module. Thus, embodiments of the present application are not limited to any specific combination of hardware and software.
It is to be understood that the above description is intended to be illustrative, and not restrictive. Claims (10)
1. A service processing method is applied to a server and comprises the following steps:
receiving a service request of a service terminal, wherein the service request comprises resource exchange voucher information;
determining whether the resource exchange voucher information meets a preset condition;
under the condition that the resource exchange voucher information is determined to meet the preset condition, resource transfer protocol data are generated and sent to the service terminal;
receiving the resource transfer amount sent by the service terminal based on the resource transfer protocol data;
and transferring the resources corresponding to the resource transfer amount to the user account in the resource transfer protocol data.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the resource redemption credential information includes resource redeemer information, the resource redeemer information including a resource redeemer identification;
determining whether the resource exchange voucher information meets a preset condition, including:
acquiring a blacklist of preset resource cashing parties;
determining whether the resource redeeming party identifier exists in the preset resource redeeming party blacklist;
and under the condition that the preset resource cashing party blacklist is determined not to have the resource cashing party identification, determining that the resource exchange voucher information meets a preset condition.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the resource redeeming party information includes redeeming a resource category;
determining whether the resource exchange voucher information meets a preset condition, including:
determining whether the redemption resource category belongs to a preset category;
and under the condition that the redemption resource type is determined to belong to a preset type, determining that the resource exchange voucher information meets a preset condition.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the resource redemption credential information includes user information including a user identification;
determining whether the resource exchange voucher information meets a preset condition, including:
acquiring a user blacklist;
determining whether the user identifier exists in the user blacklist;
and under the condition that the user identification does not exist in the user blacklist, determining that the resource exchange voucher information meets a preset condition.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the user information comprises user credit information;
determining whether the resource exchange voucher information meets a preset condition, including:
determining whether the user credit investigation information meets a preset condition;
and under the condition that the user credit investigation information meets the preset conditions, determining that the resource exchange voucher information meets the preset conditions.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein generating resource transfer protocol data in the event that the resource redemption credential information is determined to satisfy a preset condition comprises:
determining whether the resource exchange voucher information is subjected to resource transfer transaction or not under the condition that the resource exchange voucher information is determined to meet the preset condition;
and under the condition that the resource exchange voucher information is determined not to carry out resource transfer transaction, generating resource transfer protocol data.
7. The method of claim 1, further comprising, after transferring the resource corresponding to the resource transfer amount to the user account in the resource transfer protocol data:
receiving a resource returning request sent by a service terminal;
deducting the resource of the resource transfer amount from the user account based on the resource return request.
8. A service processing apparatus, located in a server, comprising:
the system comprises a first receiving module, a second receiving module and a third receiving module, wherein the first receiving module is used for receiving a service request of a service terminal, and the service request comprises resource exchange voucher information;
the determining module is used for determining whether the resource exchange voucher information meets a preset condition;
the generating module is used for generating resource transfer protocol data under the condition that the resource exchange voucher information is determined to meet the preset condition, and sending the resource transfer protocol data to the service terminal;
a second receiving module, configured to receive a resource transfer amount sent by the service terminal based on the resource transfer protocol data;
and the transfer module is used for transferring the resources corresponding to the resource transfer amount to the user account in the resource transfer protocol data.
9. A computer device comprising a processor and a memory for storing processor-executable instructions which, when executed by the processor, implement the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium having computer instructions stored thereon which, when executed, implement the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
