Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of household appliances, in particular to a method and a device for judging a pressure switch state and a cooking appliance.
Background
Pressure switches are commonly used in electric pressure cooker, wherein the working principle of the pressure switch is as follows: the pressure switch is generally fixedly arranged at the bottom of the inner container of the electric pressure cooker, and the contact point of the pressure switch is contacted with the convex column of the heating disc. When the electric pressure cooker is electrified and heated, the temperature and the pressure in the cooker are raised, and the heating disc is downwards subjected to certain axial elastic displacement through the inner cooker of the built-in elastic mechanism, so that a stroke acts on the action reed of the pressure switch, and after the stroke is accumulated to a critical point of the action reed, instantaneous action is generated, so that a movable contact at the tail end of the action reed is quickly disconnected from a fixed contact, and a heating circuit is cut off and is not heated; the pressure limiting function is achieved, the temperature and the air pressure in the cooker can slowly decrease along with time because the cooker is not heated, at the moment, the built-in elastic mechanism can generate certain restoring displacement along with the air pressure, and when the generated elastic restoring displacement reaches the restoring displacement requirement of the pressure switch, the two contacts of the pressure switch are in instantaneous contact, and the heating circuit is switched on again to restore heating. The circulation is repeated, thereby playing a role in controlling the air pressure in the pot to be within a certain range of values.
However, considering the application environment of the electric pressure cooker, namely, in a kitchen, because the kitchen environment is moist, oil smoke is relatively large, contacts of the pressure switch are easy to oxidize and corrode, so that the use efficiency of the electric pressure cooker is low.
Aiming at the problem that the pressure cooker is abnormal in use due to the fact that a pressure switch cannot accurately detect signals in an aging environment in the prior art, no effective solution is proposed at present.

Fig. 1 is a flow chart of a method for judging a pressure switch state according to an embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 1, applied to a cooking appliance, the method includes the following steps:
step S102, comparing the acquired switch detection value of the pressure switch with a state value stored in the controller in advance, and determining a kick state of the pressure switch according to a comparison result;
step S104, judging whether the maintaining time of the kick state is longer than the preset time;
step S106, if the maintaining time is longer than the preset time, the pressure switch is judged to be in the on/off state.
Optionally, the controller includes: the system comprises a first controller, a second controller and a third controller, wherein the first controller is used for storing a switch detection value obtained by collecting a pressure switch each time; the second controller is used for storing an off state value of the pressure switch in an off state; the third controller is used for storing a closing state value of the pressure switch in a closing state;
or alternatively, the first and second heat exchangers may be,
the controller includes: the system comprises a first control module, a second control module and a third control module, wherein the first control module, the second control module and the third control module are integrated in the same controller, and the first control module is used for storing a switch detection value obtained by collecting a pressure switch each time; the second control module is used for storing the off state value of the pressure switch in the off state; the third control module is used for storing a closing state value of the pressure switch in a closing state.
Specifically, the method for determining the state of the pressure switch provided in the embodiment of the present application may be applied to a cooking appliance, where the cooking appliance may be preferably illustrated by taking an electric pressure cooker as an example, and because the use environment of the electric pressure cooker has complex environments such as humidity and corrosion, the state detection of the pressure switch in the electric pressure cooker may not be accurately obtained due to the foregoing reasons, in the embodiment of the present application, the collected switch detection value of the pressure switch may be obtained through a circuit structure shown in fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of the state detection of the pressure switch in the method for determining the state of the pressure switch according to the embodiment of the present invention, in the circuit for detecting the state of the pressure switch in fig. 2, a signal generated by closing/opening the pressure switch may be transmitted to the right side through the circuit to obtain the switch detection value, and the general detection value is the voltage value.
Wherein after obtaining the switch detection value of the pressure switch, the switch detection value is stored in a controller, the controller is marked as AX (i.e., the first controller or the first control module in the embodiment of the application), before that, an initial value of the pressure switch state, that is, an open state value and a closed state value, are set, and the open state value and the closed state value are respectively stored in the corresponding controller, in the embodiment of the application, the state value 220 of the closed state (i.e., the closed state value in the embodiment of the application) is determined as the initial value of the pressure switch closure, and the state value is stored in the controller a (i.e., the third controller or the third control module in the embodiment of the application); determining a state value 20 (i.e., an open state value in the embodiment of the present application) of the closed state as an initial value of the pressure switch open, and storing the state value in a controller B (i.e., a second controller or a second control module in the embodiment of the present application), where 220 and 20 are values obtained after the pressure switch is closed or opened through digital-to-analog conversion, in the embodiment of the present application, 220 represents the initial value in the closed state, and 20 represents the initial value in the open state, and it should be noted that in the embodiment of the present application, only the above 220 and 20 represent the closed or open state of the pressure switch as examples, so as to implement the method for determining the pressure switch state provided in the embodiment of the present application, which is not limited in detail;
in case that the switch detection value of the pressure switch is obtained, the value of the switch detection value is compared with the value of the open state value and the value of the close state value, respectively, and it is judged which of the value of the switch detection value is closer to the value of the open state value and the value of the close state value, that is, it is assumed that the value of the collected switch detection value is 240,240 is closer to 220 between 220 and 20, and thus, it is determined that the temporary state of the pressure switch is closed, and the value stored in the third controller or the third control module is updated, that is, 220 is changed to 240. Otherwise, determining that the temporary state of the pressure switch is open, and updating the numerical value stored by the second controller or the second control module, wherein the digit of the flag state controller is 1 when the on/off state of the pressure switch is closed; conversely, in the case where the on/off state of the pressure switch is open, the flag state controller has a digit of 0.
The implementation manner of the controller in the embodiment of the present application includes two types:
mode one: corresponding controllers are respectively distributed according to the switch detection value, the opening state value or the closing state value which are acquired in real time, and the number of the controllers is a plurality of, for example, the switch detection value which is acquired in real time is acquired and stored through a first controller; storing, by the second controller, an off state value of the pressure switch in an off state; storing, by a third controller, a closed state value of the pressure switch in a closed state; the values of the open state value and the closed state value stored by the second controller and the third controller may be standard state values in the closed state/open state, or factory-set initial values.
Mode two: the functions of the first control module, the second control module and the third control module obtained by dividing the modules in a partition mode are the same as those of the controllers in the first mode, and the difference is that the data are acquired and stored by using the high-integration module in the second mode, so that the area on a circuit control panel is saved, and the design difficulty and the wiring difficulty are reduced.
For example, in the case that the closed state value is 220 and the open state value is 20, assuming that the switch detection value collected by the controller AX is X, comparing X with 220 and 20 respectively, judging which of X and 220 is closer, in the case that X and 220 are closer, transferring X from the controller AX to the controller a (i.e., the third controller or the third control module in the embodiment of the present application), and marking the digit of the state controller P as 1, to indicate that the current state of the electric pressure cooker is heating; conversely, in the case where X is similar to 20, X is transferred from the controller AX to the controller B (i.e., the second controller or the second control module in the embodiment of the present application), and the digit of the state controller P is marked with 0, indicating that the current state of the electric pressure cooker is to suspend heating.
Comparing the obtained value of the switch detection value, namely, the switch detection value with the opening state value and the closing state value according to the temporary judgment of the corresponding state of the obtained switch detection value to respectively obtain a change value between the switch detection value and the opening state value and between the switch detection value and the closing state value; and judging whether the change value changes in a period of time through delay, and determining the state of the pressure switch according to a judging result.
In the embodiment of the invention, a delay judgment mode is adopted, the acquired switch detection value of the pressure switch is compared with a state value stored in the controller in advance, and the jump state of the pressure switch is determined according to the comparison result; judging whether the maintaining time of the kick state is longer than a preset time; if the maintenance time is longer than the preset time, the pressure switch is judged to be in the on/off state, so that the purpose of accurately judging the on/off state of the pressure switch even if the contact of the pressure switch is oxidized and corroded is achieved, the technical effect of accurately judging the on/off state of the pressure switch is achieved, and the technical problem that the pressure switch cannot accurately detect signals in an aging environment to cause abnormal use of the electric pressure cooker in the prior art is solved. The problem that the pressure switch cannot accurately detect due to shaking of the contact points of the pressure switch is avoided.
Specifically, the method for judging the pressure switch state provided in the embodiment of the present application specifically includes the following steps in the detection process:
optionally, in step S102, comparing the collected switch detection value of the pressure switch with a state value stored in the controller in advance, and determining the kick state of the pressure switch according to the comparison result includes:
step S1021, acquiring a switch detection value acquired by a pressure switch;
step S1022, judging whether the difference between the switch detection value and the state value is larger than a kick value;
step S1023, if the difference between the switch detection value and the state value is larger than the kick value, the pressure switch enters the kick state;
the kick state is that the pressure switch is switched from a closed state to an open state or from an open state to a closed state.
Further, optionally, the state value includes a closed state value when the pressure switch is closed or an open state value when the pressure switch is open; under the condition that the pressure switch is in a closed state, judging whether the difference value between the switch detection value and the closed state value is larger than a kick value, and if the difference value between the switch detection value and the closed state value is larger than the kick value, entering the kick state by the pressure switch, wherein the kick state comprises: switching from the closed state to the open state; under the condition that the pressure switch is in an off state, judging whether the difference value between the switch detection value and the off state value is larger than a kick value, and if the difference value between the switch detection value and the off state value is larger than the kick value, entering the kick state by the pressure switch, wherein the kick state comprises: switching from the open state to the closed state.
Specifically, taking the example in steps S102 to S106 as an example, the first controller or the first control module obtains the switch detection value of the pressure switch, compares the switch detection value with the open state value stored in the second controller (the second control module) and the close state value stored in the third controller (the third control module), calculates the difference between the switch detection value and the open state value, and the difference between the switch detection value and the close state value, and determines whether the difference is greater than the kick value, and if the determination result is yes, considers that the pressure switch is subject to a kick. The pressure switch is switched from the closed state to the open state or from the open state to the closed state, and the collected switch detection value is compared with the state values in the two states through the judgment calculation, so that the kick state of the pressure switch is determined, and a judgment basis is provided for the state of the subsequent pressure switch.
Optionally, the kick value is greater than or equal to 5. In this embodiment of the present application, the kick value indicates the span size between the current switch detection value and the two state values, when the span is large, the state of the current switch detection value and the set open state value or closed state value are considered not to belong to the same state, otherwise, if the span is small in the error allowable range, it is indicated that the state of the current switch detection value and the set open state value or closed state value belong to the same state, and it is to be noted that the above data are all test data, and the corresponding numerical values are determined according to the set differences, so that the method for judging the pressure switch state provided in the embodiment of the present application is determined as being accurate, and is not limited in detail.
Further optionally, if the maintaining time is greater than the preset time in step S104, determining that the pressure switch is in the on/off state includes:
under the condition that the pressure switch is in a closed state, if the maintaining time of the kick state is longer than the preset time, determining that the state of the pressure switch is changed, wherein the state change of the pressure switch comprises: switching from the closed state to the open state; if the maintaining time of the kick state is smaller than the preset time, determining that the pressure switch maintains the closed state;
under the condition that the pressure switch is in an off state, if the maintaining time of the kick state is longer than a preset time, determining that the state of the pressure switch is changed, wherein the state change of the pressure switch comprises: switching from an open state to a closed state; if the maintaining time of the kick state is smaller than the preset time, the pressure switch is determined to maintain the off state.
Specifically, whether the kick state changes in a period of time is judged through time delay, if the kick state is stable and does not change any more in a short time, the difference between a switch detection value and a state value caused by jitter of the pressure switch is indicated, and the pressure switch is not changed, otherwise, if the kick state continues for a long time, namely, the state of the pressure switch changes repeatedly, the current state of the pressure switch is indicated.
Optionally, determining that the state of the pressure switch is changed in step S106 includes:
under the switching condition that the state of the pressure switch is switched from the closed state to the open state, the switch detection value detected last in the maintaining time is updated to be an open state value;
in the case of switching the state of the pressure switch from the open state to the closed state, the switch detection value last detected in the holding time is updated to the closed state value.
Specifically, when it is determined that the state of the pressure switch has changed, the state of the pressure switch at present may be determined by maintaining the switch detection value detected at the last moment in time, for example, the switch detection value 200 is detected, which indicates that the pressure switch is closed at this time, and if the switch detection value 20 is detected, it indicates that the pressure switch is opened at this time, so that the state corresponding to the switch detection value is determined as the last state of the pressure switch.
Optionally, the switch detection values are multiple, and in a preset time, the pressure switch is in a kick state by the multiple switch detection values.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present application, the switch detection values may be obtained through multiple detection, where in the embodiment of the present application, taking obtaining at least 10 switch detection values as an example, by comparing a plurality of switch detection values with a state value, it is determined whether the pressure switch is in a kick state, and then the state of the final pressure switch is determined. It should be noted that, for illustration, in the embodiment of the present application, only 10 switch detection values are taken as an example to illustrate that the method for determining the pressure switch state provided in the embodiment of the present application is implemented, and the method is not limited specifically.
Optionally, the preset time is 1-2 seconds.
Optionally, the method for judging the pressure switch state provided in the embodiment of the present application further includes: and judging the initial state of the pressure switch, and determining whether the initial state of the pressure switch is a closed state or an open state.
Further, optionally, the state value includes a closed state value when the pressure switch is closed or an open state value when the pressure switch is open; determining whether the initial state of the pressure switch is the closed state or the open state includes:
comparing a first difference between the switch detection value and the closed state value with a second difference between the switch detection value and the open state value; if the first difference value is smaller than the second difference value, the pressure switch is in a closed state; if the first difference is greater than the second difference, the pressure switch is in an off state.
Specifically, the initial state of the pressure switch may be determined by comparing the detected value of the switch with the difference between the closed state value and the open state value, and if the difference between the detected value of the switch and the closed state value is greater than the difference between the detected value of the switch and the open state value, it is indicated that the pressure switch is in the open state at this time, and conversely, the pressure switch is in the closed state.
Specifically, fig. 3 is a flow chart of a method for determining a pressure switch state according to an embodiment of the present invention; as shown in fig. 3, the method for determining the pressure switch state provided in the embodiment of the present application specifically includes the following steps:
step1, collecting a switch detection value Ax of a pressure switch;
step2, judging the pressure switch state corresponding to the switch detection value, if the pressure switch state is the closed state, executing Step3, and if the pressure switch state is the open state, executing Step4;
