Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a base 10 for supporting a cleaning device 20 is provided according to a first embodiment of the present application. The cleaning device 20 includes a floor brush for cleaning the floor, and the base 10 at least supports the floor brush of the cleaning device 20.
Referring to fig. 1 to 2, the cleaning device 20 includes an operating lever 26 and a handle 24 disposed at one end of the operating lever 26, and the other end of the operating lever 26 is connected to a ground brush. Specifically, the floor brush has a housing 23 and a rolling brush 22, the housing 23 has an opening, and the rolling brush 22 is rotatably disposed in the housing 23 and protrudes outward from the opening to be at least partially exposed outside the housing 23. When the floor brush is used, the floor brush is placed on the ground, the part of the rolling brush 22 protruding downwards out of the opening is in contact with the ground, and the ground is cleaned in the rotating process of the rolling brush 22.
In one implementation scenario, cleaning apparatus 20 is a scrubber. Floor washers typically include a waste tank, a clean water tank, and a vacuum motor. The basic principle is that after the floor washing machine is started to work, clear water and detergent are combined to automatically flow onto a rolling brush of the floor washing machine, dirt is quickly separated from the ground through the rotating rolling brush, a sewage tank is in a vacuum state through the operation of a vacuum motor, sewage is recycled to the sewage tank through a sewage suction pipe, the sewage is thoroughly sucked and scraped, and the ground is clean and bright. In another implementation scenario, cleaning apparatus 20 is a floor scrubbing machine, specifically a wet floor scrubbing machine.
Wherein, the base 10 comprises a standing part 11, a seat part 12 and an electric auxiliary heating part 15. Referring to fig. 3, the seat portion 12 has a support portion for supporting the roll brush 22, the support portion is recessed inwardly to form a recess, and the electric heating auxiliary portion 15 is disposed in the recess of the support portion. The supporting portion is disposed in a concave manner and is used for being matched with the rolling brush 22 exposed out of the shell 23 so as to at least partially accommodate the rolling brush 22.
In this embodiment, the electric auxiliary heating part 15 is specifically a metal heating rod, the number of the metal heating rods is two, the two metal heating rods are arranged in parallel, and the metal heating rods are connected with a power supply and generate heat by using the heat effect of the circulating current. The bottom of supporting part is provided with two mounting grooves 121 that are parallel to each other, and mounting groove 121 is used for installing the metal heating rod, and the rotatable setting of metal heating rod around self axis is in mounting groove 121. When the floor brush is supported on the base 10, the metal heating rods are in contact with the lower surface of the roller brush 22, and both the metal heating rods are parallel to the axis of the roller brush 22. In one embodiment, when the auxiliary heat drying is performed, the roller brush 22 is driven to rotate, and the metal heating rod performs the auxiliary heat drying on the roller brush 22.
Further, the drying efficiency of the metal heating rods is improved, the rotating directions of the two metal heating rods are opposite, please continue to refer to fig. 2, wherein one metal heating rod and the rolling brush 22 rotate in the same direction, and the other metal heating rod and the rolling brush 22 rotate in the opposite direction. Thus, when the auxiliary heat drying is performed, the metal heating rod (the metal heat-in rod located on the left side as viewed in fig. 2) having the same rotation direction as the roller brush 22 functions to loosen the bristles on the surface of the roller brush 22, and the metal heating rod (the metal heat-in rod located on the right side as viewed in fig. 2) having the opposite rotation direction as the roller brush 22 functions to flatten the bristles of the roller brush 22. Therefore, the bristles of the rolling brush 22 are fluffy by one metal heating rod, the bristles of the rolling brush 22 are flattened and straightened by the other metal heating rod, and the intermittent flattening and fluffing can be realized in the rotating process of the rolling brush 22, so that the drying speed can be accelerated. In addition, the two metal heating rods rotate in opposite directions, so that the driving force generated by the two metal heating rods on the rolling brush 22 can be offset, and the rolling brush 22 can rotate more stably.
In one embodiment, the base 10 further comprises a driving motor, and the metal heating rod located on the left side in fig. 2 is in transmission connection with the driving motor, and can be driven to rotate relative to the outer surface of the rolling brush 22, and the rotating direction is the same as the rotating direction of the rolling brush 22. The metal heating rod shown in fig. 2 at the right side is rotated by means of friction force in contact with the roller brush 22. That is, one of the metal heating rods is actively rotated in the same direction as the rolling brush 22, and the other metal heating rod is driven to rotate with the rolling brush 22 in the opposite direction to the rolling brush 22. Specifically, the electric heating rod rotates at a very low speed, which may be 0.5r/s or 0.4 r/s.
Because the bristles of the rolling brush 22 are generally made of terylene materials, the melting point is above 200 ℃, and in order to prevent potential hidden dangers such as damage to the bristles due to overhigh temperature and scalding, the temperature of the arranged metal heating rod is between 50 and 70 ℃.
In an embodiment, the base 10 further has a cleaning device (not shown), and when the cleaning device 20 is placed on the base 10, the cleaning device 20 can self-clean the roller brush 22 by using the cleaning device, so as to maintain the cleanliness and cleaning effect of the roller brush 22. Specifically, the cleaning device is in contact with the roll brush 22, and peels off the dirt on the brush bristles of the roll brush 22 when the roll brush 22 rotates.
Fig. 4 shows a structure of a base provided in another embodiment of the present application. The structure of this embodiment is similar to that of the above embodiment, and the difference is only in the arrangement structure of the electric auxiliary heating part, and the same structure is given the same reference numerals and is not described again. Fig. 5-8 illustrate a base 210 of another embodiment provided herein. In this embodiment, when the cleaning device 20 is supported on the base 210, the electric auxiliary heating part is located at the front side of the drum brush 22. Referring to fig. 5 to 7, the base 210 includes a standing portion 211 and a seat portion 212. Wherein the seat 212 comprises a bottom portion for supporting under the floor brush and a side portion 2121 for surrounding one side of the floor brush. Specifically, the front end and the lower end of the roller brush 22 are exposed to the outside of the floor brush housing, and when the floor brush is supported on the base 210, the side portion 2121 is located at the front side of the roller brush 22, the side portion 2121 is disposed in parallel with the roller brush 22, and the inner surface of the side portion 2121 is opposite to the front end surface of the roller brush 22. Specifically, the side 2121 projects upwardly from the base, generally perpendicular to the base.
Further, an electric heatproof portion 215 is provided at the side portion 2121. After the electric auxiliary heating part 215 is powered on, the roller brush 22 is dried by the resistance heat effect. The cleaning device 20 comprises a dust suction pipeline 25, when the cleaning device 20 is supported on the base 210, the rolling brush 22 is driven to rotate, so that the periphery of the rolling brush 22 sequentially passes through the electric auxiliary heating part 215, the periphery of the rolling brush 22 is uniformly dried, when the drying is carried out, the suction motor is started, and air flow flows into the dust collecting device from the rolling brush 22 through the dust suction pipeline 25, so that the sucked air flow blows the bristles on the outer surface of the rolling brush 22 in the drying process, the dust on the rolling brush is favorably collected into the dust collecting device along with the air flow, and the rolling brush realizes cleaning while drying.
In order to facilitate the air flow, referring to fig. 7 and 8, the bottom has a support part for supporting the rolling brush, the support part is provided with bosses 2125 at both ends thereof and grooves 2123 between the bosses 2125, the bosses 2125 are used for supporting both ends of the rolling brush 22, and when the cleaning device 20 is placed on the base 210, a gap for air flow is formed between the bottom of the grooves 2123 and the lower surface of the rolling brush 22. The gap communicates with the suction line 25 of the cleaning device 20, and when the cleaning device is self-cleaning or starts to suck dust while the cleaning device is supported on the base 210, the electric auxiliary heating part 215 is powered on, and the heated air flow flows to the rolling brush 22 by the suction of the cleaning device. Accordingly, the air flows from the electric heatproof portion 215 into the dust suction pipe 25 through the air flow gap. That is, the heated air flow flows in from the front end of the roller brush 22, sequentially passes through the front end surface and the lower surface of the roller brush 22, enters the dust suction pipeline 25, and flows over approximately half of the outer surface of the roller brush, which is beneficial to quick drying of the roller brush.
Fig. 9-11 illustrate a base 310 provided in accordance with another embodiment of the present application. The base 310 is similar to the base 210 provided in the above embodiments, and the same reference numerals are used for the same structures and are not repeated, and only the difference structures will be described below. Referring to fig. 9 and 10, the base 310 includes a standing portion 311 and a seat portion 312. Wherein the seat 312 comprises a bottom portion for supporting under the floor brush and a side portion 3121 for surrounding one side of the roll brush. Specifically, the front end and the lower end of the roller brush 22 are exposed to the outside of the floor brush housing, and when the floor brush is supported on the base 310, the side portion 3121 is positioned at the front side of the roller brush 22, the side portion 3121 is disposed in parallel with the roller brush 22, and the inner surface of the side portion 3121 is opposite to the front end surface of the roller brush 22. Specifically, the side portion 3121 protrudes upward from the bottom portion, substantially perpendicular to the bottom portion. The seat portion 312 further includes an air inlet 3120 opened on the side portion 3121, the electric auxiliary heating portion 315 is provided in the side portion 3121, and the air inlet 3120 is provided on an outer side surface of the side portion 3121. In one embodiment, the electric heat supporting portions 315 are substantially uniformly distributed along the length extension direction of the side portion 3121, so that when the floor brush is supported on the base 312, the electric heat supporting portions 315 are uniformly distributed along the length direction of the roller brush, thereby uniformly heating and drying the circumferential direction of the roller brush 22.

1. A base, comprising:
a seat for supporting at least a floor brush of a cleaning device; the floor brush is provided with a shell and a rolling brush which is rotatably arranged in the shell, and the shell is provided with an opening to allow part of the rolling brush to be exposed out of the shell; and
the electric auxiliary heating part is arranged on the seat part and is opposite to the rolling brush when the floor brush is placed on the seat part;
the electric auxiliary heating part is used for carrying out auxiliary heating drying on the rolling brush after the power supply is switched on;
the seat part comprises a supporting part for supporting the rolling brush, and the supporting part is arranged in a concave manner so as to be matched with the rolling brush partially exposed out of the shell; wherein the electric auxiliary heating part is arranged on the supporting part;
the electricity is assisted hot portion and is included the metal heating rod, works as cleaning equipment support in when on the base, the metal heating rod with the round brush axis is parallel, and with the round brush periphery contact, the quantity of metal heating rod is two, one of them the metal heating rod structure be with the round brush direction of rotation is the same, another one of them the metal heating rod structure be with the round brush direction of rotation is opposite.

The base of claim 1, wherein: one metal heating rod is in transmission connection with a driving motor, can be driven to rotate relative to the outer surface of the rolling brush, and has the same rotating direction as the rolling brush; and the other metal heating rod is driven to rotate by virtue of the friction force in contact with the rolling brush.
3. A cleaning system, characterized by: the cleaning device comprises a cleaning device and a base, wherein the cleaning device comprises a ground brush; in a non-working state, the floor brush of the cleaning device is placed on the base;
wherein the base is the base of any one of claims 1-2.
