Abstract
The invention provides a board card fixer and a server, wherein the board card fixer comprises: a base configured to be fixed on the PCB and face the connector on the PCB; the adjusting buckle is arranged on the base and can move relative to the base, and is provided with a connecting part for connecting the board card, wherein the adjusting buckle is configured to adjust the position of the adjusting buckle on the base so that the board card connected with the connecting part can be inserted into the connector. By using the scheme of the invention, the open holes on the PCB can be reduced, the wiring space is increased, the position of the fixer can be freely adjusted to support the board cards with different lengths and different positions, and the invention has the advantages of simple structure and low cost.
Description
Technical Field
The field relates to the field of computers, and more particularly to a board card holder and server.
Background
The existing small SSD (solid state drive) boards of M.2 and the like have five different lengths (30mm, 42mm,60mmm,80mm and 110mm), in order to support various M.2 boards with different lengths, a main card needs to be perforated, and the perforation mainly has two application modes, wherein the first mode is a round hole perforation so as to weld an SMT (surface mount technology) type stud, and when the M.2 is assembled, the screw is locked on the stud to fix the M.2. The second type is a tool-free plastic buckle, which is fixed in the broken hole by a plastic clamp after the M.2 is assembled, so as to fix the M.2 and avoid jumping off. Also, the number of holes on the board is large, which makes the wiring more restricted, and makes the wiring difficult to be implemented, and further increases the number of layers, which increases the product cost.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, an embodiment of the present invention provides a board holder and a server, and through use of the technical solution of the present invention, openings on a PCB board can be reduced, so that a wiring space is increased, and positions of the holder can be freely adjusted to support boards with different lengths and different positions, so that the present invention has the advantages of simple structure and low cost.
In view of the above object, an aspect of an embodiment of the present invention provides a board card holder including:
a base configured to be secured to a PCB and face a connector on the PCB;
an adjustment buckle disposed on the base and movable relative to the base, the adjustment buckle having a connection portion for connecting a board card, wherein,
the adjusting buckle is configured to adjust the position of the adjusting buckle on the base so that the board card connected with the connecting part is inserted into the connector.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, further comprising:
the side adjusting buckle comprises a side adjusting buckle seat and a side buckle fixer, the side adjusting buckle seat is arranged on the base and can move relative to the base, the side buckle fixer is arranged on one side of the side adjusting buckle seat and extends out of the base, the side buckle fixer comprises a connecting end used for connecting a board card, and the side adjusting buckle seat is configured to adjust the position of the side adjusting buckle seat on the base so that the board card connected with the connecting end is inserted into the connector.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the adjusting buckle includes an upper adjusting buckle and a lower adjusting buckle, the upper adjusting buckle is disposed at the upper end of the base, the lower adjusting buckle is disposed at the lower end of the base, and the upper adjusting buckle and the lower adjusting buckle have a preset gap when moving to the same position on the base.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the bottom of the base has a plurality of fastening structures, and the fastening structures are matched with the grooves on the bottom of the PCB board so as to allow the base to be connected with the PCB board in a fastening manner.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the base has a first hole on the inner side and a second hole on the outer side.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the lower adjustment buckle has a first limiting rod, the first limiting rod is matched with the first limiting hole to fix the lower adjustment buckle at a proper position on the base, and the upper adjustment buckle has a second limiting rod, the second limiting rod is matched with the second limiting hole to fix the upper adjustment buckle at a proper position on the base.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the base has a guide rail thereon, and the adjustment buckle slides along the guide rail.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the side buckle holder includes an upper side buckle holder and a lower side buckle holder, the upper side buckle holder being located at an upper end of the lower side buckle holder with a certain gap.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the vehicle seat further includes a first elastic arm connected to the first stopper rod, the first elastic arm being configured to flex upon pressing to disengage the first stopper rod from the first stopper hole, and a second elastic arm connected to the second stopper rod, the second elastic arm being configured to flex upon pressing to disengage the second stopper rod from the second stopper hole.
In another aspect of the embodiment of the present invention, a server is further provided, where the server includes the above board holder.

In view of the above objects, a first aspect of embodiments of the present invention proposes an embodiment of a board card holder. Fig. 1 shows a schematic view of the card holder.
As shown in fig. 1, the card holder may include:
the PCB comprises a base 1, wherein the base 1 is constructed and used for being fixed on a PCB, the base 1 faces to a connector 10 on the PCB, a certain number of grooves are formed in the PCB, a corresponding number of buckles are arranged on the base 1 and clamped in the grooves so that the base 1 is fixed on the PCB, the connector is a hard disk board connector (M.2 connector) which is used for connecting a board card, and the base is opposite to the connector 10;
an adjusting buckle 2, the adjusting buckle 2 is arranged on the base 1 and can move relative to the base 1, the adjusting buckle 2 is provided with a connecting part 3 for connecting a board card, wherein,
the adjusting buckle 2 is configured to adjust the position of the adjusting buckle 2 on the base 1 so that a board card connected with the connecting portion 3 is inserted into the connector 10, the adjusting buckle 2 can move on the base 1 in a direction close to or away from the connector 10, when board cards with different lengths are installed, the distance between the adjusting buckle 2 and the connector 10 needs to be adjusted so that the board card can be tightly inserted into the connecting machine 10, and the connection between the connecting portion 3 and the board card can adopt any form.
Through the technical scheme of the invention, the open holes on the PCB can be reduced, the wiring space is increased, the position of the fixer can be freely adjusted to support the board cards with different lengths and different positions, and the PCB fixing device has the advantages of simple structure and low cost.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the method further comprises:
the side adjusting buckle device comprises a side adjusting buckle device 4, wherein the side adjusting buckle device 4 comprises a side adjusting buckle device seat 5 and a side buckle fixer 6, the side adjusting buckle device seat 5 is arranged on the base 1 and can move relative to the base 1, the side buckle fixer 6 is arranged on one side of the side adjusting buckle device seat 5 and extends out of the base 1, the side buckle fixer 6 comprises a connecting end used for connecting a board card, and the side adjusting buckle device seat 5 is configured to adjust the position of the side adjusting buckle device seat 5 on the base 1 so that the board card connected with the connecting end is inserted into the connector 10. The side adjusting buckle seat 5 is also slidably arranged on the base 1 similar to the adjusting buckle 2, the side buckle fixer 6 is connected to one side of the side adjusting buckle seat 5 and extends out of the base 1 by a certain distance, the distance is set according to the position of another connector (arranged side by side with the connector 10), the side buckle fixer 4 is provided with a connecting end for connecting a board card, and after the board card is connected by the connecting end, the board card slides on the base 1 by a proper distance according to the length of the board card so as to be connected with the other connector in an inserting mode. This arrangement allows the card on the card holder to be connected to two connectors.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the adjusting buckle 2 includes an upper adjusting buckle 8 and a lower adjusting buckle 7, the upper adjusting buckle 8 is disposed at the upper end of the base 1, the lower adjusting buckle 7 is disposed at the lower end of the base 1, and the upper adjusting buckle 8 and the lower adjusting buckle 7 have a predetermined gap when moving to the same position on the base 1. The arrangement can be better suitable for double-layer M.2 connectors, namely, two boards are respectively connected to the upper adjusting buckle 8 and the lower adjusting buckle 7, and the two boards are simultaneously inserted into the connector 10 and can be the same length or different lengths.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the bottom of the base has a plurality of snap structures, and the snap structures are matched with the grooves on the bottom of the PCB board so as to allow the base to be connected with the PCB board in a snap fit manner. The PCB board is provided with a certain number of grooves, the base is provided with a corresponding number of buckles, and the buckles are clamped in the grooves to fix the base on the PCB board.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the base has a first hole on the inner side and a second hole on the outer side.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the lower adjustment buckle has a first limiting rod, the first limiting rod is matched with the first limiting hole to fix the lower adjustment buckle at a proper position on the base, the upper adjustment buckle has a second limiting rod, and the second limiting rod is matched with the second limiting hole to fix the upper adjustment buckle at a proper position on the base.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the vehicle seat further includes a first elastic arm connected to the first stopper rod, the first elastic arm being configured to be flexed upon being pressed to disengage the first stopper rod from the first stopper hole, and a second elastic arm connected to the second stopper rod, the second elastic arm being configured to be flexed upon being pressed to disengage the second stopper rod from the second stopper hole. The first limiting hole is positioned at the lower part of the inner side of the base, the first limiting rod of the lower adjusting buckle extends out of different positions of the first limiting hole so that the lower adjusting buckle is fixed at a corresponding position, and when the first elastic arm is pressed, the position of the lower adjusting buckle can be adjusted after the first limiting rod is separated from the first limiting hole. The second limiting hole is positioned at the upper part of the outer side of the base, the second limiting rod of the upper adjusting buckle extends out of different positions of the second limiting hole so that the upper adjusting buckle is fixed at a corresponding position, and when the second elastic arm is pressed, the position of the upper adjusting buckle can be adjusted after the second limiting rod is separated from the second limiting hole.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the base has a guide rail, and the adjustment buckle slides along the guide rail.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the side buckle holder includes an upper side buckle holder and a lower side buckle holder, the upper side buckle holder being located at an upper end of the lower side buckle holder with a certain gap.
The components are all made of plastics, and the components are not connected through buckles, so that no tool is needed during adjustment.
In view of the above object, according to a second aspect of the embodiments of the present invention, a server is provided, where the server includes the above board holder.

Claims (9)
1. A board card holder, comprising:
a base configured to be secured to a PCB and face a connector on the PCB;
an adjustment buckle disposed on the base and movable relative to the base, the adjustment buckle having a connection portion for connecting a board card, wherein,
the adjusting buckle is configured to adjust the position of the adjusting buckle on the base so that the board card connected with the connecting part is inserted into the connector;
the adjusting buckle comprises an upper adjusting buckle and a lower adjusting buckle, the upper adjusting buckle is arranged at the upper end of the base, the lower adjusting buckle is arranged at the lower end of the base, and a preset gap is formed between the upper adjusting buckle and the lower adjusting buckle when the upper adjusting buckle and the lower adjusting buckle move to the same position on the base.
2. The board holder of claim 1, further comprising:
the side adjusting buckle comprises a side adjusting buckle seat and a side buckle fixer, the side adjusting buckle seat is arranged on the base and can move relative to the base, the side buckle fixer is arranged on one side of the side adjusting buckle seat and extends out of the base, the side buckle fixer comprises a connecting end used for connecting a board card, and the side adjusting buckle seat is configured to adjust the position of the side adjusting buckle seat on the base so that the board card connected with the connecting end is inserted into the connector.
3. The board holder of claim 1, wherein the base has a plurality of snap features that mate with grooves in the bottom of the PCB to snap the base into engagement with the PCB.
4. The board holder of claim 1, wherein the base has a first retaining hole on an inner side and a second retaining hole on an outer side.
5. The board holder of claim 4, wherein the lower adjustment buckle has a first stop that mates with the first stop hole to secure the lower adjustment buckle in place on the base, and the upper adjustment buckle has a second stop that mates with the second stop hole to secure the upper adjustment buckle in place on the base.
6. The board holder of claim 1, wherein the base has a guide track thereon along which the adjustment buckle slides.
7. The board holder of claim 2, wherein the side snap retainers include upper side snap retainers and lower side snap retainers, the upper side snap retainers being located at upper ends of the lower side snap retainers with a gap.
8. The card holder of claim 5, further comprising a first resilient arm coupled to the first retention post, the first resilient arm configured to flex upon depression to disengage the first retention post from the first retention aperture, and a second resilient arm coupled to the second retention post, the second resilient arm configured to flex upon depression to disengage the second retention post from the second retention aperture.
9. A server comprising the board holder of any of claims 1-8.
