In view of the problems in the prior art, it is an object of the present invention to provide a one-way vent valve with an automatically replaceable valve element and related components thereof, can realize the automatic and regular replacement of the valve core of the one-way vent valve in the use process of the one-way vent valve so as to maintain the normal working state of the one-way vent valve, the manual operation is not needed in the process of replacing the valve core, the potential safety hazard in manual operation is avoided, the application range of the one-way vent valve is improved, when the valve core is replaced, the two ends of the valve body are closed firstly, then the valve core is taken out from the middle position of the valve body, can prevent external air from entering the chamber from the valve body without the valve core, and the valve core is automatically transferred to the cleaning seat after being replaced, and the cleaning seat cleans the valve core which is replaced, the pollutants on the valve core are removed, the valve core is recycled, the service efficiency of the valve core is improved, and the service life of the one-way vent valve is prolonged.

A one-way vent valve capable of automatically replacing a valve core and related components thereof comprise a valve body, wherein two ends of the valve body are connected with external pipelines, the valve core is installed in the valve body, the top of the valve core protrudes out of the valve body, two sides of the protruding part of the valve core are respectively provided with an electric rotating shaft, a connecting rod is fixed on the electric rotating shaft, one end of the connecting rod, which is far away from the electric rotating shaft, is embedded with a motor, an output shaft of the motor is provided with a rotating end, the rotating end is rotatably connected with the connecting rod, a driving motor is fixedly installed on the rotating end, an output shaft of the driving motor is provided with a paddle, two sides of the valve body are respectively provided with a containing cavity, two ends of the valve body are also provided with an electric on-off valve, a limiting hole is drilled above the valve body and is a step square hole, one side of the limiting hole is drilled with a positioning hole, and a lock tongue is installed on the side wall of the limiting hole, the two ends of the valve core are provided with the limiting blocks, the bottom of one of the limiting blocks is provided with the positioning column, the two sides of the valve core are provided with the locking holes, the locking holes are matched with the lock tongues, the valve core of the one-way vent valve can be automatically and periodically replaced in the using process of the one-way vent valve so as to maintain the normal working state of the one-way vent valve, manual operation is not needed in the replacing process of the valve core, the potential safety hazard in manual operation is avoided, the application range of the one-way vent valve is improved, when the valve core is replaced, the two ends of the valve body are firstly sealed, then the valve core is taken out from the middle position of the valve body, external gas can be prevented from entering a room from the valve body without the valve core, the valve core is automatically transferred to the cleaning seat, the cleaning seat is used for cleaning the valve core which is replaced, so as to remove pollutants on the valve core, and realize the cyclic utilization of the valve core, the service efficiency of the valve core is improved, and the service life of the one-way vent valve is prolonged.
Furthermore, a singlechip is arranged in a limiting block of the valve core, and the valve core is controlled to move according to the guiding of beacon positioning.
Furthermore, a storage battery is installed on a limiting block of the valve core, an electric contact is installed between the limiting block and the limiting hole, and the storage battery supplies power to a driving mechanism of the electric on-off valve and the spring bolt, so that the electric on-off valve and the spring bolt are in a power-off state after the valve core is separated from the driving mechanism, and the electric on-off valve cannot be automatically switched on due to signal faults.
Furthermore, the lower surface of the lock tongue is a plane, the upper surface of the lock tongue is an inclined plane, a reset spring is arranged between the lock tongue and the driving mechanism of the lock tongue, namely, the lock tongue in a power-off state is in an extending state, and the valve core is convenient to fall down from the upper surface of the lock tongue on the inclined plane.

(6) the containing cavity is a circular cavity, and a containing groove is formed between the containing cavity and the top of the valve body, so that a connecting rod, a rotating end, a driving motor and a blade can be conveniently contained;
(7) the valve core is also associated with a cleaning seat, a bottom plate is arranged on the side surface of the cleaning seat, a sewage pipe and a water inlet pipe are arranged at the bottom plate and are communicated with the cleaning seat, mounting plates are connected to two sides of the bottom plate, mounting holes are drilled in the mounting plates, a sun shield is connected to one end, away from the cleaning seat, of the bottom plate, and a photovoltaic plate is arranged at the top of the sun shield, so that the purpose of cleaning and charging the replaced valve core is realized, and the valve core is to be replaced next time;
(8) a small ultrasonic cleaning machine is arranged in the cleaning seat, so that the valve core in the cleaning seat is cleaned by ultrasonic waves, and the cleaning cleanliness is improved;
(9) the sewage pipe and the water inlet pipe are both provided with electric control valves, the sewage pipe is communicated with an indoor sewer pipeline, and the water inlet pipe is communicated with an indoor water supply pipe, so that the discharge of clean sewage is facilitated;
(10) install battery and wireless charging panel in the washing seat, wherein the input and the photovoltaic board intercommunication of battery, and the output of battery communicates small-size ultrasonic cleaner, automatically controlled valve and wireless charging panel respectively, reaches energy-conserving effect through photovoltaic board electricity generation function.

Referring to fig. 5-6, the valve core 3 is further associated with a cleaning seat 11, a small ultrasonic cleaning machine is installed in the cleaning seat 11 to perform ultrasonic cleaning on the valve core in the cleaning seat 11 and improve cleaning cleanliness, a bottom plate 14 is installed on the side surface of the cleaning seat 11, a sewage pipe 12 and a water inlet pipe 13 are installed at the bottom plate 14, the sewage pipe 12 and the water inlet pipe 13 are both communicated with the cleaning seat 11, electric control valves are installed on the sewage pipe 12 and the water inlet pipe 13, the sewage pipe 12 is communicated with an indoor sewage pipe, the water inlet pipe 13 is communicated with an indoor water supply pipe to facilitate discharging of cleaning sewage, mounting plates 15 are connected to both sides of the bottom plate 14, mounting holes 1501 are drilled in the mounting plates 15, a sun visor 16 is connected to one end of the bottom plate 14 far from the cleaning seat 11, a photovoltaic panel 17 is installed on the top of the sun visor 16 to perform cleaning and charging on the replaced valve core 3, with 3 changes of case waiting next time, install battery and wireless charging panel in wash bowl 11, the input and the photovoltaic board 17 intercommunication of this battery, and the output of battery communicates small-size ultrasonic cleaner, automatically controlled valve and wireless charging panel respectively, reaches energy-conserving effect through photovoltaic board 17 electricity generation function.
