Description

Electronic medical record system based on cloud platform
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of electronic medical record systems, in particular to an electronic medical record system based on a cloud platform.
Background
The medical record is the record of the medical activities of the medical staff for the occurrence, development and outcome of the disease of the patient, the examination, diagnosis, treatment and the like, and is the medical health file of the patient which is written according to the specified format and requirements by summarizing, arranging and comprehensively analyzing the acquired data. The medical record is the summary of clinical practice, is the legal basis for exploring disease laws and treating medical disputes, and is a precious wealth of the country. The medical records have important functions on medical treatment, prevention, teaching, scientific research, hospital management and the like.
The electronic medical record is generated along with the networking of hospital computer management, the application of information storage media, such as optical disks, IC cards and the like, and the globalization of the Internet, and is a digitalized medical record of patients stored, managed, transmitted and reproduced by electronic equipment (computers, health cards and the like) to replace a handwritten paper medical record. The electronic medical record has the characteristics of initiative, completeness and correctness, knowledge association, timely acquisition and the like, and is a digital medical service working record for clinic diagnosis and treatment and guided intervention of outpatients and inpatients (or health-care objects) by medical institutions.
The electronic medical record is a necessary product of information technology and network technology in the medical field, is a necessary trend of hospital medical record modernization management, is clinically primarily applied, greatly improves the working efficiency and medical quality of hospitals, and is just the start of the application of the electronic medical record.
When a patient is hospitalized in a hospital, medical staff in the hospital can establish medical files of the patient and prescribe corresponding medical records according to the illness state of the patient, so that different medical records can be obtained in different hospitals. However, since the medical systems in the hospitals are independent, different medical records will be available when the patient is hospitalized in different hospitals, which is not favorable for the integration and confidentiality of the medical information of the patient.

receiving medical record information of a user through an external module, wherein the medical record information comprises the name, the identification card number, the disease symptoms, the diagnosis result, the medical scheme, the doctor, the hospital and the time of the patient;
after receiving medical record information of a user, encrypting diseases, diagnosis results, medical schemes and doctors to obtain encrypted information, and then sending the encrypted information, the hospitals and the treatment time to a cloud server;
after receiving the query instruction, sending query information to the cloud server to obtain encrypted information stored on the cloud server;
decrypting the encrypted medical record information received from the cloud server, and obtaining the medical record information of the user by combining the identity information of the user;
the cloud server is configured to:
after receiving registration information sent by a controller, establishing a medical record file corresponding to the ID code of the user terminal; the registration information comprises an ID code of the user terminal;
when receiving the encrypted information, the treatment time and the treatment hospital, storing the encrypted information, the treatment time and the treatment hospital into a medical record file corresponding to the ID code of the user terminal;
when the inquiry information is received, the encrypted information treatment time and the treatment hospital are obtained from the medical record file corresponding to the ID code of the user terminal and are sent to the controller.
Further, the registration method of the user terminal comprises: the controller collects login information of a user through a login verification module;
the controller judges whether the user terminal is registered or not;
if registered, displaying information that the user terminal is registered through a display screen;
if not, displaying the information of 'the user terminal is not registered and whether to register' through the display screen;
when the user selects 'yes', displaying information of 'please input the ID card number' on the display screen;
the user inputs the identification number through a numeric keyboard, and the controller acquires and stores the identification number of the user and establishes a medical record index table.
Further, after the controller acquires the medical record information from the external module, whether the identity card number is consistent with the stored identity card number or not is judged, and if not, the information of 'user error' is displayed through the display screen.
Further, a medical record retrieval table is arranged on the controller and comprises the treatment time and the treatment hospital in the medical record information; and when the controller receives the query instruction, the medical record retrieval table is sent to the external equipment connected with the external module, and corresponding encrypted information is obtained from the cloud server according to the treatment time and the treatment hospital selected by the external equipment.
Further, when the controller receives the selected treatment time and the selected treatment hospital from the external module, the selected treatment time and the selected treatment hospital are displayed on the display screen, and whether the medical records are allowed to be inquired or not is selected through the keys.
Furthermore, the external module is a USB interface and is used for connecting an external device through a USB data line.
Further, the login verification module is a fingerprint collector.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
according to the technical scheme provided by the invention, the medical record information of the user can be acquired from the external equipment and stored, so that the medical information of the user can be conveniently integrated. When medical record information of a user is stored, symptoms, diagnosis results, medical schemes and doctors of the user are encrypted and then sent to the cloud server together with the hospital and the time of the doctor to be stored in the cloud server, and therefore data storage capacity of the user terminal is reduced. When the cloud server stores the medical information, only the symptoms, diagnosis results, medical schemes, doctors, hospitals and time of treatment of the user are stored, and the identity information of the user is not available, so that the complete medical record can be obtained by combining the user terminal of the user when the medical record information of the user is inquired, and the security of the medical information of the user can be improved.
