Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The existing main technologies for effectively reducing the nitrogen oxides of the internal combustion engine are SCR and EGR technologies, wherein the EGR technology is used for introducing exhaust gas discharged by the internal combustion engine into the engine to participate in combustion again, so that the effects of reducing the oxygen concentration and the combustion temperature are achieved, and the generation of the nitrogen oxides is reduced. The existing EGR technology mainly comprises a high-pressure EGR technology and a low-pressure EGR technology, wherein the high-pressure EGR technology takes exhaust gas from the front of a supercharger turbine of an engine, and the exhaust gas returns to an air inlet pipe of the engine through an EGR cooler, an EGR valve and other components to be mixed with the intake air; low pressure EGR technology generally takes exhaust gas from the DPF after post-treatment from the engine supercharger turbine, and the exhaust gas is returned to the engine compressor through an EGR cooler, an EGR valve, etc. and mixed with fresh intake air.
In order to make the low pressure EGR technology more clear to those skilled in the art, the low pressure EGR technology will now be explained with reference to the device connection relationship in fig. 1.
The corresponding devices of each identifier in fig. 1 are:
1: a temperature-humidity-pressure sensor; 2: a low pressure EGR cooled temperature pressure sensor; 3: a low pressure EGR valve; 4: a low pressure EGR cooler; 5: an intercooler; 6: a post-intercooling temperature pressure sensor; 7: an intake throttle valve; 8: a high pressure EGR valve; 9: a high pressure EGR cooler; 10: an engine signal acquisition module; 11: a turbocharger; 12: a post-processing box; 13: an exhaust throttle valve; 14: an Electronic Control Unit (ECU).
Fig. 1 discloses a low pressure EGR protection control system. In particular, a temperature and humidity pressure sensor 1 is arranged on the fresh air intake side for measuring the temperature, the relative humidity and the pressure of the fresh air. Fresh air and low-pressure EGR waste gas are mixed in front of an air compressor of a turbocharger 11, the mixed gas is pressurized by the turbocharger 11 and then cooled by an intercooler 5, an after-intercooler temperature and pressure sensor 6 is arranged behind the intercooler 5, and the mixed gas and the high-pressure EGR waste gas are mixed through an air inlet throttle valve 7 and enter an engine. The high-pressure EGR takes gas from the exhaust pipe before the vortex, and enters the air inlet pipeline through the high-pressure EGR cooler 9 and the high-pressure EGR valve 8. The exhaust gas passes through the turbine of the turbocharger 11, through the aftertreatment case 12, and through the exhaust throttle valve 13 to be discharged into the atmosphere.
Here, the low-pressure EGR is taken after the post-treatment tank 12, and generally, the exhaust gas is taken after the DPF in the post-treatment tank 12, and is mixed with the fresh air through the low-pressure EGR cooler 4, the low-pressure EGR valve 3, and the low-pressure EGR cooled temperature/pressure sensor 2. An Electronic Control Unit (ECU)14 of the engine is electrically connected with the engine 1, the engine 2 and the engine 6 and an engine signal acquisition module 10, wherein the engine signal acquisition module 10 provides information such as the rotating speed and the fuel injection quantity of the engine in operation. And an Electronic Control Unit (ECU)14 is electrically connected to the valves 3, 7, 8, 13, etc. for controlling the opening degrees of these valves.
Note that the low-pressure EGR cooler 4, the low-pressure EGR valve 3, and the low-pressure EGR-cooled temperature/pressure sensor 2 in fig. 1 are low-pressure EGR in the present embodiment, and the corresponding exhaust throttle valve 13 is a member that assists low-pressure EGR. In order to realize the condensation control in the present invention, the temperature and humidity pressure sensor 1 is newly added in the present embodiment.
In practical applications, the fuel contains a large amount of hydrogen (H) element, water is generated after combustion, and the water in a gaseous state is condensed to separate out liquid water when the temperature is reduced. The presence of a low-pressure EGR system has a higher water content than without, and therefore a higher risk of precipitation condensation. The inventor finds that the main separation positions of the condensed water are after low-pressure EGR is cooled, before a compressor of a turbocharger and after an intercooler.
For low-pressure EGR, high-temperature exhaust gas needs to be cooled by the low-pressure EGR cooler 4, and if the temperature is too low after cooling, the exhaust gas is condensed to separate out liquid water; the exhaust gas cooled by the low-pressure EGR is mixed with the fresh intake air, the temperature is reduced again, and liquid water is possibly condensed from the mixed gas. The above conditions all result in that the gas before entering the compressor of the turbocharger 11 contains condensed water, and the turbocharger 11 is provided with an impeller rotating at a high speed, so that the liquid aqueous solution can impact the impeller, influence the performance and even break and influence the reliability. Moreover, the exhaust gas contains elements such as nitrogen and sulfur, and after the elements are dissolved in water, an acidic solution is generated to corrode an air inlet pipeline, so that the engine is adversely affected. Moreover, if liquid water enters the engine, engine parts are easy to rust, and the service life of the engine is influenced. Moreover, in cold regions, liquid water can become solid ice, so that the impeller of the supercharger is adhered to the ice on the shell, the supercharger can be damaged by adhesion or ice particle impact when being restarted, and the engine is difficult to start due to the fact that the effective flow area of the air inlet pipeline is reduced due to the ice layer.
In addition, the temperature of the mixed inlet air is reduced after passing through the intercooler, and condensed water is easily generated after intercooling because the air pressure is increased. There is also a risk of corrosion, icing and plugging of the acidic solution.
In order to solve the problem that condensed water appears before a compressor and after a intercooler of a turbocharger after low-pressure EGR is cooled, the inventor researches and discovers that if absolute humidity values of the three positions can be calculated and compared with the maximum absolute humidity value, if the absolute humidity values are not smaller than the maximum absolute humidity value, the condensed water is separated out of the position, at the moment, the opening degree of an EGR valve is closed or reduced, the flow rate of exhaust gas is reduced, the flow rate of the exhaust gas is reduced, the source of the condensed water can be reduced, the possibility of condensation is further reduced, and the engine, the impeller and other components are protected.
Specifically, on the basis of the above, an embodiment of the present invention provides an EGR valve control method, and with reference to fig. 2, the method may include:
and S11, acquiring the environmental parameters of each easy condensation position, and calculating the current absolute humidity value and the maximum absolute humidity value of the easy condensation position based on the environmental parameters of the easy condensation position.
In practical applications, the condensation-prone position in this embodiment may be the low-pressure EGR cooling position, the compressor front position of the turbocharger, and the intercooler rear position.
The environmental parameters of the easy condensation position can be parameters such as temperature, relative humidity or pressure signals, and when the easy condensation position is a low-pressure EGR cooled position, the temperature and the pressure can be detected by a low-pressure EGR cooled temperature and pressure sensor.
When the position easy to condense is in front of a compressor of a turbocharger, temperature, relative humidity or pressure signals can be detected through the temperature and humidity pressure sensor 1.
When the position easy to condense is behind the intercooler, the temperature and the pressure can be detected by the temperature and pressure sensor 6 after the intercooler.
In practical applications, the calculation processes of the current absolute humidity value and the maximum absolute humidity value corresponding to different easy-to-condense positions are different, and are respectively introduced.
1. When the condensation-prone position is after the low-pressure EGR is cooled, referring to fig. 2, step S11 may include:
and S21, acquiring an air intake parameter of fresh air, and calculating to obtain a current absolute humidity value of the fresh air according to the air intake parameter.
In practical application, the temperature, relative humidity and pressure signals of fresh air can be obtained by using the temperature and humidity pressure sensor 1, and in addition, the fresh air inflow mair can be obtained by using the electronic control unit ECU to obtain the temperature, relative humidity and pressure signals of fresh air and the fresh air inflow mairIn the present embodiment, the intake parameter is referred to as the fresh intake air.
The position of the warm-wet pressure sensor 1 is an A state point, and the absolute humidity of the A point can be obtained by using formula 1, wherein HAAbsolute humidity at point A, PAThe absolute pressure at point A is the pressure signal detected by the temperature and humidity sensor 1, RARelative humidity at point A, PaThe saturated vapor pressure at point a is obtained by using a temperature look-up table in relation to the temperature at point a obtained by the temperature/humidity sensor 1.
The mass of water in the gas can be obtained by using the absolute humidity and the mass flow rate at the point A.

S22, calculating to obtain a first water amount generated by fuel combustion according to the fuel combustion process data;
s23, calculating to obtain a second water amount generated by urea injection according to the urea injection process data;
and S24, calculating to obtain the current absolute humidity value of the EGR cooled position according to the current absolute humidity value of the fresh air, the air intake parameter of the fresh air, the first water amount, the second water amount and the urea injection process data.
Specifically, the sources of water in the exhaust gas are mainly water contained in the intake air, water increased by fuel combustion and urea injection, and water contained in the intake air can pass through the absolute humidity HAAnd fresh air intake mair(provided by the ECU).
The water produced by the combustion of the fuel (referred to as the first amount of water) can be utilized by the hydrogen element mass ratio C in the fuelH(calibrated constant) and fuel injection quantity mfuelAnd mass ratio of water to hydrogen rH(constant) was obtained.
The urea-injected water (referred to as a second water amount) can be injected by the urea injection amount murea(ECU supplied) and urea concentration Curea(constant) was obtained.
In the above manner, the water contained in the intake air, the water of fuel combustion and urea injection increase are calculated, and then based on the water contained in the intake air, the water of fuel combustion and urea injection increase, the current absolute humidity value of the EGR-cooled position B point (the state point at the low-pressure EGR-cooled temperature pressure sensor 2) can be calculated as shown in formula 2.

2. When the easy condensation position is the compressor front position of the turbocharger, step S11 may include:
1) and calculating to obtain the current absolute humidity value of the front position of the compressor according to the current absolute humidity value of fresh air intake, the air intake parameter of the fresh air intake, the current absolute humidity value of the position after the EGR is cooled and the exhaust gas mass flow value of the position after the EGR is cooled.
Specifically, the low-pressure EGR and the fresh intake air are mixed and then enter the compressor of the turbocharger 11, the exhaust gas temperature of the low-pressure EGR is reduced again, and condensed water is easily condensed and separated out.
At this time, the low-pressure EGR flow rate m is provided by the temperature-humidity pressure sensor 1, the low-pressure EGR cooled temperature-pressure sensor 3 and the ECULPEGRAnd fresh air intake mairThe temperature T of the mixed temperature C point of the front position of the air compressor can be obtained by calculationCAnd absolute humidity value HC(wherein, the point between the low-pressure EGR mixed and the inlet of the compressor is C state point), TCAs shown in equation 4, HCAs shown in equation 5.

3. When the easy condensation position is the post-intercooler position, step S11 may include:
and calculating to obtain a current absolute humidity value of the rear position of the intercooler according to the environmental parameters of the rear position of the intercooler, and calculating a maximum absolute humidity value of the rear position of the intercooler based on the pressure value and the temperature value of the rear position of the intercooler.
Specifically, the temperature of the mixed inlet air is reduced after passing through the intercooler, and the pressure of the inlet air is increased due to the action of the supercharger, so that condensed water is generated after intercooling.
The gas state behind the intercooler and in front of the air inlet throttle valve is a D state point. If no condensed water is separated out at the point B of the EGR after cooling and the point C of the compressor front position of the turbocharger, the absolute humidity H after intercoolingDAnd HCAre equal.
The pressure value and the temperature value of the position behind the intercooler can be detected by the temperature and pressure sensor 6. The maximum absolute humidity value of post intercooler D is calculated using equation 7.

S12, judging whether a target easy condensation position with the current absolute humidity value not less than the maximum absolute humidity value exists; if yes, go to step S13; if not, the process is finished.
In practical applications, when the current absolute humidity value is not less than the currently allowed maximum absolute humidity value, a condensation phenomenon may occur, so that it is necessary to determine whether condensation occurs at each of the above easily condensable positions, that is, determine whether the current absolute humidity value at each of the easily condensable positions is not less than the maximum absolute humidity value, if not, it is determined that the condensation phenomenon occurs at the easily condensable position, and at this time, the easily condensable position is referred to as a target easily condensable position.
More specifically, the flow direction of the condensed water is:
the low-pressure EGR cooling position, the compressor front position of the turbocharger and the intercooler rear position can be judged according to the sequence whether condensation occurs.
Whether condensation phenomenon appears in different positions is independent, for example, condensation does not appear in the position condensation judgment after low-pressure EGR is cooled, but in the position behind the intercooler, after gas is subjected to the supercharging effect of the supercharger, the pressure is high, condensation is easy to generate, and condensation can be judged to appear in the position.
For any position easy to condense, condensation judgment needs to be carried out according to the corresponding mode, and after condensation is judged, adjustment is carried out according to a corresponding condensation processing strategy, namely a valve opening adjustment strategy.
And S13, obtaining a valve opening degree adjusting strategy corresponding to the target condensation-prone position, and adjusting the opening degree of the EGR valve based on the valve opening degree adjusting strategy.
In practical application, for different positions easy to condense, corresponding valve opening degree adjustment strategies are different, but all are based on a unified principle, and all are to reduce the opening degree of the EGR valve, that is, the valve opening degree adjustment strategies include an adjustment mode of reducing the opening degree of the EGR valve.
The three condensation-prone positions are described separately.
1. In the case where the target condensation-prone position is the EGR-cooled position, step S13 may include:
obtaining a valve opening degree adjusting strategy corresponding to the EGR cooled position; the valve opening adjustment strategy comprises closing the EGR valve and outputting a control command for closing the EGR valve to the EGR valve so that the EGR valve is closed.
Specifically, the current absolute humidity value H at the EGR-cooled positionB_LPEGRGreater than or equal to the maximum absolute humidity value HB_LPEGRMAXIt is proved that condensed water is separated out, and the low-pressure EGR valve is controlled to be closed in order to protect the low-pressure EGR and the air inlet pipeline.
2. In the case where the easy condensation position is the compressor front position, referring to fig. 4, step S13 may include:
and S31, obtaining a valve opening adjusting strategy of the front position of the compressor.
In practical applications, the valve opening degree adjustment strategy includes adjusting the opening degree of the EGR valve such that the mass flow rate of the EGR exhaust gas flowing through the EGR valve after the adjustment of the opening degree is the same as the maximum mass flow rate of the EGR valve calculated based on the maximum absolute humidity value at the position before the compressor.
And S32, calculating the maximum mass flow of the EGR valve based on the maximum absolute humidity value.
In practical application, the maximum mass flow m of the EGR valveLPEGRMAX1The calculation formula is as follows:
Figure BDA0002861790780000121
and S33, outputting an EGR valve control command, wherein the EGR valve control command is used for adjusting the opening degree of the EGR valve so that the mass flow of the EGR exhaust gas flowing through the EGR valve is the same as the maximum mass flow of the EGR valve.
In particular, if the mass flow m currently flowing through the EGR valve isLPEGRGreater than mLPEGRMAX1Then use mLPEGRMAX1As a limit value of the low-pressure EGR flow rate, control of the low-pressure EGR is participated in, and the opening degree of the low-pressure EGR valve is reduced so that the low-pressure EGR flow rate becomes equal to mLPEGRMAX1The opening of the EGR valve is reduced, excessive moisture entering from the low-pressure EGR system is reduced, and the condensation risk at the position is reduced, so that the engine is protected.
3. In the case where the easy condensation position is the post-intercooler position, step S13 may include:
1) obtaining a valve opening degree adjusting strategy of the rear position of the intercooler; the valve opening degree adjusting strategy comprises the step of adjusting the opening degree of the EGR valve, so that the mass flow of EGR waste gas flowing through the EGR valve after the opening degree is adjusted is the same as the maximum mass flow of the EGR valve calculated based on the maximum absolute humidity value of the position after the intercooler;
