为了将内衬构件3固定在头区段42上,凸肩411在图3A的实施变型方案中构造为颈区段41的横截面形状的盘形的增大部。原则上,增大部可以具有任意的几何形状。内衬构件3固定在头区段42与凸肩411之间,而承载构件2固定在门外壳1与凸肩411之间。备选地可以设置的是,承载构件2在一个侧贴靠在门外壳1上,并且在另一个侧贴靠在内衬构件3上。

Claims (16)

1.门结构组件,其具有门外壳(1)、承载构件(2)和内衬构件(3),其中,所述承载构件(2)利用至少一个紧固元件(4)紧固在门外壳(1)上,所述至少一个紧固元件(4)也用于紧固内衬构件(3),方式为:所述至少一个紧固元件(4)在承载构件(2)上以在其上固定有所述内衬构件(3)的头区段(42)伸出,
所述至少一个紧固元件(4)包括颈区段(41),所述颈区段形状锁合和/或力锁合地与所述门外壳(1)连接,
其特征在于,所述颈区段(41)构造用于在将所述承载构件(2)紧固在所述门外壳(1)上时在所述承载构件(2)中产生缺口(21)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的门结构组件,其特征在于,所述头区段(42)与所述内衬构件(3)形状锁合和/或力锁合地连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的门结构组件,其特征在于,所述内衬构件(3)具有锁止区段(31),所述锁止区段与所述至少一个紧固元件(4)的头区段(42)机械卡锁。
4.根据权利要求1所述的门结构组件,其特征在于,所述头区段(42)在横截面中是T形的。
5.根据权利要求1所述的门结构组件,其特征在于,所述头区段(42)包括能弹性变形的、用于固定所述内衬构件(3)的至少一个锁止元件。
6.根据权利要求5所述的门结构组件,其特征在于,所述至少一个锁止元件通过锁止钩(42a、42b)形成。
7.根据权利要求5所述的门结构组件,其特征在于,所述至少一个锁止元件通过喷注的塑料夹形成。
8.根据权利要求1所述的门结构组件,其特征在于,多个紧固元件(4)布置在所述承载构件(2)的周向侧的边缘上。
9.根据权利要求1所述的门结构组件,其特征在于,所述颈区段(41)包括具有螺纹的螺纹区段(412),所述螺纹区段(412)通过螺纹与所述门外壳(1)拧紧。
10.根据权利要求9所述的门结构组件,其特征在于,所述螺纹区段(412)的螺纹构造为自攻螺纹。
11.根据权利要求1所述的门结构组件,其特征在于,所述颈区段(41)具有凸肩(411),所述承载构件(2)贴靠在所述凸肩上。
12.根据权利要求11所述的门结构组件,其特征在于,所述凸肩(411)构造为所述颈区段(41)的横截面形状的盘形的增大部。
13.根据权利要求12所述的门结构组件,其特征在于,所述内衬构件(3)贴靠在所述凸肩(411)上。
14.机动车门,其具有根据权利要求1所述的门结构组件。
15.用于安装门结构组件的方法,所述门结构组件具有门外壳(1)、承载构件(2)和内衬构件(3),其中,承载构件(2)利用至少一个紧固元件(4)紧固在门外壳(1)上,内衬构件(3)通过也用于将承载构件(2)紧固在内衬构件(3)上的至少一个紧固元件(4)紧固在承载构件(2)上,方式为:将内衬构件(3)固定在至少一个紧固元件(4)的头区段(42)上,
其特征在于,所述承载构件(2)中的缺口借助所述至少一个紧固元件(4)的颈区段(41)上的尖的端部或者螺纹区段(412)来产生,所述螺纹区段具有自攻螺纹,
在将所述承载构件(2)紧固在所述门外壳(1)上之后,将所述内衬构件(3)固定在所述头区段(42)上。
16.根据权利要求15所述的方法,其特征在于,所述内衬构件(3)与所述至少一个紧固元件(4)的头区段(42)形状锁合和/或力锁合地连接。
