Background
During the extraction of crude oil, the wax-dissolving capacity of the crude oil is reduced due to the reduction of temperature and pressure, and thus paraffin is crystallized out of the crude oil. On one hand, wax deposition can cause oil pipe blockage, so that the flow resistance is increased, the conveying efficiency is reduced, and further the yield is reduced; on the other hand, the friction resistance of the sucker rod at the wax precipitation well section is increased, so that the sucker rod is eccentrically worn, and the service life of the sucker rod is influenced. Therefore, wax removal and prevention are issues that must be addressed in oilfield production. At present, a plurality of methods for removing and preventing wax are available, such as electric heating wax removal, strong magnetic wax removal, oil pipe lining coating wax removal, mechanical wax removal and the like, but each method has respective defects, the electric heating energy consumption is high, the method is not economical, the strong magnetic wax removal requires complicated equipment and is difficult to manage, a hot oil wax removal vehicle needs a large amount of manpower and material resources, the cost is increased, and the formation environment is polluted. The invention aims to provide a simple oil well wax removing device which is high in efficiency, simple and convenient to operate, thorough in wax removal and environment-friendly.

The whole mechanical paraffin removal module is suspended on the fixed pulley through a cable, and a fixed cutter support is arranged above the fixed pulley. The chemical wax removal and prevention module comprises an airtight protective shell, the protective shell is connected with an oil pipe through threads, a check valve penetrates through the airtight protective shell to be connected with a gap between an upper oil pipe and a lower oil pipe of an annular dosing box, the dosing box is fixed on the inner wall of the oil pipe, a plurality of small holes are uniformly formed in the dosing box, and a novel wax removal and prevention agent is stored in the dosing box. Furthermore, the novel wax removing and preventing agent comprises a main agent, a mutual solvent and a surfactant. Preferably, the novel paraffin removal and prevention agent comprises the following specific components: 94% of main agent: dimethyl ether; 6% mutual solvent: ethylene glycol butyl ether; 0.009g/15ml surfactant: a span 80. The invention is also characterized in that the mechanical paraffin removal module is connected with a first cable through a first control valve, the chemical paraffin removal and prevention module is connected with the first cable through a second control valve, and the two modules are connected with an aboveground control box on the ground through the first cable. And a thickness sensor is arranged below the chemical wax removal and prevention module and is connected with the aboveground control box through a second cable.
The invention has the advantages that: combine together mechanical paraffin removal technique and chemical paraffin removal and prevention technique, improve paraffin removal efficiency, utilize thickness sensor discernment wax precipitation condition in the pit, open corresponding module, put in through the chemical paraffin removal and prevention module paraffin removal agent and assist paraffin removal and prevention. The whole device can directly replace a coupling between oil pipes, can normally work without stopping production, reduces the paraffin removal cost, effectively inhibits the paraffin precipitation of an oil well, and has remarkable economic benefit.

Detailed Description
The invention is further described with reference to the following figures and detailed description.
A simple oil well wax removing device is structurally shown in figure 1 and mainly comprises two modules distributed on the outer wall of an oil pipe 8: a mechanical wax removal module 6, a chemical wax removal and prevention module 7 and a thickness sensor 5. Wherein mechanical paraffin removal module 6 connects first cable 2 through first control valve 3, and chemical paraffin removal and prevention module 7 connects first cable 2 through second control valve 4, and above two modules all connect through first cable 2 and the aboveground control box 1 that is located ground. A thickness sensor 5 is arranged below the chemical wax removal and prevention module 7, and the thickness sensor 5 is connected with the aboveground control box 1 through a second cable 23.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the mechanical paraffin removal module 6 includes an electric elevator 15, the electric elevator 15 is connected to a rotating shaft 10 through a cable 16, a tool shank 20 is connected to the lower portion of the rotating shaft 10, and the tool shank 20 and a tool bit 21 are connected through a revolute pair. The whole mechanical paraffin removal module 6 is suspended on a fixed pulley 17 through a cable 16, and a fixed cutter support 11 is arranged above the fixed pulley 17.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the chemical wax removal and prevention module 7 includes a sealed protective shell 9, the sealed protective shell 9 is connected with the oil pipe 8 through a thread 22, a check valve 24 passes through the sealed protective shell and is connected with an annular dosing box 13 at the gap between the upper oil pipe and the lower oil pipe, the dosing box is fixed on the inner wall of the oil pipe, a plurality of small holes 14 are uniformly formed in the dosing box, and a novel wax removal and prevention agent is stored in the dosing box.
The specific working principle of the simple oil well wax removing device is as follows: after the power is switched on, the thickness sensor 5 can transmit the wax deposition thickness data of the oil pipe 8 to the aboveground control box 1 through the second cable 23, the aboveground control box 1 can judge the wax deposition severity of the oil pipe 8 after intelligently analyzing the data, and further select different working modes according to the wax deposition severity in the oil pipe 8, wherein the working modes include but are not limited to the following two working modes:
normal cleaning mode. When the petroleum pipeline to be cleaned is not seriously blocked (the wax deposition thickness is less than 4mm), the device only opens the chemical wax cleaning and preventing module 7 through the second control valve 4. The chemical wax removing and preventing agent flows into the annular dosing box 13 through the one-way valve 24 and then flows into the oil pipe 8 through the hole 14 on the dosing box 13 until the thickness sensor 5 identifies the wax deposition condition and the chemical wax removing and preventing module 7 stops working when the wax deposition condition is weak.
Deep cleaning mode. When the petroleum pipeline to be cleaned is seriously blocked (the wax deposition thickness is more than or equal to 4mm), under the condition that the chemical wax removal and prevention module 7 is already started, the first control valve 3 is enabled to start the mechanical wax removal module 6 for powerful wax removal through the first cable 2 by an electric signal sent by the aboveground control box 1. After receiving the electric signal, the electric elevator 15 drives the rotating shaft 10 connected with the electric elevator to move up and down along the fixed pulley 17 through the cable 16, the fixed pulley 17 is fixed on the fixed cutter support 11, meanwhile, the rotating shaft 10 rotates to drive the cutter handle 20 and the cutter head 21 connected with the rotating shaft to rotate and wax removal, until the thickness sensor 5 identifies weak wax deposition (less than 1mm) or no wax deposition, the condition is converted into an electric signal and the electric signal is transmitted to the aboveground control box 1 through the second cable 23, and then the aboveground control box 1 closes the two modules.
Through the mode, the simple oil well wax removing device provided by the invention has the advantages that the chemical wax removal and prevention is utilized to prolong the wax removing period, the thickness sensor is utilized to intelligently judge the wax deposition condition in the oil pipe, and the mechanical wax removal technology and the chemical wax removal and prevention technology are combined to remove the wax in the well.
The above specific operation mode is only an illustration of the preferred operation mode, and the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, so that other operation modes that can be realized based on the functional modules of the present invention, or equivalent changes realized by the functional modules of the present invention, still belong to the scope covered by the present invention.
