Fields: is an attribute of the data record, each data item constituting the data record has a corresponding field, and the fields corresponding to the data items in different items may be the same or different. Such as fields in recruitment items, possibly name, gender, educational background, etc., in one example, a piece of data is recorded as: the name is Zhang three, the sex is female, and the educational background is the family, in the data record, the name, the sex, and the educational background are fields, zhang three is the data item corresponding to the field name, female is the data item corresponding to the field gender, and family is the data item corresponding to the field educational background. For another example, a field in an activity organization project may have an item name, executor, predicted completion time, etc., and in one example, a piece of data is recorded as: if the item name is an item A, the person executing is a four-person item, and the expected completion time is the end of the week, the item name, the person executing, and the expected completion time are fields in the data record, the item A is a data item corresponding to the item name, the four-person executing is a data item corresponding to the item name, and the weekend is a data item corresponding to the item expected completion time.
Field type: the category of the field may be a text type, a time type, or a data type.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of an implementation environment of a data presentation method according to an exemplary embodiment. Referring to fig. 1, the implementation environment includes: client 01, server 03.
The client 01 may include: the smart phone, tablet computer, notebook computer, digital assistant, intelligent wearable device, vehicle terminal and other entity devices can also comprise software programs running in the entity devices. The Client 01 may be communicatively connected to the Server 03 based on Browser/Server (B/S) or Client/Server (C/S) mode.
The server 03 may comprise a single independently operating server, or a distributed server, or a server cluster composed of a plurality of servers.
After the server 03 or the client 01 obtains the data, the data may be displayed through a screen, where the data includes at least one data item, each data item corresponds to one field, when a combined field adding operation is received, at least two fields corresponding to the combined field adding operation are obtained, and then the combined data item is added to the data, where the combined data item includes data items corresponding to each field in the at least two fields. The data items under the fields can be aggregated to be presented as the combined data item through the set fields based on the combined field adding operation.
The data acquired by the server or the client can be data from different items, and is generally displayed in rows and columns, wherein each row can be a piece of data, each column corresponds to a field, and the content distributed in each column in each piece of data is a data item, namely, one piece of data consists of at least one data item referring to the column field. The related art has two schemes when simultaneously displaying data in different items:
Scheme one: the data items in all items refer to the same field, such as shown in fig. 4, the task name, the executor and the items are all universal fields, and can be used in any item, so the data items in different items can be shown in a column on the universal fields.
Scheme II: each item has its own custom fields that may differ in field name, or field type, among the different items. So that when all items of data are presented together, they are presented in different columns. Such as field 4, field 5, and field 6 in fig. 4, the data items corresponding to fields 4, 5, and 6 are shown in different columns.
However, these data items are shown in different columns, which is inconvenient for comparison, screening, and sorting between data. For example, in fig. 4, if the data that does not fill in field 4, field 5 or field 6 is to be filtered, it is difficult to filter out the data in the display result such as fig. 4. The application scope of the general field is smaller, because the general field is basically the same field, the field names and the field types of all the items are required to be consistent, but the requirements that fields with different field names and different field types are displayed in a column are not satisfied.
Aiming at the defects of the related technology, the embodiment of the disclosure provides a data processing method, which enables a user to customize data to be displayed in a column by setting a combined field configuration control, thereby meeting the personalized requirements of data processing. The method is also suitable for processing the data of the same item.
Fig. 2 is a flow diagram illustrating a method of data processing according to an exemplary embodiment. Referring to fig. 2, the data processing method of the present disclosure may be operated on the server or the client shown in fig. 1. Comprising the following steps S201-S205.
S201, acquiring data, wherein the data comprises at least one data item, and each data item corresponds to one field.
In one possible embodiment, the data items in the data may belong to the same item or different items. In the case of the same item, the data may be a data table, which includes at least one piece of data, where each piece of data includes at least one data item, and each data item corresponds to a field. Under the condition of different items, the data can be formed by summarizing at least two data tables, the data tables of the different items are acquired firstly, and then each field of the tables and the data item corresponding to the field are migrated to the same data table.
In one possible embodiment, after the data is acquired, the data item of the data and the field corresponding to the data item may be presented in the interface.
S203, receiving a combined field adding operation, wherein the combined field adding operation comprises at least two fields.
S205, acquiring data items corresponding to each field in at least two fields, and adding a combined data item in the data, wherein the combined data item comprises the data items corresponding to each field in at least two fields.
The combined field adding operation is used for triggering aggregation display of the set fields and the data items under the fields, and comprises at least two fields to be combined, and the combined field adding operation is used for aggregating the data items corresponding to the at least two fields. In another embodiment, the combined field adding operation further includes a combined field corresponding to the aggregated combined data item. For example, the user may call out a combined field setting window by aggregating the data items corresponding to "field 4" and "field 5" in fig. 4, and input two fields to be combined in the combined field setting window: a field 4 and a field 5, and a combined field corresponding to the aggregated data item is entered; or firstly selecting two fields (field 4 and field 5) to be combined and data items corresponding to the fields to be combined, calling out a combined field setting window, and setting a combined field corresponding to the combined data item obtained by aggregating the data items under the field 4 and the data items under the field 5.
In one possible embodiment, the adding sequence of the fields can be determined according to the front-to-back sequence of each field selected by the combined field adding operation, so that the data items corresponding to each field in at least two fields are aggregated in the adding sequence, the combined data items are displayed in the interface, and the fields corresponding to the combined data items are set as the combined field setting. In the combined field adding operation, the adding sequence can be determined according to the sequence set by the fields, the adding sequence can be determined according to the sequence of the fields, and then the data items under the fields are aggregated according to the adding sequence. For example, referring to table one, the item table has fields of name, gender, educational background, etc., and the field "name" corresponds to the data item: example name a, example name B, example name C, example name D, field "educational background" corresponds to data item: in the addition operation of the combined fields, a user selects the field 'educational background' and then selects the field 'name', sets the combined fields as the background and the name, and determines the addition sequence of the combined fields according to the field setting sequence as follows: the "educational background", "name", and the aggregated combined data item are shown in table two.

In one possible implementation, after receiving the combined field adding operation, at least two fields and data items corresponding to each field in the at least two fields are displayed in the interface, and the combined data items are added to the data in a manner of adding new data items. In one embodiment, if a delete operation is received that indicates deletion of a combined field, the combined data item and the combined field to which the combined data item corresponds are deleted from the data. If a combined field modification operation is received, determining that the combined field modification operation includes at least two fields before modification and at least two fields after modification; acquiring data items corresponding to each field in the modified at least two fields, and adding updated combined data items in the data, wherein the updated combined data items comprise the data items corresponding to each field in the modified at least two fields; and deleting the combined data item before updating corresponding to the at least two fields before modification in the data, wherein the combined data item before updating comprises the data items corresponding to each field in the at least two fields before modification.
In another possible implementation manner, after receiving the combined field adding operation, the correspondence between the combined field and at least two fields and between at least two fields and the corresponding data items respectively are obtained, and the correspondence between the combined field and at least two fields and between at least two fields and the corresponding data items respectively are stored locally. When the combined data item is added to the data in the form of a newly added data item, at least two fields in the interface and the data item corresponding to each of the at least two fields are deleted. In one embodiment, if a delete operation is received that indicates deletion of a combined field, the combined data item and the combined field corresponding to the combined data item are deleted from the data; determining at least two fields corresponding to the combined field to be deleted according to the prestored combined field and the corresponding relation between the at least two fields, and acquiring the data items corresponding to each field in the at least two fields according to the corresponding relation between the at least two fields and the data items corresponding to each field; at least two fields and data items corresponding to each of the at least two fields are displayed in the interface. Illustratively, in response to a combined field adding operation, data items a1, a2, a3 and a4 under the field a and data items B1, B2, B3 and B4 under the field B are aggregated to obtain combined data items a1B1, a2B2, a3B3 and a4B4, and a combined field corresponding to the combined data items is set as a combination AB; the correspondence between the combination field "combination AB" and "field a", "field B" is stored, the correspondence between "field a" and the data items a1, a2, a3, and a4 is stored, and the correspondence between "field B" and the data items B1, B2, B3, and B4 is stored. Then, when a deletion operation of the combination field "combination AB" is received, determining that the field to be restored is "field a" and "field B" according to the corresponding relation between the combination field "combination AB" and "field a" and "field B", further determining the data item to be restored according to the corresponding relation between "field a" and its data item and the corresponding relation between "field B" and its data item, and displaying in the interface: "field A" and its corresponding data items a1, a2, a3, and a4, and "field B" and its corresponding data items B1, B2, B3, and B4.
In another embodiment, if a combined field modification operation is received, determining that the combined field modification operation includes at least two fields before modification and at least two fields after modification; deleting the combined data items before updating corresponding to the at least two fields before modification in the data, and displaying the at least two fields before modification and the data items corresponding to each of the at least two fields in the data, wherein the combined data items before updating comprise the data items corresponding to each of the at least two fields before modification; and acquiring data items corresponding to each field in the modified at least two fields, adding updated combined data items in the data, wherein the updated combined data items comprise the data items corresponding to each field in the modified at least two fields, and deleting the modified at least two fields and the data items corresponding to each field.
After the fields ' name ' and ' educational background ' in the first table are aggregated, deleting the fields ' name ' and ' educational background ' and the corresponding data items thereof to obtain the data in the second table, and further, if the combined fields are required to be changed, aggregating the data items corresponding to the fields ' name ' and ' gender ', setting the fields to be combined and the new fields corresponding to the combined data items through a combined field setting window, specifically, deleting the existing fields ' name ' and ' educational background ' in the combined field setting window, configuring the new fields ' name ' and ' gender ' to be aggregated, and setting the combined fields ' background and ' name ' to be changed into the fields ' name and gender ', wherein the ' name ' and the ' educational background ' are the fields before being changed, and the ' name ' and the ' gender ' are the combined fields before being changed. After receiving the determining operation of the user on the modified content, deleting the fields of background and name and the corresponding combined data item of specialty in the interface, and instantiating name A; the example name B; …, according to the family, example name D ", according to the pre-stored correspondence between the combined fields 'background and name' and the fields 'name', 'education background', and the correspondence between the fields 'name', 'education background' and the data items corresponding to each other, displaying the fields 'name', 'education background' and the data items corresponding to the fields 'name', 'education background' in the interface; and then the data items corresponding to the fields of 'name' and 'gender' are aggregated, and the fields corresponding to the combined data items obtained by aggregation are set as 'name and gender', as shown in a table III.

In another possible implementation manner, after receiving the combined field adding operation, a correspondence between the combined field and at least two fields, and between each of the at least two fields and the data item is recorded; when the combined data item is added to the data in a mode of adding the data item newly, at least two fields and the data items corresponding to each field in the at least two fields are hidden in the interface. In one embodiment, if a delete operation is received that indicates deletion of a combined field, the combined data item and the combined field corresponding to the combined data item are deleted from the data; and setting the data items corresponding to each field of the at least two fields from the hidden state to the display state. If a combined field modification operation is received, determining that the combined field modification operation includes at least two fields before modification and at least two fields after modification; deleting the combined data items before updating corresponding to the at least two fields before modification in the data, and setting the at least two fields before modification and the data items corresponding to the fields from a hidden state to a display state; acquiring data items corresponding to each field in the modified at least two fields, adding updated combined data items in the data, wherein the updated combined data items comprise the data items corresponding to each field in the modified at least two fields, and setting the modified at least two fields and the data items corresponding to each field to be in a hidden state.
The method comprises the steps of aggregating data items under the fields of 'names' and 'educational backgrounds' in a table I into combined data items, adding the combined data items into the table in a new data adding mode, setting combined fields corresponding to the combined data items as 'backgrounds and names', and setting the fields of 'names' and 'educational backgrounds' and the corresponding data items into a hidden state, wherein the display content of the combined data items is shown in a table II. After the operation of deleting the combined field 'background and name' is received, deleting the field 'background and name' and the corresponding combined data item in the table, and switching the field 'name' and 'educational background' and the corresponding data item in the table from the hidden state to the display state. If the combined field needs to be changed, the data items corresponding to the fields 'name' and 'gender' are aggregated, and after the modification operation of the combined field is received, the combined field 'background and name' before modification, the combined field 'name and gender' after modification, the field 'educational background' and 'name' before modification and the field 'name' and 'gender' after modification are obtained; deleting the fields background and name in the interface and the corresponding combined data item specialty, and instantiating name A; the example name B; …, according to the family, example name D ", setting the hidden data items of the fields 'name', 'educational background' and 'name', 'educational background' in the interface as display states according to the corresponding relation between the combined fields 'background and name' and the fields 'name', 'educational background', and the corresponding relation between the fields 'name', 'educational background' and the corresponding data items; and then the data items corresponding to the fields of 'name' and 'gender' are aggregated, the fields corresponding to the combined data items obtained by aggregation are set as 'name and gender', and the data items corresponding to the fields of 'name', 'gender' and 'name', 'gender' in the interface are set as a hidden state.
In the above, when the combined data item is added, the combined data item and the combined field may be added to the table in a new data manner, the original data item and field for obtaining the combined data item may be kept unchanged, or the data item and field for obtaining the combined data item may be hidden or deleted.
If the original data item and the original field are kept unchanged when the combined data item is added, deleting the combined data item and the corresponding combined field is needed to be deleted when the combined field is deleted; when the combined field is modified, the combined data item corresponding to the modified field is added into the data, and the combined data item corresponding to the field before modification is deleted.
If the original data item and the field for obtaining the combined data item are hidden when the combined data item is added, the data under different operations can be displayed by switching the display states of the data item and the field in the process of deleting and modifying the combined field, and the user operation can be responded quickly.
If the original data item and the field for obtaining the combined data item are deleted when the combined data item is added, the deleted field and the data item can be recovered through the corresponding relation between the pre-stored combined field and the field in the process of deleting and modifying the combined field, and further, the data aggregation can be executed on the basis of the recovered data.
In one embodiment, if the associated data item is set to a hidden state when the combined data item is added:
When deleting the combined fields, the combined data item and the corresponding combined field are required to be deleted, and meanwhile, the hidden related data item is set to be in a display state;
When the combined field is modified, the hidden related data item is set to be in a display state, the combined data item corresponding to the modified field is added to the data, the combined data item corresponding to the field before modification is deleted, and the modified field and the data item corresponding to the field are set to be in a hidden state.
In one embodiment, if the relevant data is deleted when the combined data item is added:
When deleting the combined field, the combined data item and the corresponding combined field are required to be deleted, and the deleted combined field and the corresponding data item are displayed according to the corresponding relation between the combined field and the combined field;
When the combined field is modified, deleting the combined data item corresponding to the field before modification, displaying the deleted combined field and the corresponding data item according to the corresponding relation between the fields and the combined field, adding the combined data item corresponding to the combined field after modification into the data, and deleting the combined field after modification and the data item corresponding to the field.
The embodiment of the disclosure displays the combined data items of the combined fields in different modes, so that the data processing mode and the data item display mode are enriched.
The data processing method can be used for processing each data item of the same item, and is also applicable to processing data items of different items. For example: the step of adding the combined data item to the data may include:
Acquiring first field content of a first item and second field content of a second item in data, wherein the first field content is a data item corresponding to a first field of the first item, and the second field content is a data item corresponding to a second field of the second item; aggregating the first field content and the second field content to obtain a combined data item; a combined data item is added to the data.
When the data items of different items are displayed in a data list, the display mode of the data is identical to the display mode of the data items of one item, and the data processing method is also identical. Thus, after adding the combined data item, the combined field and the combined data item may be displayed in the interface while the first field, the first field content and the second field, the second field content are displayed in the interface, or the first field, the first field content and the second field, the second field content are hidden in the interface or deleted from the interface.
After receiving the combined field adding operation, the embodiment of the disclosure obtains at least two fields included in the combined field adding operation, and obtains and adds the combined data item according to the data item corresponding to each field in the at least two fields. The method has the advantages that the data items corresponding to any two or more fields in the data are aggregated, new combined data items are automatically generated according to the original data items, the efficiency of acquiring the combined data is improved, the data display modes are enriched, the operations of comparing, sorting, searching and the like are convenient to conduct on the data, and the method is suitable for analyzing and comparing the data of different tables.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a data presentation method that may be executed on a server or a client, referring to fig. 3, according to an exemplary embodiment, the data presentation method includes the following steps S301 to S307.
S301, displaying a data list in an interface, wherein the data list comprises at least two fields and at least one piece of data, the data comprises at least one data item, and each data item corresponds to one field.
Wherein the data items within the data list may be from the same item or from different items. Exposing data from different items in an interface, including: acquiring data items of different items; and aggregating the data items corresponding to the same field into a column for display, and displaying the data items corresponding to different fields in columns, wherein the data items belonging to the same item and corresponding to the same field are displayed in the same column. In the embodiment of the disclosure, the item data may be embodied as a data table, including a plurality of data items, each data item has a corresponding field, when the items are displayed in the form of the data table, if the fields corresponding to the plurality of data items are the same, the data items are displayed in the same column, therefore, the data item of one item may be divided into a plurality of columns, each column corresponds to one field, when the data items of different items are displayed together, each item has a respective corresponding field, and may be displayed as a plurality of columns, even if the device screen cannot be displayed completely, which is inconvenient for performing operations such as data comparison and screening. In this case, the data item may be pre-processed, i.e.: if the plurality of items contain the same field, the field can be used in each item and is a common field, so that the data items corresponding to the common field can be aggregated into a column for display, the column number of the data items can be reduced to a certain extent, but the data items corresponding to different fields in each item are still displayed in separate columns, and the operations of data comparison, inquiry, screening and the like are inconvenient to carry out.
The embodiment of the disclosure sets the combined field configuration control in the interface, and is used for carrying out self-defined setting on the data items displayed in different columns, so that the data items displayed in different columns can be aggregated into one column for display according to the needs of a user.
The interface display is shown in fig. 4, and data items referring to the same field in different items are shown in a column, such as fields "executor", "task name" and "item", and data items referring to different fields in different items are shown in different columns, such as "field 4", "field 5" and "field 6". The "set" pattern at the top right of the interface configures controls for the combined fields.
S303, in response to the combined field configuration request, a configuration window is displayed in the interface.
Specifically, the combined field configuration control may be touched or clicked using an external input device (e.g., mouse, keyboard, etc.) to perform a triggering operation, and in response to the triggering operation, the device may display a configuration window in the interface, where the configuration window may include a combined field setting control, a modification control, and a deletion control.
S305, receiving a first field and a second field set in a configuration window.
And receiving a triggering operation of a combined field setting control in a configuration window, and acquiring a target field and a combined field corresponding to the triggering operation, wherein the target field is selected from fields corresponding to data items displayed in different columns in an interface. For example, the target field is a first field and a second field, and presenting the data list in the interface includes: the first field, the data item corresponding to the first field, the second field, and the data item corresponding to the second field are presented in the interface.
The field setting function provided by the configuration window further comprises: a combined field set in a configuration window is received.
In one possible embodiment, in response to a selection operation of the combined field setting control in the configuration window, a field editing window is displayed, the field editing window including a name setting control and at least two sets of field setting controls; receiving a field name input through a name setting control and a field input through a field setting control; in response to a determination operation of setting contents in the field editing window, a field name input through the name setting control is taken as a combined field, and a field input through the field setting control is taken as a target field.
The field setting control comprises an item determining control and a field determining control associated with the item determining control. Receiving a field entered through a field setting control, comprising: receiving triggering operation of the project determining control, and displaying project identifiers of various projects in the interface; responding to the selection operation of any item identifier, and displaying the item identifier corresponding to the selection operation; receiving triggering operation of a field determination control, and displaying each field of an item corresponding to an item identifier corresponding to a selection operation; and responding to the selection operation of any field, and displaying the field corresponding to the selection operation.
When the combined field setting control in the configuration window is triggered, a field editing window is displayed on the interface, fields corresponding to the data items to be aggregated into a column can be set through the field editing window, the field editing window can be shown in fig. 6, the combined field setting window comprises a combined field name setting frame and a combined field setting frame, the combined field name can be input in an input frame corresponding to the combined field name, the combined field setting frame comprises two steps of item selection and field selection, the item selection input frame is triggered, names of the items can be displayed in the form of a drop-down list, when a user selects a name of one item, the field selection input frame on the right side is triggered, the field selection input frame can display each field corresponding to the selected item in the form of the drop-down list, the user selects one field, the fields are fields to be aggregated into a column to be displayed, the operations are repeated, and the data items under the fields are determined to be the data items to be aggregated into the combined data item to be displayed.
S307, in response to the determination operation of the setting content in the configuration window, displaying a combined data item in the interface, wherein the combined data item comprises a data item corresponding to the first field and a data item corresponding to the second field.
And in response to the determining operation of the setting content in the configuration window, the data items corresponding to the target fields in the interface are aggregated into a column for display, and the fields corresponding to the data items aggregated into a column for display are set as combined fields. Taking the target field as a first field and a second field as an example, when the combined data item is displayed, the data item corresponding to the first field and the data item corresponding to the second field are aggregated into the combined data item according to the addition sequence of the first field and the second field set in the configuration window, the combined data item is displayed in the data list, and the combined field is displayed in a field display area corresponding to the combined data item in the interface.
As shown in fig. 6, after setting each field to be combined, the user clicks the "save" button, exits the field editing window, and aggregates the data items corresponding to each set field into a column for display. The display effect is shown in fig. 7, the data items originally belonging to the columns of the fields 4, 5 and 6 are aggregated and displayed in a column, the fields corresponding to the aggregated data items are all the field names of the set combined fields, the example combined fields are in the figure, and the set fields and the data items under the fields are invisible. If the data of the task name "Viet Nam" corresponds to the data item, the combined data item may be displayed in the order of adding the "field 4" and the "field 5" when combined, for example, assuming that the first field "field 4" (corresponding to the data 4) is set first and the second field "field 5" (corresponding to the data 5) is set later in fig. 6, the data corresponding to the combined field is "data 4 and data 5" in the data of the task name "Viet Nam".
Further, after the combined data item is displayed in the interface, the method further comprises: and displaying the modification control and the deletion control corresponding to the combined field in the configuration window. For example, in response to a determination operation to set content in the field editing window, the combined field may be exposed in the configuration window, and a modification control and a deletion control corresponding to the combined field may be exposed. Referring to fig. 5, the configuration window shows "combination field 1" and "combination field 2" on the left side, and operation controls corresponding to each combination field, including modification controls and deletion controls, on the right side. The user can edit or delete the fields and data items pointed by the modification control and the deletion control through operation. The embodiment of the disclosure can flexibly change the combined fields by setting the modification control for each combined field, modifying the name and the target field of the combined field through the modification control, and supporting the configuration modification of the combined field.
After the combined field is displayed in the field display area corresponding to the combined data item in the interface, for the data item corresponding to the target field in the data list, there are three processing modes as follows:
And (I) displaying the first field and the second field in the interface, displaying the data item corresponding to the first field in the data display area corresponding to the first field, and displaying the data item corresponding to the second field in the data display area corresponding to the second field.
And (II) hiding the first field, the data item corresponding to the first field, the second field and the data item corresponding to the second field in the interface.
And (III) deleting the first field, the data item corresponding to the first field, the second field and the data item corresponding to the second field in the interface.
In the case where the data item corresponding to the target field in the data list is presented in the above-described first manner: if the modification control is triggered, responding to modification operation triggered by the modification control, and acquiring a field before modification and a field after modification corresponding to the modification operation; and in response to the determination operation of the setting content in the configuration window, deleting the combined data item before updating corresponding to the field before modification in the data list, and displaying the combined data item after updating in the data list, wherein the combined data item before updating comprises the data items corresponding to the fields in the field before modification, and the combined data item after updating comprises the data items corresponding to the fields in the field after modification. And if the deletion control is triggered, deleting the combined fields in the data list and the combined data items corresponding to the combined fields in response to the triggering operation of the deletion control.
In the case where the data item corresponding to the target field in the data list is presented in the above-described (second) manner: if the modification control is triggered, responding to modification operation triggered by the modification control, and acquiring a field before modification and a field after modification corresponding to the modification operation; in response to a determination operation of setting content in the configuration window, deleting a combined data item before update corresponding to a field before modification in the data list, and displaying the field before modification and the data items corresponding to each field in the field before modification, wherein the combined data item before update comprises the data items corresponding to each field in the field before modification; and displaying the updated combined data items in the data list, wherein the updated combined data items comprise the data items corresponding to each field in the modified fields, and the modified fields and the data items corresponding to each field in the modified fields are set to be in a hidden state. If the deletion control is triggered, deleting the combined fields in the data list and the combined data items corresponding to the combined fields in response to the triggering operation of the deletion control; and setting the first field, the second field, the data item corresponding to the first field and the data item corresponding to the second field in the data list from the hidden state to the display state.
In the case where the data item corresponding to the target field in the data list is presented in the above-described third mode: if the modification control is triggered, responding to modification operation triggered by the modification control, and acquiring a field before modification and a field after modification corresponding to the modification operation; in response to a determination operation of setting content in the configuration window, deleting a combined data item before update corresponding to a field before modification in the data list, and displaying the field before modification and the data items corresponding to each field in the field before modification, wherein the combined data item before update comprises the data items corresponding to each field in the field before modification; and displaying the updated combined data item in the data list, wherein the updated combined data item comprises the data items corresponding to each field in the modified fields, and deleting the modified fields and the data items corresponding to each field in the modified fields from the data list. If the deletion control is triggered, deleting the combined fields in the data list and the combined data items corresponding to the combined fields in response to the triggering operation of the deletion control; and displaying the target field and the corresponding data item in the data list according to the corresponding relation between the combined field and the target field, namely displaying the first field, the second field, the data item corresponding to the first field and the data item corresponding to the second field. Illustratively, the "example combined field" in fig. 7 is formed by "field 4", "field 5" and "field 6", the data items corresponding to "field 4", "field 5" and "field 6" are shown in aggregate in a column, the display effect as in fig. 7 is presented, and when the "example combined field" is deleted, the data items corresponding to "field 4", "field 5" and "field 6" are shown in columns, and the display effect as in fig. 4 is presented.
In the data display method, the configuration window is displayed in the interface, the first field and the second field which are set in the configuration window are received, then the combined data item is displayed in the interface based on the data items corresponding to the first field and the second field, the data items corresponding to any field can be automatically aggregated through the configuration window, the data items under different fields do not need to be combined manually, and the data processing steps are simplified; in addition, the configuration window can modify or delete the data items displayed in an aggregated manner through a modification section control and a deletion control in the configuration window, so that the display of the data items can be quickly adjusted along with the change of the requirement.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, by triggering the combined field configuration control, a configuration window can be opened, and the combined fields are managed in the configuration window, so that the functions of adding new combined fields, deleting combined fields and editing combined fields are realized. The configuration combination field has the advantages of simple operation and good flexibility, and can rapidly display the data items corresponding to different fields in different items in the same column, so that the operations of comparison, sequencing, searching and the like in the same column are convenient, and convenience is provided for analyzing and comparing the data items of different items. The user can customize how to combine the displays, and can meet the personalized requirements. After the configuration of the combined fields is completed, corresponding modification controls and deletion controls are generated, so that the configuration of the combined fields is supported to be modified, configuration data can be recycled, and the configuration data can be changed along with the change of requirements.
Fig. 8 is a schematic diagram showing a structure of a data processing apparatus according to an exemplary embodiment. Referring to fig. 8, the data processing apparatus 800 includes:
A data acquisition unit 801 configured to perform acquisition of data including at least one data item, each data item corresponding to a field;
a first receiving unit 802 configured to perform a reception combined field addition operation including at least two fields;
the first processing unit 803 is configured to perform obtaining a data item corresponding to each of the at least two fields, and add a combined data item to the data, where the combined data item includes the data item corresponding to each of the at least two fields.
The combined field adding operation is used for triggering aggregation display of the set fields and the data items under the fields, and comprises at least two fields to be combined, and the combined field adding operation is used for aggregating the data items corresponding to the at least two fields. In one embodiment, the combined field addition operation may further include a combined field corresponding to the aggregated data.
In one possible implementation, the combined field addition operation further includes an addition order of at least two fields, the first processing unit 803 configured to perform: and aggregating the data items corresponding to each field in at least two fields in the adding sequence, and adding the combined data items in the data.
In one possible implementation, the combined field adding operation further includes a combined field, and the apparatus further includes: a data presentation unit 804 configured to perform presentation of the data item and the field corresponding to the data item in the interface after the data is acquired;

In one possible implementation, the first processing unit 803 is further configured to perform: after the combined data item and the combined field corresponding to the combined data item are displayed in the interface, at least two fields and the data item corresponding to each field in the at least two fields are displayed in the interface.
In one possible implementation, the first processing unit 803 is further configured to perform: after the combined data item and the combined field corresponding to the combined data item are displayed in the interface, hiding at least two fields and the data item corresponding to each field in the at least two fields in the interface; or deleting at least two fields in the interface and data items corresponding to each of the at least two fields.

In one possible implementation, the first processing unit 803 is further configured to perform: after adding the combined data item to the data, hiding the first field, the first field content and the second field, the second field content in the interface, and displaying the combined field and the combined data item in the interface.
In one possible implementation, the apparatus further includes: a fourth receiving unit 810 configured to perform a receive combined field modification operation including at least two fields before modification and at least two fields after modification; the fourth processing unit 811 is configured to perform: acquiring data items corresponding to each field in the modified at least two fields, and adding updated combined data items in the data, wherein the updated combined data items comprise the data items corresponding to each field in the modified at least two fields; and deleting the combined data item before updating corresponding to the at least two fields before modification in the data, wherein the combined data item before updating comprises the data items corresponding to each field in the at least two fields before modification.
In one possible implementation, the apparatus further includes: a fifth receiving unit 812 configured to perform a receive combined field modification operation including at least two fields before modification and at least two fields after modification; the fifth processing unit 813 is configured to perform: deleting the combined data items before updating corresponding to the at least two fields before modification in the data, and displaying the at least two fields before modification and the data items corresponding to each of the at least two fields in the data, wherein the combined data items before updating comprise the data items corresponding to each of the at least two fields before modification; and acquiring the data items corresponding to each field in the modified at least two fields, and adding the updated combined data items in the data, wherein the updated combined data items comprise the data items corresponding to each field in the modified at least two fields.
Fig. 9 is a schematic diagram illustrating a structure of a data presentation apparatus according to an exemplary embodiment. Referring to fig. 9, the data presentation apparatus 900 includes:
a data list display unit 901 configured to perform displaying a data list in an interface, the data list including at least two fields and at least one piece of data, the data including at least one data item, each data item corresponding to a field;
A configuration window presentation unit 902 configured to perform displaying a configuration window in the interface in response to the combination field configuration request;
A field receiving unit 903 configured to perform reception of the first field and the second field set in the configuration window;
the first presentation unit 904 is configured to perform a presentation of a combined data item in the interface in response to a determination operation of the setting content in the configuration window, the combined data item including a data item corresponding to the first field and a data item corresponding to the second field.
In one possible implementation, the data list presentation unit 901 is configured to perform: the first field, the data item corresponding to the first field, the second field, and the data item corresponding to the second field are presented in the interface.

In one possible implementation, the apparatus further includes a control presentation unit 907 configured to perform displaying the modification control and the deletion control corresponding to the combination field in the configuration window after presenting the combination data item in the interface.
In one possible implementation, the second presentation unit 906 is configured to perform: after the combined field is displayed in the field display area corresponding to the combined data item in the interface, displaying the first field and the second field in the interface, displaying the data item corresponding to the first field in the data display area corresponding to the first field, and displaying the data item corresponding to the second field in the data display area corresponding to the second field.
In one possible implementation, the second presentation unit 906 is configured to perform: after the combined field is displayed in a field display area corresponding to the combined data item in the interface, hiding a first field, the data item corresponding to the first field, a second field and the data item corresponding to the second field in the interface; or deleting the first field, the data item corresponding to the first field, the second field and the data item corresponding to the second field in the interface.
In one possible implementation, the apparatus further includes: and a third presentation unit 908 configured to perform deletion of the combination fields in the data list and the combination data items corresponding to the combination fields in response to a trigger operation to the deletion control.
In one possible implementation, the apparatus further includes: a fourth presentation unit 909 configured to perform: deleting the combined fields in the data list and the combined data items corresponding to the combined fields in response to the triggering operation of the deleting control; and displaying the first field, the second field, the data item corresponding to the first field, and the data item corresponding to the second field in the data list.
In one possible implementation, the first field is a field of a first item and the second field is a field of a second item; a first presentation unit 904 configured to perform: aggregating the first field content of the first item and the second field content of the second item in the data list to obtain a combined data item, and displaying the combined data item in an interface; the first field content is a data item corresponding to a first field of the first item, and the second field content is a data item corresponding to a second field of the second item.
In one possible implementation, the first presentation unit 904 is configured to perform: after the combined data item is displayed in the interface, hiding the first field, the first field content, the second field and the second field content in the interface, displaying the combined data item in the interface, and displaying the combined field in a field display area corresponding to the combined data item.
In one possible implementation, the apparatus further includes: a first field obtaining unit 910, configured to perform a modification operation triggered by the modification control, and obtain a field before modification and a field after modification corresponding to the modification operation; the fifth presentation unit 911 is configured to perform: and in response to the determination operation of the setting content in the configuration window, deleting the combined data item before updating corresponding to the field before modification in the data list, and displaying the combined data item after updating in the data list, wherein the combined data item before updating comprises the data items corresponding to the fields in the field before modification, and the combined data item after updating comprises the data items corresponding to the fields in the field after modification.
In one possible implementation, the apparatus further includes: a second field obtaining unit 912 configured to perform a modification operation in response to triggering by the modification control, to obtain a field before modification and a field after modification corresponding to the modification operation; the sixth presentation unit 913 is configured to perform: in response to a determination operation of setting content in the configuration window, deleting a combined data item before update corresponding to a field before modification in the data list, and displaying the field before modification and the data items corresponding to each field in the field before modification, wherein the combined data item before update comprises the data items corresponding to each field in the field before modification; and displaying the updated combined data item in the data list, wherein the updated combined data item comprises data items corresponding to each field in the modified fields.
After receiving the combined field adding operation, the embodiment of the disclosure obtains at least two fields included in the combined field adding operation, and obtains and adds the combined data item according to the data item corresponding to each field in the at least two fields. The method has the advantages that the data items under any two or more fields in the data are aggregated, new combined data items are generated according to the original data items, the data display modes are enriched, the operations of comparing, sorting, searching and the like are convenient to conduct on the data, and convenience is brought to analyzing and comparing the data of different tables. In the data display method disclosed by the invention, the configuration window is displayed in the interface, the first field and the second field which are set in the configuration window are received, then the combined data item is displayed in the interface based on the data item corresponding to the first field and the second field, the field setting is performed through the configuration window, the aggregation of the data items under the field is controlled through the field setting, the operation on the data items one by one is not needed, and the data item processing step is simplified; in addition, the configuration window can modify or delete the data items displayed in an aggregated manner through a modification section control and a deletion control in the configuration window, so that the display of the data items can be quickly adjusted along with the change of the requirement.
The specific manner in which the various modules perform the operations in the apparatus of the above embodiments have been described in detail in connection with the embodiments of the method, and will not be described in detail herein.
Fig. 10 is a block diagram of a terminal according to an exemplary embodiment. The terminal is configured to execute the steps corresponding to the data processing method or the data displaying method, and may be a portable mobile terminal, for example: a smart phone, a tablet computer, an MP3 player (Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer III, motion picture expert compression standard audio plane 3), an MP4 (Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer IV, motion picture expert compression standard audio plane 4) player, a notebook computer, or a desktop computer. Terminals may also be referred to by other names as user equipment, portable terminals, laptop terminals, desktop terminals, etc.
Referring to fig. 10, the terminal may include one or more of the following components: a processing component 1002, a memory 1004, a power component 1006, a multimedia component 1008, an audio component 1010, an input/output (I/O) interface 1010, a sensor component 1014, and a communication component 1016.
The processing component 1002 generally controls overall operation of the terminal, such as operations associated with display, telephone calls, data communications, camera operations, and recording operations. The processing component 1002 can include one or more processors 1020 to execute instructions to perform all or part of the steps of the methods described above. Further, the processing component 1002 can include one or more modules that facilitate interaction between the processing component 1002 and other components. For example, the processing component 1002 can include a multimedia module to facilitate interaction between the multimedia component 1008 and the processing component 1002.
The memory 1004 is configured to perform operations for storing various types of data to support at the terminal. Examples of such data include instructions for any application or method operating on the terminal, contact data, phonebook data, messages, images, video, etc. The memory 1004 may be implemented by any type or combination of volatile or nonvolatile memory devices such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic disk, or optical disk.
The power supply component 1006 provides power to the various components of the terminal. The power components 1006 may include a power management system, one or more power supplies, and other components associated with generating, managing, and distributing power for the terminals.
The multimedia component 1008 includes a screen between the terminal and the user that provides an output interface. In some embodiments, the screen may include a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) and a Touch Panel (TP). If the screen includes a touch panel, the screen may be implemented as a touch screen to receive input signals from a user. The touch panel includes one or more touch sensors to sense touches, swipes, and gestures on the touch panel. The touch sensor may sense not only the boundary of a touch or sliding action, but also the duration and pressure associated with the touch or sliding operation. In some embodiments, the multimedia assembly 1008 includes a front-facing camera and/or a rear-facing camera. The front camera and/or the rear camera may receive external multimedia data when the terminal is in an operation mode, such as a photographing mode or a video mode. Each front camera and rear camera may be a fixed optical lens system or have focal length and optical zoom capabilities.
The audio component 1010 is configured to perform outputting and/or inputting audio signals. For example, the audio component 1010 includes a Microphone (MIC) configured to perform receiving external audio signals when the terminal is in an operation mode, such as a call mode, a recording mode, and a voice recognition mode. The received audio signals may be further stored in memory 1004 or transmitted via communication component 1016. In some embodiments, the audio component 1010 further comprises a speaker for outputting audio signals.
The I/O interface 1010 provides an interface between the processing component 1002 and peripheral interface modules, which may be a keyboard, click wheel, buttons, etc. These buttons may include, but are not limited to: homepage button, volume button, start button, and lock button.
The sensor assembly 1014 includes one or more sensors for providing status assessment of various aspects to the terminal. For example, the sensor assembly 1014 may detect the on/off state of the terminal, the relative positioning of the assemblies, such as the display and keypad of the terminal, the sensor assembly 1014 may also detect a change in position of the terminal or one of the assemblies of the terminal, the presence or absence of user contact with the terminal, terminal orientation or acceleration/deceleration and temperature changes of the terminal. The sensor assembly 1014 may include a proximity sensor configured to detect the presence of nearby objects in the absence of any physical contact. The sensor assembly 1014 may also include a light sensor, such as a CMOS or CCD image sensor, for use in imaging applications. In some embodiments, the sensor assembly 1014 can also include an acceleration sensor, a gyroscopic sensor, a magnetic sensor, a pressure sensor, or a temperature sensor.
The communication component 1016 is configured to perform communications that facilitate wired or wireless manners between the terminal and other devices. The terminal may access a wireless network based on a communication standard, such as WiFi, an operator network (e.g., 2G, 3G, 4G, or 10G), or a combination thereof. In one exemplary embodiment, the communication component 1016 receives broadcast signals or broadcast-related information from an external broadcast management system via a broadcast channel. In one exemplary embodiment, the communication component 1016 further includes a Near Field Communication (NFC) module to facilitate short range communications. For example, the NFC module may be implemented based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, infrared data association (IrDA) technology, ultra Wideband (UWB) technology, bluetooth (BT) technology, and other technologies.
In an exemplary embodiment, the terminal may be implemented by one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), digital Signal Processors (DSPs), digital Signal Processing Devices (DSPDs), programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), controllers, micro-controllers, microprocessors, or other electronic elements for performing the above-described methods.
In an exemplary embodiment, a storage medium is also provided, such as a memory 1004 including instructions executable by the processor 1020 of the terminal to perform the above-described method. Alternatively, the storage medium may be a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, for example, a ROM, random Access Memory (RAM), CD-ROM, magnetic tape, floppy disk, optical data storage device, and the like.
In an exemplary embodiment, a computer program product is also provided, comprising readable program code executable by the processor 1020 of the terminal to perform the above method. Alternatively, the program code may be stored in a storage medium of the terminal, which may be a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, for example, a ROM, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a CD-ROM, a magnetic tape, a floppy disk, an optical data storage device, and the like.
Fig. 11 is a block diagram illustrating a server that may be used to perform the steps corresponding to the data processing method or the data presentation method described above, according to an exemplary embodiment. Referring to fig. 11, a server 1100 includes a processing component 1110 that further includes one or more processors, and memory resources represented by a memory 1120, for storing instructions, such as applications, executable by the processing component 1110. The application programs stored in memory 1120 may include one or more modules each corresponding to a set of instructions. Further, the processing component 1110 is configured to execute instructions to perform the data processing method or the data presentation method described above.
The server 1100 may also include a power pack 1130 configured to perform power management of the server, 1100, a wired or wireless network interface 1150 configured to perform connecting the server 1100 to a network, and an input output (I/O) interface 1140. The server 1100 may operate based on an operating system stored in memory 1120, such as WindowsServerTM, mac OS XTM, unixTM, linuxTM, freeBSDTM, or the like.
In an exemplary embodiment, a computer program product or a computer program is also provided, the computer program product or computer program comprising computer instructions stored in a computer readable storage medium. The processor of the computer device reads the computer instructions from the computer-readable storage medium, and the processor executes the computer instructions, so that the computer device performs the data processing method or the data presentation method provided in the above-described various alternative implementations.
In an exemplary embodiment, an electronic device is also provided, the electronic device including a processor and a memory for storing processor executable instructions, wherein the processor is configured to execute the executable instructions to implement a data processing method as corresponds to fig. 2 or a data presentation method as corresponds to fig. 3.
The memory may be used to store software programs and modules that the processor executes to perform various functional applications and data processing by executing the software programs and modules stored in the memory. The memory may mainly include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, application programs required for functions, and the like; the storage data area may store data created according to the use of the device, etc. In addition, the memory may include high-speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other volatile solid-state storage device. Accordingly, the memory may also include a memory controller to provide access to the memory by the processor.

1. A method of data processing, comprising:
acquiring data, wherein the data comprises at least one data item, and each data item corresponds to one field;
receiving a combined field adding operation, wherein the combined field adding operation comprises at least two fields, and the combined field adding operation is used for triggering aggregation display of the at least two fields and data items under the at least two fields;
Acquiring data items corresponding to each field in the at least two fields, and adding a combined data item in the data, wherein the combined data item comprises the data items corresponding to each field in the at least two fields;
The combined field adding operation further includes a combined field, and after the acquiring data, the data processing method further includes: displaying a data item of the data and a field corresponding to the data item in an interface;
after adding the combined data item to the data, the method further comprises: and displaying the combined data item and the combined field corresponding to the combined data item in the interface.
2. The data processing method according to claim 1, wherein the combined field addition operation further includes an addition order of the at least two fields, the adding of the combined data item in the data includes:
and aggregating data items corresponding to each field in the at least two fields according to the adding sequence, and adding combined data items in the data.
3. A data processing method according to claim 1, wherein the data items in the data belong to the same item or different items.
4. The data processing method according to claim 1, wherein after the combined data item and the combined field corresponding to the combined data item are displayed in the interface, the data processing method further comprises:
and displaying the data items corresponding to each field in the at least two fields in the interface.
5. The data processing method according to claim 1, wherein after the combined data item and the combined field corresponding to the combined data item are displayed in the interface, the data processing method further comprises:
hiding data items corresponding to each of the at least two fields in the interface; or alternatively
And deleting the at least two fields in the interface and the data items corresponding to each field in the at least two fields.
6. The data processing method according to claim 4, wherein after adding the combined data item to the data, the data processing method further comprises:
And receiving a deleting operation for indicating to delete the combined field, and deleting the combined data item and the combined field corresponding to the combined data item in the data.
7. The data processing method of claim 5, wherein after said receiving said combined field addition operation, said method further comprises: recording the corresponding relation between the combined field and the at least two fields;
The data processing method further comprises, after adding the combined data item to the data:
Receiving a deleting operation for indicating to delete the combined field, deleting the combined data item and the combined field corresponding to the combined data item in the data;
Acquiring data items corresponding to each field in the at least two fields according to the corresponding relation;
And displaying the at least two fields and the data items corresponding to each field in the at least two fields in the interface.
8. The data processing method according to claim 1, wherein the combined field addition operation includes a first item corresponding to a first item field, a first field corresponding to the first item, a second item corresponding to a second item field, and a second field corresponding to the second item; the obtaining the data item corresponding to each field in the at least two fields, and adding the combined data item in the data, includes:
Acquiring first field content of the first item and second field content of the second item from the data, wherein the first field content is a data item corresponding to a first field of the first item, and the second field content is a data item corresponding to a second field of the second item;
Aggregating the first field content and the second field content to obtain the combined data item;
The combined data item is added to the data.
