The 5 identification indexers (261a, 262a, 263a, 264a, 265a) correspond to the 5 cassettes 30 one by one, respectively, and have different lengths, so that the indexer identification sensor 61 senses the difference in length to identify the corresponding cassette 30. As shown in fig. 13, the identification indexers (261a, 262a, 263a, 264a, 265a) are gradually lengthened from the right side to the left side, and for example, the right identification indexer 261a having the shortest length is determined as No. 1, the left identification indexer 265a having the longest length is determined as No. 5, and No. 1 to No. 5 are sequentially determined so as to identify the corresponding cassette 30. In addition, the control means 90 controls the activation of the cosmetic case rotation driving means 40 to stop the cassette cosmetic case 20 at a position where the indexer identification sensor 61 senses the stop indexer (261b, 262b, 263b, 264b, 265b) to rotate the cassette cosmetic case 20 in one direction (R), and the indexer identification sensors 61 sense the identification indexers (261a, 262a, 263a, 264a, 265a) having different widths to identify a specific cassette 30, and position the corresponding cassette 30 at a position where the discharge port 32 of the corresponding identified cassette 30 is aligned with the discharge hole 132. FIG. 11 illustrates a state where the cartridge cosmetic case 20 is rotated in one direction (R), the indexer identification sensor 61 identifies when passing the identification number 2 indexer 262a, and the indexer identification sensor 61 immediately identifies the stop indexer 262b number 2, and the cartridge cosmetic case 20 is stopped.
The cosmetic C is contained in the cartridge 30, is assembled to the cosmetic case 20, and is discharged through the discharge port 32 by the actuation of the suction/pressurization driving means 50.
As shown in the drawing, the cartridge 30 has a syringe shape as a whole, a discharge port 32 formed in a lower portion thereof protruding downward, and a suction means 33 for discharging the cosmetic (C) through the discharge port 32. Fig. 7 shows a cross section of the cassette 30. As shown in fig. 7, the cassette 30 includes, between the container 31 and the discharge port 32: a container 31 for containing the cosmetic (C), a discharge port 32 formed at the lower part of the container 31 and protruding downwards, and a suction means 33 for sucking and discharging the cosmetic (C) contained in the container 31 through the discharge port 32. As shown in the drawing, in the suction means 33, a piston 331 forming a discharge port 32 is relatively movably connected to a lower portion of the container 31 in a length direction, and is integrally retractable, and is composed of a spring 332 in which the piston 331 applies elasticity in an extending direction from the container 31. The cassette 30 is inserted into a hole corresponding to the cassette receiving portion 23 of the cassette cosmetic case 20, and when the cassette is vertically mounted on the cassette receiving portion 23, the discharge port 32 faces downward. As described above, when a predetermined force is applied to the upper end of the cartridge 30 inserted into the cartridge accommodating portion 23 and attached to the cosmetic case 20 of the cartridge type (F1), and the cartridge 30 is pressed downward, the container 31 of the cartridge 30 moves downward (M), and the piston 331 is contracted, thereby discharging the cosmetics (C) contained in the container 31 through the discharge port 32. When the force for pressing cassette 30 is removed (F1), container 31 moves upward (M) due to the elasticity of spring 332, and cassette 30 returns to its original state. In order to activate the suction means 33 of the cassette 30, an external force is applied to the upper end of the cassette 30 by the suction pressurization driving means 40 (F1). As shown in the figure, the suction cam 52 rotates by the rotation of the suction driving motor 51 of the suction pressurizing driving means 41, and the suction cam is removed by applying a force (F1) to the upper end of the cassette 30, and this process is repeated.
The cosmetic case rotation driving means 40 is provided in the main body 10 and rotatably mounts the magazine type cosmetic case 20 in the magazine mounting portion 13. As shown in the figure, the cosmetic case rotation driving means 40 includes: a cosmetic case drive motor 41 mounted inside a shaft column 131 vertically disposed at the center of the cosmetic case mounting portion 13 in the vertical direction; and a transmission gear 42 engaged with the driven gear 25 thereof and transmitting the rotation force of the rotation shaft 411 of the cosmetic case driving motor 41 to the driven gear 25 formed in the concealed box type cosmetic case 30. The cosmetic case driving motor 41 is accommodated and fitted in the inside of the shaft cylinder 131 such that the rotation shaft 411 thereof is positioned at the lower inlet of the shaft cylinder 131, and the transmission gear 42 connected to the rotation shaft 411 thereof is engaged with the driven gear 25 surrounding the periphery of the lower inlet of the cylinder insertion hole 22 of the magazine-type cosmetic case 20. The cosmetic case 20 of the concealed box type is rotated about the shaft cylinder 131 by the driving of the cosmetic case driving motor 41.
The suction/pressurization driving means 50 presses the upper end of one of the plurality of cassettes 30 to activate the suction means 33 provided in the cassette 30 in a state where the discharge port 32 of the cassette 30 is located in the discharge hole 132. The suction/pressurization driving means 41 opens and closes an upper entrance of the body 11, and is attached to the cover 12 provided on the upper portion of the cartridge 30, so that the cosmetic case 20 of the dark box type is attached to the cosmetic case attaching portion 13, and the suction/pressurization driving means 41 is provided on the upper portion of the cartridge 30 provided inside the body 11. As shown in the figure, the suction/pressurization driving means 50 includes; a suction driving motor 51 fitted inside the cover 12; and a suction cam 52 which rotates with the rotation of the suction driving motor 51, and at the same time, a part of the eccentric contacts the upper end of the cassette 30 to press or separate from the upper end of the cassette 30. As described above, in the suction/pressurization driving means 50, the suction cam 52 is rotated by the rotation of the suction driving motor 51, and the force (F1) for pressing the upper end of the cartridge 30 is applied and removed, and this process is repeated.
In the suction/pressurization driving means 50, since the distance by which the suction cam 52 rotates to press the cartridge 30 is constant, the amount of the cosmetics (C) discharged from the cartridge 30 is uniform as the suction cam 52 rotates once. Therefore, the present invention calculates the number of times of starting the suction/pressurization driving means 50 of each cartridge 30, thereby calculating the amount of cosmetics C discharged from each cartridge 30, and as a result, calculates the remaining amount of cosmetics (C) discharged from the cartridge 30. As described above, the suction/pressurization driving means 50 includes: a cam-driven count hard disk rotated with the rotation of the suction cam 52 so as to check the amount of the cosmetics (C) discharged from the cartridge 30, and the number of rotations of the cam-driven count hard disk 53 is sensed by a cam-driven count sensor 54. The cam driven count sensor 54 may be composed of a limit switch or an optical sensor, or the like.
The cassette recognition means 60 is used for recognizing any one of the cassettes 30 to be discharged with cosmetics among the plurality of cassettes mounted on the cassette type cosmetic case 20. As described above, the magazine-type cosmetic case 20 is equipped with a plurality of magazines 30 containing different cosmetics (C). The present invention requires controlling the selected specific cartridge 30 to stop at the fixing position where the cosmetics are discharged, so that the cosmetics contained in the specific cartridge 30 among the plurality of cartridges 30 are discharged according to the skin condition input or diagnosis by the user (C). To this end, the present invention is provided with indexers (261a to 265b) corresponding to the cassettes 30 in the cassette type cosmetic case 20, and identifies the indexers (261a to 265b) thereof by the indexer identifying sensor 61 of the cassette identifying means 60, thereby identifying the corresponding cassettes 30. As for the indexer (261a to 265b) members, they have been explained in detail in describing the dark box type cosmetic case 20. The indexer identification sensor 61 is for identifying the indexers (261a to 265b), and may be composed of a slot-shaped light sensor for detecting the indexers (261a to 265 b).

The control means 90 may perform control in accordance with an instruction or data manually input by a user, or may perform control in accordance with skin state information diagnosed by the skin diagnosis apparatus 2 through detection, data or an instruction received through the user terminal 3, data or an instruction received through the management server 4, or the like.
In order to implement the above control, the control means 90 includes: a circuit board 91 forming a circuit for operation, data storage, and communication with peripheral instruments and the like; and a touch screen 92 for displaying information related to the start-up state of the apparatus and the like for a user to input data or instructions. The drawings show an embodiment in which a circuit board 91 is received and mounted in a lower space of the body 11, and may be formed in a proper number and separately disposed in the same space or a plurality of spaces. Preferably, the touch screen 92 is disposed at a position where a user can see with the naked eye and easily touch with the hand, and the drawing shows an embodiment in which the touch screen 92 is disposed at the lower bottom surface of the discharge space 14 of the body 11.
A power switch 93 and a power terminal 94 are disposed at the rear of the lower portion of the body 11 to supply power to the circuit board 91 and other components.
As described above, when the control means 90 selects the manual mode or the automatic mode, the cosmetic case rotation drive means 40 and the suction/pressurization drive means 50 are then controlled to be activated so that at least one or more cosmetics in the plurality of cartridges 30 are discharged.
The control means 90 controls the activation of the cooling means 80 by sensing the ambient temperature of the cosmetic contained in the cartridge 30 in the body 11 by a temperature sensor.
As shown in fig. 13, when the user selects the manual mode through the touch screen 92, selects the number of the selected specific cartridge 30 of the desired cosmetics, inputs the discharge amount, etc., the control means 90 controls the activation of the cosmetics rotary drive means 40 so that the discharge port 32 of the selected corresponding cartridge 30 is aligned with the discharge hole 132. The cassette type cosmetic case 20 rotates in response to the activation of the cosmetic case rotation driving means 40, the cassette identification means 60 identifies the selected corresponding cassette 30, and the control means 90 stops the driving of the cosmetic case rotation driving means 40 in a state where the discharge port 32 of the corresponding cassette 30 is aligned with the discharge hole 132 based on the identification information. As described above, when the user's hand is inserted into the discharge space 14 in the state where the corresponding magazine 30 is located at the discharge position, the hand detection sensor 71 detects the presence of the hand, and after the detection is completed, the control means 90 activates the suction/pressurization driving means 50 to press the magazine 30, thereby discharging the cosmetics to the hand inserted into the discharge space 14.
In the same manner, when the user selects the automatic mode through the touch screen 92, the skin state is detected using the skin diagnosis apparatus 2 additionally provided to the user and immediately transferred to the cosmetics dispenser 1, the cosmetics prescription is executed by the cosmetics dispenser 1, or the cosmetics prescription on the opening side according to the detected skin state is transferred to the cosmetics dispenser, and then the activation of the cosmetics case rotation driving means 40 and the suction pressurization driving means 50 is controlled by the control means 90 so that the cosmetics dispenser 1 discharges the cosmetics contained in the specific cartridge 30.
The above-mentioned prescription for using cosmetics is checked based on data stored in the user terminal 3 or the management server 4 in addition to the skin state check detected by the skin diagnosis instrument 2, and is transmitted to the cosmetics dispenser 1, thereby controlling the discharge of cosmetics.
In addition, the cosmetic dispenser 1 according to the present invention recognizes the cartridge 30 by the cartridge recognition means 60, and counts the number of times the suction pressurization driving means 50 pressurizes the recognized cartridge 30 using the cam driving count sensor 54, thereby counting the discharge amount of the cosmetic or the remaining amount of the cosmetic. The information is displayed on the touch screen 92 of the control means 90 for the user to confirm and transmitted to the user terminal 3 or the management server 4, thereby completing the operation of the cassette 30.
The skin condition information detected by the skin diagnosis apparatus 2 and the cosmetic use information such as the use period or the number of times of the prescribed cosmetics can be transmitted to the user terminal 3 or the management server 4 and applied as next skin care data.
