Abstract
本申请公开了一种用于小区切换的方法和设备,能够提供终端设备基于条件触发的小区切换的成功率。该方法包括:根据至少一个候选目标小区中的每个候选目标小区的至少一个属性信息,从所述至少一个候选目标小区中选择第一目标小区,所述至少一个属性信息包括以下信息中的至少一种:优先级信息、权重信息、信号质量、可用资源和接纳能力;向所述第一目标小区发起随机接入以进行小区切换。
