Abstract
The invention discloses an environment-friendly cable material for an elevator cable, which comprises an insulating material, an elastic material and a sheath material which are matched with the environment-friendly elevator cable, wherein the insulating material is prepared from the following raw materials: stabilizer, PE wax, P-551A, PVC, stone powder, DOTP, kaolin and pigment; the sheath material is prepared from the following raw materials: stabilizer, PE wax, P-551A, PVC, stone powder, DOTP and pigment; the elastic material is prepared from the following raw materials: stabilizer, PE wax, P-551A, PVC, stone powder, DOTP and pigment. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the environment-friendly cable material for the elevator cable. The invention meets European Union standards such as EN2011/65 and the like, and the concentration of harmful substances in insulating materials, elastic materials and sheathing materials does not exceed a limit value.

1. Environment-friendly cable material for elevator cable, including supporting insulating material, elastic material and the sheath material of using on environment-friendly elevator cable, its characterized in that:

2. the environment-friendly cable material for the elevator cable as claimed in claim 1, wherein the insulating material further comprises 2-3 parts of a flame retardant; the sheath material also comprises 4-6 parts of a flame retardant; the elastic material further comprises 2-3 parts of a flame retardant.
3. The environment-friendly cable material for elevator cables as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the PVC in the insulating material is pvcSG-3; the PVC in the sheath material is pvcSG-5, and the elastic material is formed by mixing pvcUS-70 and pvcDH-3000 in equal weight ratio.
4. The method for preparing the cable material for the environment-friendly elevator cable as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, which comprises a preparation method of an insulating material, a preparation method of a sheathing material and a preparation method of an elastic material, wherein:
the preparation method of the insulating material comprises a raw material feeding inspection step, a small particle preparation step, a kneading step, a granulation step, a screening step, a finished product inspection step and a packaging step, wherein the raw material feeding inspection step is to inspect each raw material; the step of preparing the small particles is to mix the stabilizer, the PE wax and the P-551A in the formula together according to the formula requirement; the kneading step is to add the raw materials mixed in the small particle preparation step and PVC, stone powder, DOTP, kaolin, pigment and flame retardant with the formula amount into a stirrer in sequence, heat the mixture to 100 ℃ and stir the mixture evenly; the granulating step is to add the materials stirred in the kneading step into an extruding machine, and to perform plasticizing, melting and extruding to form granules by a rotary cutter, wherein the temperature of a first area of the extruding machine is 150 +/-5 ℃, the temperature of a second area of the extruding machine is 155 +/-5 ℃, the temperature of a third area of the extruding machine is 165 +/-5 ℃, the temperature of a fourth area of the extruding machine is 165 +/-5 ℃, the temperature of a fifth area of the extruding machine is 165 +/-5 ℃, the temperature of a sixth area of the extruding machine is 160 +/-5 ℃, the temperature of a seventh area of the extruding machine is 155 +/-5 ℃, and the temperature of; screening the granules produced in the granulation step by using a vibrating screen to screen out granules with unqualified shapes; the finished product inspection step is to inspect the qualified particles screened out in the screening step; the packaging step is to package the particles which are qualified by the screening in the inspection step;

The method for preparing the cable material for the environment-friendly elevator cable according to claim 4, wherein the granules obtained by the granulating step in the method for preparing the insulating material are square granules or cylindrical granules; the granular materials cut in the granulating step in the preparation method of the sheath material are square granular materials or cylindrical granular materials; the granules cut in the granulating step in the preparation method of the elastic material are square granules or cylindrical granules.
6. The method for preparing the cable material for the environment-friendly elevator cable according to claim 5, wherein the square particles have a size of 4mm x 3 mm.
