As shown in fig. 1-9, the fiber strand conveying mechanism of the ring spinning frame comprises a roller pier 31 and a cradle 9 hinged on the roller pier through a cradle holding pipe 33, wherein a rear roller shaft 32, a middle roller shaft 3 and a front roller shaft 1 are sequentially and movably arranged on the roller pier 31 along the wire outlet direction, a rear roller rubber roll 35, a middle roller rubber roll 4 and a front roller rubber roll 30 are sequentially and movably arranged on the cradle 9 along the wire outlet direction, a lower pin 2 is arranged on the roller pier between the middle roller shaft 3 and the front roller shaft 1, an arc surface is arranged in the middle of the upper surface of the lower pin 2, an upper pin cover plate assembly is arranged above the lower pin, the upper pin cover plate assembly comprises an upper pin cover plate 6, an annular conveyer belt 7, a cover plate support member 13, a tensioning spring 8 and a tensioning block 5, the arc surface of the lower pin 2 is matched with the arc surface of the lower pin 2 in a concave-convex manner, the annular conveyer belt 7 is sleeved on the outer surface, and the cover plate is tensioned by a tensioning spring 8, and the upper pin cover plate assembly is connected to a cradle 9.
As shown in fig. 4, the cover plate support 13 is provided with an upper pin spring 16 and a spring cover 15, the upper pin spring 16 is arranged in a spring groove 131 of the cover plate support 13, the spring cover 15 is pressed down by the cradle 9 and is transmitted to the cover plate support 13 through the upper pin spring 16, the upper pin cover 6 is connected with the cover plate support 13 through a hinge block 17 and a hinge block seat 18, so that the upper pin cover 6 obtains a downward pressure, and the arc surface of the upper pin cover 6 and the arc surface of the lower pin 2 form a stable fit gap.
In order to offset the lifting force of the tension F generated by the rotation of the annular conveyer belt 7, the tension spring 8 and the tension block 5 on the head of the upper pin cover plate, a downward elastic pressing mechanism is arranged on one side of the upper pin cover plate 6 close to the front roller rubber roll 30. As shown in fig. 7, a rubber elastic pad 62 is installed between the cover plate supporting member 13 and the upper pin cover plate 6, and the thickness of the rubber elastic pad 62 is greater than the gap between the cover plate supporting member 13 and the upper pin cover plate 6, so that the rubber elastic pad 62 can apply pressure to the head of the upper pin cover plate 6 near the front roller rubber roller 30 to offset the pulling force F generated by the rotation of the conveyer belt and the lifting force of the tension spring and the tension block to the head of the upper pin cover plate, and keep the interval between the upper pin cover plate 6 and the lower pin 2 stable.
As shown in fig. 8, a spring 63 is installed between the cover support 13 and the upper pin cover 6, and one end 631 of the spring 63 is fixed to the cover support 13 and the other end 632 is pressed against the head of the upper pin cover 6 near the front roller 30.
