Abstract

The output shaft of the hydraulic swing oil cylinder 17 is in a flat key form and is inserted into the torsion seat 14 to provide a rotation torque for the whole winch, so that the winch can rotate by 90 degrees left and right relative to the mast. The structure is simple, the bearing capacity is strong, the assembly is simple and convenient, and the assembly and maintenance efficiency is improved.
The top winch can adapt to different pile machine types by replacing different winch switching disks 3, so that the winch has a wider application range.
The rotary support 4 provides axial and radial positioning for the whole winch and bears the tipping moment during hoisting.
The hoisting device further comprises a pulley swing shaft 10 and a pulley swing shaft sleeve 12, wherein the pulley swing shaft 10 is fixed on the hoisting front portion 2, the pulley swing shaft sleeve 12 is sleeved on the pulley swing shaft 10 and is in sliding connection with the pulley swing shaft 10, and the pulley frame 5 is fixedly connected with the pulley swing shaft sleeve 12.
The wear-resistant steel wire rope is characterized by further comprising a steel wire rope guide frame 8 and a steel wire rope shaft sleeve 13, wherein the steel wire rope shaft sleeve 13 is fixed to the bottom of the steel wire rope guide frame 8, the upper end of the steel wire rope guide frame 8 is installed on the pulley shaft 11 and can rotate around the pulley shaft 11, and the steel wire rope is connected in the steel wire rope shaft sleeve 13 in a penetrating mode around the pulley 6 to play a wear-resistant role.
A collector assembly 19 is connected to the rear side of the hoisting body 1 by a boom rod 20. The pipe collector assembly 19 is used for arranging and bundling pipelines such as electric appliance lines, oil pipes and the like.
The winch main body 1 and the winch front part 2 are connected through a connecting shaft 9 and fixed by screws. The wire rope guide frame 8 and the pulley 6 are connected to the pulley frame 5 through a pulley shaft 11. The cable guide 8 can swing around the pulley shaft 11. The hydraulic winch 15 is connected to the winch body 1 by bolts. The hydraulic winch compression roller 16 is connected with the winch main body 1 through a bolt and used for pressing the steel wire ropes so that the steel wire ropes are arranged in order. The spreader lock 21 includes a rotary safety hook, a wedge joint, a collision prevention spring, and the like. The steel wire rope passes through the steel wire rope shaft sleeve 13 and the steel wire rope guide frame 8, bypasses the pulley 6 and is wound on a winding drum of the hydraulic winch 15. The hydraulic winch 15 provides a hoisting force.
The relative sliding part between the hoisting front part 2 and the pulley yoke 5 is provided with a pulley swing shaft sleeve 12 which can bear radial force and axial force. Two oppositely-arranged pulley shaft sleeves 7 are arranged between the pulley 6 and the pulley shaft 11 and can bear radial force and axial force.
The hydraulic swing cylinder 17 has a positioning and holding capability after stopping rotation. The angle can be ensured to be unchanged without installing a brake.
The hydraulic winch 15 for hoisting has the hoisting capacity of 5t, the brake is arranged at the input end of the winch reducer, the brake is opened when the hydraulic winch rises and falls, and the brake is closed when the hydraulic winch stops, so that heavy objects cannot fall.
The whole machine adopts a grease lubrication centralized lubrication system, and lubrication oil paths are respectively communicated with the pulley shaft sleeve 7, the pulley swing shaft sleeve 12 and the hydraulic winch 15, so that sufficient lubrication can be provided when the equipment works.

The top hoist of piling machinery as recited in claim 1, further comprising a pulley swing shaft fixed to the front part of the hoist, and a pulley swing bushing sleeved on the pulley swing shaft and slidably connected to the pulley swing shaft, wherein the pulley frame is fixedly connected to the pulley swing bushing.

The top hoist of piling machinery as recited in claim 1, further comprising a wire rope guide frame, a wire rope sleeve, the wire rope sleeve is fixed on the bottom of the wire rope guide frame, the upper end of the wire rope guide frame is mounted on the pulley shaft and can rotate around the pulley shaft, and the wire rope passes through the wire rope sleeve around the pulley.
