In practice, the limited combination rule is to include a range of telephone numbers that the user is allowed to make outgoing calls, a range of telephone numbers that the user is allowed to make incoming calls, a range of telephone numbers that the user is allowed to receive short messages, a range of telephone numbers that the user is allowed to make short messages, whether various types of data exchange are allowed, and the like.
The core network of the operator is based on a wireless mobile communication network and consists of a base station responsible for signal transmission, equipment and a platform responsible for controlling the base station, equipment and a platform responsible for voice exchange processing, equipment and a platform responsible for call processing between trumpets, equipment and a platform responsible for short message processing, equipment and a platform responsible for data processing such as internet surfing and the like, a network management platform and a network element management platform.
The device in the core network can receive the instruction of the information processing platform, and issue the communication authority to the user according to the requirement of the information processing platform, so that the user can only communicate according to the rule.
Preferably, the information processing platform has a function of processing the device to send instructions, and can send specific instructions to corresponding devices and platforms in the core network, so as to realize the function of managing different communication authorities of different user mobile phones at different times and different places.

Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram illustrating a method and a system for controlling a wireless communication right of a user in a special area by identifying the user identity through a mobile phone having a radio frequency module according to the present invention, and fig. 2 is a schematic diagram illustrating the system shown in fig. 1.
With the method schematic diagram of fig. 1 and the system schematic diagram of fig. 2, the method and the system for controlling the wireless communication authority of the user in a special area by identifying the user identity through the mobile phone with the radio frequency module of the present invention comprises the following steps:
A. and establishing a label identification system in the appointed communication area, wherein the system consists of an identification label and a label identifier (comprising a radio frequency card reader and a controller thereof).
B. The system uses a mobile phone with a mobile phone shell or a mobile phone chain with a radio frequency module as an identification tag, and uses a radio frequency card reader (also called a reading head) and a controller thereof as a tag identifier to identify the mobile phone with the radio frequency module in a specified range.
C. The label recognizer reports the user label information read by the label recognizer to the information processing platform.
D. The information processing platform judges the position of the user through the reading head identification or the controller identification of the reported data, compares the relationship (the relationship between the user identity and the radio frequency card label) preset in the data system, and determines the communication authority combination of the mobile phone of the user by combining the time range and the preset communication authority strategy.
E. The information management platform sends the mobile phone number of the mobile phone related identification information of the corresponding user and the corresponding communication authority combination to the core network of the operator and controls the equipment configuration rule therein, thereby realizing the purpose of controlling the corresponding communication authority.
F. The core network of the operator completes the issuing of the communication authority to a specific user in a certain time period and a certain area according to the communication authority combination information sent by the information processing platform, so that the user can only communicate according to the rule.

The invention has the advantages that the identity of the user can be identified by the mobile phone with the radio frequency module, and the mobile phone authority of the user can be controlled by the mobile communication network of the operator.

For the system disclosed by the embodiment, the description is relatively simple because the system corresponds to the method disclosed by the embodiment, and the relevant points can be referred to the method part for description.

Claims (10)
1. A system for controlling wireless communication privileges of users in a particular area, comprising: the system comprises a mobile phone with a radio frequency module, a tag identifier, information processing equipment, an information processing platform and an operator core network; the tag identifier includes: a radio frequency card reader and a corresponding controller.
2. A method for controlling wireless communication authority of users in a special area, which is applied to the system for controlling wireless communication authority of users in a special area as claimed in claim 1, wherein the method comprises:
A. establishing a label identification system in an appointed communication area, wherein the label identification system in the appointed communication area consists of an identification label and a label identifier;
B. the label identification system in the appointed communication area takes a mobile phone with a radio frequency module as an identification label, takes a radio frequency card reader and a corresponding controller as a label identifier, and identifies the mobile phone with the radio frequency module in an appointed range;
C. the label recognizer reports the read user label information to the information processing platform;
D. the information processing platform judges the position of the user through a reading head identifier or a controller identifier of reported data, compares the position of the user through a relation preset in a data system, and determines the communication authority combination of the mobile phone of the user by combining the time range and a preset communication authority strategy; the reading head identification is the radio frequency card reader identification; the relation in the data system is the relation between the user identity and the radio frequency card label;
E. the information management platform sends the relevant identification information of the mobile phone of the corresponding user and the corresponding communication authority combination to the core network of the operator and controls the equipment configuration rule therein, thereby realizing the purpose of controlling the corresponding communication authority; the mobile phone related identification information is a mobile phone number, an IMSI number, an IMEI number, an ICCID number or a KI key number;
F. the operator core network completes the issuing of the communication authority to a specific user in a certain time period and a certain area according to the communication authority combination sent by the information processing platform, so that the user can only communicate according to the rule.
3. The method as claimed in claim 2, wherein the mobile phone having the rf module is a mobile phone and the rf module forms a corresponding relationship with directivity in an existing manner, and the mobile phone has a tag identification function of an rfid card.
4. The method as claimed in claim 2, wherein the mobile phone is used as an identification tag for identification in the process of controlling the communication right in the special area, and various communication rights are assigned and limited by data exchange between the information processing platform and the core network.
5. A method for controlling wireless communication authority of users in special area according to claim 2 or claim 3, wherein the rf module in the handset with rf module is in the form of: the mobile phone device is internally arranged, is associated in a mobile phone card, is associated in a mobile phone storage card, and is associated with a patch-attached mobile phone or a peripheral device.
6. The method as claimed in claim 2, wherein the information processing platform comprises regional communication right policy base information, and the policy base presets different combinations of communication rights according to different designated regions, different designated persons, and different times.

The method for controlling the wireless communication authority of the user in the special area as claimed in claim 2 or claim 6, wherein the information processing platform judges the position of the user by the identification of the reading head reporting data or the identification of the controller, compares the relationship preset in the data system, and determines the communication authority combination rule of the mobile phone of the user by combining the time range and the preset communication authority strategy.

The method as claimed in claim 2 or claim 7, wherein the permission combination rule includes a phone number range allowing the user to make outgoing calls, a phone number range allowing the user to make incoming calls, a phone number range allowing the user to receive short messages, a phone number range allowing the user to make short messages, and whether various types of data exchange are allowed.

The method as claimed in claim 2, wherein the device in the core network can receive the instruction from the information management platform, and issue the communication right to the user according to the requirement of the information processing platform, so that the user can only communicate according to such rule.
10. The method as claimed in claim 2, wherein the information processing platform has a function of processing a device to send a command, and can send a specific command to a corresponding device and platform in the core network, thereby implementing different communication rights management functions of different user handsets at different times and different locations.
