Detailed Description
To make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present disclosure more apparent, embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for centering a mule head of a walking beam pumping unit according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, where as shown in fig. 1, the centering method includes:
s101, measuring the offset distance a of the hair braid 100.
In step S101, the offset distance a of the hair braid 100 is the shortest distance between the worn position of the hair braid 100 and the centering position of the hair braid 100.
And S102, measuring the centering length b of the hair braid 100.
In step S102, the centering length b of the hair braid 100 is the shortest distance from the fixing position of the hair braid 100 to the worn position of the hair braid 100 in the centering direction of the hair braid 100.
And S103, measuring the width c of the walking beam 200.
In step S103, the width c of the walking beam 200 is the shortest distance between two opposite sides of the walking beam 200 on the horizontal plane.
And S104, providing the sizing block 1, wherein the thickness d of the sizing block 1 is determined by the offset distance a of the hair plait 100, the centering length b of the hair plait 100 and the width c of the walking beam 200.
In step S104, the thickness d of the sizing block 1 is the length of the sizing block 1 in the direction perpendicular to the horizontal direction.
And S105, correcting the position of the walking beam 200 relative to the horizontal plane through the sizing block 1.
When the donkey head is centered by the centering method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the walking beam and the donkey head are integrated, so that the inclination angle of the donkey head is equal to the inclination angle (relative to the horizontal plane) of the walking beam before and after the donkey head is centered. In addition, the hair plaits are arranged vertically to the ground all the time, so that the inclination angles of the front hair plaits and the rear hair plaits in the donkey head pair are equal to the inclination angle of the donkey head, and the inclination angles of the front hair plaits and the rear hair plaits in the donkey head pair are equal to the inclination angle of the walking beam. Therefore, the adjustment of the inclination angle of the horse head and the inclination angle of the hair braid can be realized by adjusting the inclination angle of the walking beam. In operation, first, the offset distance of the hair braid, the centering length of the hair braid, and the width of the walking beam are measured, respectively. And then, determining the thickness of the sizing block through the offset distance of the hair braid, the centering length of the hair braid and the width of the walking beam, namely determining the inclination angle adjustment amount of the walking beam. And finally, correcting the position of the walking beam relative to the horizontal plane through a sizing block to realize the centering of the horse head. That is to say, this disclosure is through measuring the offset distance of hair pigtail, the centering length of hair pigtail and the width of walking beam, these three parameters that obtain of easily measuring, calculate the thickness that obtains the parallels, fill up the walking beam with the parallels of this thickness and establish, can realize the centering of horse head, and need not to use instrument such as jackscrew to adjust the location to the horse head, so avoided because of jackscrew corrosion, and lead to the problem of centering failure.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of another method for centering a mule head of a walking beam pumping unit according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, where as shown in fig. 2, the centering method includes:
and S201, measuring the offset distance a of the hair braid 100 (see figure 3).
In step S201, the offset distance a of the hair braid 100 is the shortest distance between the worn position of the hair braid 100 and the centering position of the hair braid 100.
S202, measuring the centering length b of the hair braid 100 (see figure 3).
In step S202, the centering length b of the hair braid 100 is the shortest distance from the fixing position of the hair braid 100 to the worn position of the hair braid 100 in the centering direction of the hair braid 100.
FIG. 3 is a schematic diagram of the displacement of a hair braid provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in FIG. 3, line l 1 Because the hair plait 100 is at the position when the horsehead 700 is inclined and the hair plait 100 is deflected under the action of gravity, the horsehead 700 is worn by the hair plait 100 at this time, and the inclination angle of the hair plait 100 is x. The horse head 700 is adjusted to center the horse head 700, so that the hair braid 100 is re-centered on the horse head 700 under the action of gravity, namely the position of the hair braid 100 is a straight line l 2 At this time, the ponytail 100 does not wear the horse head 700.
S203, measuring the width c of the walking beam 200 (see fig. 4).
In step S203, the width c of the walking beam 200 is the shortest distance between two opposite sides of the walking beam 200 on the horizontal plane.
And S204, providing a sizing block 1, and calculating the thickness d of the sizing block 1 to be equal to the product of the ratio of the offset distance a of the hair braid 100 to the centering length b of the hair braid 100 and the width c of the walking beam 200 as the thickness d of the sizing block 1 (see figure 4).
In the above embodiment, since the inclination angle of the horse head 700 is equal to the inclination angle y of the walking beam 200, and the inclination angle of the horse head 700 is equal to the inclination angle x of the hair braid 100, the inclination angle x of the hair braid 100 is equal to the inclination angle y of the walking beam 200. And because the lengths of the two right-angled sides of the right-angled triangle formed by the inclination angle x of the hair braid 100 are respectively the offset distance a of the hair braid 100 and the centering length b of the hair braid 100 (see fig. 3), and the lengths of the two right-angled sides of the right-angled triangle formed by the inclination angle y of the walking beam 200 are respectively the thickness d of the sizing block 1 and the width c of the walking beam 200 (see fig. 4), the thickness d of the sizing block 1 can be calculated according to the similarity a/b = c/d of the triangles. That is, by measuring the offset distance a of the hair braid 100, the centering length b of the hair braid 100, and the width c of the walking beam 200, the thickness d of the desired parallels 1 can be quickly calculated.
FIG. 4 is a schematic diagram of the deflection of a walking beam according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in FIG. 4, a straight line l 3 Line l is the position of the walking beam 200 relative to the horizontal plane when the horse head 700 is deflected 4 The inclination angle of the walking beam 200 is y for the position of the walking beam 200 with respect to the horizontal plane when the horse head 700 is centered. The position of the walking beam 200 is formed by a straight line l through the use of a sizing block 1 3 Is adjusted to l 4 So that the walking beam 200 drives the horse head 700 to deflect, thereby realizing that the position of the hair braid 100 is formed by a straight line l 1 Becomes a straight line l 2 。
S205, stop the rope hanger 300 at the lowest position reached by the rope hanger 300.
In the above embodiment, stopping the rope hanger 300 at the lowest position of the rope hanger 300 facilitates the manual operation and avoids working high above the ground.
It should be noted that the lowest position reached by the rope hanger 300 is the lowest position at which the rope hanger 300 is located during the movement of the rope hanger 300.
S206, the hanger 300 is detached from the first side hook 400 connected to the hanger 300 (see fig. 5).
It should be noted that, when the first square hook 400 connecting the rope hanger 300 and the rope hanger 300 is disengaged, the second square hook 900 should be provided on the blowout preventer 800, so as to facilitate the disengagement of the rope hanger 300 and the first square hook 400.
S207, loosening the fixing bolt 600 for connecting the middle shaft 500 and the walking beam 200.
In the above embodiment, the fixing bolt 600 of the center shaft 500 is loosened to facilitate the subsequent sandwiching of the parallels 1 between the walking beam 200 and the center shaft 500.
And S208, mounting the sizing block 1 between the walking beam 200 and the central shaft 500.
Fig. 6 is a schematic use view of a sizing block provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 6, the sizing block 1 is sandwiched between the walking beam 200 and the central shaft 500.
It should be noted that the sizing block 1 should be placed on the side where the walking beam 200 is inclined. In addition, after the arrangement of the sizing block 1 is completed, the polished rod eye 300 is moved into the first square hook 400, and then the second square hook 900 on the blowout preventer 800 is removed, thereby completing the installation of the sizing block 1.
And S209, coating a corrosion-resistant layer on the sizing block 1.
In the above embodiment, the corrosion-resistant layer is disposed on the sizing block 1 to prevent the corrosion rate of the sizing block 1 under natural conditions, thereby facilitating the assembly and disassembly of the sizing block 1.
Illustratively, the corrosion protection layer may be a metallic lead layer.
Then, the thickness of the sizing block is determined through the offset distance of the hair braid, the centering length of the hair braid and the width of the walking beam, and the inclination angle adjustment amount of the walking beam is determined.
Fig. 7 is a cross-sectional view of a sizing block for centering a mule head of a walking beam pumping unit according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 7, the sizing block 1 includes an adjusting member 11 and a spacer 12, the adjusting member 11 includes an adjusting rod 111 and a supporting block 112, one end of the adjusting rod 111 is fixed on the supporting block 112, and the other end of the adjusting rod 111 is slidably inserted into the spacer 12.
In the above embodiment, the distance between the supporting block 112 and the head block 12 can be adjusted by adjusting the insertion depth of the rod 111 into the head block 12, and the thickness d of the sizing block 1 can be adjusted.
Illustratively, the support block 112 is a plate-like structural member.
It is easily understood that the adjustment efficiency of the donkey head 700 centering is greatly improved by directly inserting the parallels 1 between the walking beam 200 and the central shaft 500 so that the hair braid 100 is centered with the donkey head 700.
Optionally, a rotatable top rod 121 is inserted into a side wall of the cushion block 12, an extending direction of the top rod 121 is perpendicular to an extending direction of the adjusting rod 111, a driving tooth 1211 is disposed on an outer peripheral wall of the top rod 121, a driven tooth 1111 is disposed on an outer wall of the adjusting rod 111 along the extending direction of the adjusting rod 111, and the driving tooth 1211 is engaged with the driven tooth 1111.
In the above embodiment, the engagement between the driving teeth 1211 on the top rod 121 and the driven teeth 1111 on the adjustment rod 111 facilitates the axial positioning of the adjustment rod 111, thereby facilitating the adjustment of the insertion depth of the adjustment rod 111 in the spacer 12.
It is easy to understand that, because the horse head 700 of the walking beam pumping unit is inclined to different degrees, the pad iron 1 with the constant thickness d needs to be selected, so that the horse head 700 is centered and the hair braid 100 is prevented from being worn.
Optionally, an end of the top rod 121 facing away from the adjusting rod 111 is provided with a rotating handle 1212.
In the above embodiment, the handle 1212 is rotated to facilitate manual grasping of the handle, thereby facilitating rotation of the top bar 121.
Optionally, a locking rod 122 is further inserted on the sidewall of the cushion block 12, and a plurality of through holes 1112 arranged along the axial direction of the adjusting rod 111 are provided on the adjusting rod 111, and the through holes 1112 are used for inserting the locking rod 122.
In the above embodiment, the locking rod 122 is inserted into the through hole 1112, so that the axial movement of the adjusting rod 111 can be limited, and after the sizing block 1 is arranged, the ejector rod 121 rotates to drive the adjusting rod 111 to move due to vibration, so that the thickness d of the sizing block 1 is changed, and finally the hair braid 100 is not centered on the horse head 700.
With continued reference to fig. 7, the end face of the spacer 12 facing away from the adjustment member 11 is provided with a spacer 123.
In the above embodiment, the shim 123 can increase the contact area between the sizing block 1 and the walking beam 200, and prevent the sizing block 1 from wearing the walking beam 200.
The above description is only exemplary of the present disclosure and is not intended to limit the present disclosure, so that any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present disclosure should be included in the scope of the present disclosure.
