5. The anti-rust paint spraying apparatus for preventing scale of steel drum as claimed in claim 4, further comprising a drum loading mechanism (8), wherein the drum loading mechanism (8) comprises:
the long fixing plate (2) is provided with a round cap fixing rod (81);
the barrel frame (82) is connected to the round cap fixing rod (81);
a fixing ring (83), and a fixing ring (83) is arranged at the bottom of the barrel frame (82).
